Claims (2)
- 원통형의 고정자 몸체(17a) 내부에 부착 설치되어 장원형으로 전체가 비틀린 나선형 스크류 형상의 이송부(18)가 구비되는 고정자(17)와, 상기 이송부(18)에 회전자(19)가 유입되어 원료를 고압으로 이송시키는 모노 펌프에 있어서,상기 고정자 몸체(17a)는 내벽(17b)과 외벽(17c)으로 구성되고,상기 내벽(17b)과 외벽(17c)의 종단부가 서로 연결되어 내벽(17b)과 외벽(17c) 사이에 공간층(23)이 형성되며,상기 내벽(17b)은 장원형으로 전체가 비틀린 나선형 스크류 형상으로 형성되고,상기 외벽(17c)의 일측에는 상기 공간층(23)에 냉각수를 유입시키는 냉각수 주입구(24)가 형성되고,상기 외벽(17c)의 타측에는 공간층(23)에 유입된 냉각수를 배출시키는 냉각수 배출구(25)가 형성되고,상기 내벽(17b)의 내측에는 고무재질의 이송부(18)가 균일한 두께로 부착 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모노 펌프의 고정자.
- 원통형의 고정자 몸체(17a) 내부에 부착 설치되어 장원형으로 전체가 비틀린 나선형 스크류 형상의 이송부(18)가 구비되는 고정자(17)와, 상기 이송부(18)에 회전자(19)가 유입되어 원료를 고압으로 이송시키는 모노 펌프의 고정자에 있어서,상기 고정자(17)의 고정자 몸체(17a)는, 내측이 관통되고 장원형으로 전체가 비틀린 나선형 스크류 형상으로 형성하여 표면적을 증대시키고,상기 장원형으로 전체가 비틀린 나선형 스크류 형상의 고정자 몸체(17a) 양측에는 플랜지부(17d)(17d')가 설치되고,상기 표면적이 증대되며 장원형의 나선형 스크류 형상으로 형성된 고정자 몸체(17a)의 내측에는 고무재질의 이송부(18)가 균일한 두께로 부착 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모노 펌프의 고정자.
