Description
Claims (11)
- 열가소성 폴리올레핀과,(A) 제1 성분으로서 수평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 36,000이고, 다분산도가 1.1 내지 2.5인 하기 화학식 1의 알킬 치환 폴리실록산<화학식 1>(식 중, R1∼R9는 독립적으로 선택된 1가 C1∼C3알킬기이고, R10은 1가 C6∼C30알킬기이며, m은 5 내지 50의 정수를 나타내고, n은 0 내지 200의 정수를 나타냄); 및(B) 제2 성분으로서 소수성 열분해 실리카를, 제2 성분에 대한 제1 성분의 중량비가 10 내지 70의 범위가 되게 함유하는 개선된 첨가제계를 상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀의 양을 기준으로 0.01 내지 3중량%의 범위로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 압출가능한 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 성분이 실질적으로 모두 0.001 내지 1 μm 범위의 최대 치수를 갖는 입자로서 존재하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1∼R9가 각각 메틸기이고, R10이 1가 C15∼C22알킬기이며, m이 15 내지 25의 정수를 나타내고, n이 40 내지 80의 정수를 나타내며, 상기 제1 성분이 8,000 내지 15,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌이 서로 다른 용융 유속을 갖는 2종의 프로필렌 중합체의 블렌드인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 블렌드가 (a) 용융 유속이 30 내지 45인 폴리프로필렌 60 내지 40 중량%와 (b) 용융 유속이 2 내지 10인 폴리프로필렌 40 내지 60 중량%로 이루어진 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분이 열가소성 폴리올레핀의 양을 기준으로 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 성분에 대한 상기 제1 성분의 중량비가 10 내지 30의 범위인 조성물.
- (A) 제1 성분으로서 수평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 36,000이고, 다분산도가 1.1 내지 2.5인 하기 화학식의 알킬 치환 폴리실록산<화학식 1>(식 중, R1∼R9는 독립적으로 선택된 1가 C1∼C3알킬기이고, R10은 1가 C6∼C30알킬기이며, m은 5 내지 50의 정수를 나타내고, n은 0 내지 200의 정수를 나타냄); 및(B) 제2 성분으로서 소수성 열분해 실리카를, 제2 성분에 대한 제1 성분의 중량비가 10 내지 70의 범위이 되게 함유하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 성분이 실질적으로 모두 0.001 내지 1 μm 범위의 최대 치수를 갖는 입자로서 존재하는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, R1∼R9가 각각 메틸기이고, R10이 1가 C15∼C22알킬기이며, m이 15 내지 25의 정수를 나타내고, n이 40 내지 80의 정수를 나타내며, 상기 제1 성분이 8,000 내지 15,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 조성물.
