Claims (11)
- 고체촉매의 존재하에, 액상반응계에서 메탄올을 탈수소하여 포름산메틸을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응계로부터 연속적으로 반응생성물을 기상에서 반응계외로 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소, 수소, 일산화탄소, 헬륨, 아르곤 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 가스를 연속적으로 반응계에 도입하고, 반응계로부터 연속적으로 반응생성물을 기상으로 반응계외로 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소를 함유않는 질소, 수소, 일산화탄소, 헬륨, 아르곤 및 이들 혼합물에서 선택된 가스를 연속적으로 반응계에 도입하고, 반응계로부터 연속적으로 반응생성물을 기상에서 반응계외로 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소, 수소 및 일산화탄소에서 선택된 가스를 연속적으로 반응계에 도입하고 반응계로부터 연속적으로 반응생성물을 기상에서 반응계외로 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가스를 액상중에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응계에 도입한 가스를 빼낼 때, 가스를 냉각하여 메탄올의 일부를 응축시켜 반응액상부로 환류시키고, 메탄올보다도 포름산메틸이 풍부한 가스를 빼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 반응계에 도입한 가스를 빼낼 때, 가스를 냉각하여 메탄올의 일부를 응축시켜 반응액상부로 환류시키고 메탄올보다도 포름산메틸이 풍부한 가스를 빼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체촉매가 동함유촉매인 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 100-300℃인 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 반응온도가 150-250℃인 포름산메틸의 제조방법.
