Claims (9)

- 제1항에 있어서, 계산된 평균 디지털 값이 선결된 기준값보다 클 때 튜브를 거부하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계산된 평균 디지털값이 선결된 기준값보다 작을 때 튜브를 거부하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선결된 기준값은 상하위 임계값을 규정하는 상한값 및 하한값을 갖는 디지털값의 범위로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 순서대로 다수의 튜브를 모니터하여 허용 불가능한 바코드 라벨을 갖는 것으로 모니터된 튜브를 허용 가능한 튜브로부터 거부하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법.
- 열 영향부의 허용 불가능한 깊이 투과에 대한 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법에 있어서, 튜브 표면에 레이저 마킹된 허용 가능한 바코드 라벨의 이차원 배열로 된 디지털값을 갖는 이차윈 디지털 영상을 생성하는 단계(50), 허용 가능한 바코드 라벨을 나타내는 디지털값 배열에 대한 평균값을 계산하는 단계(52), 평균값으로부터 선결된 임계기준값을 결정하는 단계(54), 미지의 튜브 표면상에 위치한 바코드 라벨의 이차원 배열로 된 디지털 값을 갖는 이차원 디지털 영상을 생성하는 단계(40), 미지의 바코드 라벨을 나타내는 디지털 값 배열에 대한 평균값을 계산하는 단계 (42), 및 계산된 평균값과 임계기준값을 비교하는 단계(44)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미지의 바코드 라벨의 계산된 평균 디지털 값이 선결된 기준값보다 클 때 튜브를 가부하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미지의 바코드 라벨의 계산된 평균 디지털 값이 선결된 기준값보다 작을 때 튜브를 거부하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다수의 바코드 라벨을 나타내는 다수의 디지털값 배열로부터 평균값을 계산하는 추가의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브상의 바코드 라벨의 레이저 마킹을 모니터하는 방법.
