Claims (5)
- 부하측으로부터 데이터신호가 입력되면 이를 인디케이터에 관한 것인지 아니면 램프에 관한 것인지를 판단하는 제1단계와; 상기 단계의 판단결과 인디케이터에 관한 것이면 그 인디케이터에 해당하는 포맷-코드를 실행하는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 해당 포맷-코드가 실행되면 입력된 데이터를 포맷-코드에 설정된 연산코드를 이용하여 기 설정된 범위의 값으로 변환하여 지정된 메모리번지에 저장하는 제3단계와; 상기 제3단계에서 지정된 메모리번지에 데이터가 저장되면 이를 지정된 통신포트를 통해 지정된 인디케이터로 전송하는 제4단계와; 상기 제1단계의 판단결과 램프에 관한 것이면 그 램프에 해당하는 포맷-코드를 실행하는 제5단계와; 상기 제5단계에서 해당 포맷-코드가 실행되면 입력된 데이터를 포맷-코드에 설정된 연산코드를 이용하여 기 설정된 범위의 값으로 변환하여 지정된 메모리번지에 저장하는 제6단계와; 상기 제6단계에서 지정된 메모리번지에 데이터가 저장되면 이를 지정된 통신포트를 통해 지정된 램프로 전송하는 제7단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 그래픽 제어방법.
- 자동화 시스템에 있어서, 부하측으로부터의 동작상태신호를 입력받기 위한 제1통신입력수단과; 부하의 각 상황에 따른 로직이 테이블 화되어 저장되어 있고, 프로그램 가능한 메모리수단과; 상기 제1통신입력수단을 통해 신호가 입력되면 이를 상기 메모리수단의 테이블과 비교 및 연산함으로써 부하측의 동작상태를 판단하여 그에 따른 제어신호를 출력하는 제어수단과; 상기 제어수단의 제어신호를 해당 표시기에 전달하기 위한 터미널보드와; 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 경보음을 발생하거나 또는 표시기의 테스트를 위한 셋업보드와; 외부 테이블 설정장치로부터 데이터신호를 입력받아 상기 씨피유에 전달하기 위한 제2통신입력수단으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 그래픽 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셋업보드는 부하측에 이상이 발생하면 상기 제어수단의 제어신호에 따라 경고음을 발생하는 경보음발생수단과; 각 램프출력모듈을 테스트하기 위한 램프 테스트 스위치와; 각 인디케이터를 테스트하기 위한 인디케이터 테스트 스위치와; 이상발생 시 경보음발생수단과 해당 램프출력모듈내의 램프를 정지시키기 위한 확인스위치와; 해당 부하의 고장을 수리한 후, 이를 확인하기 위한 리셋트스위치로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 그래픽 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 터미널보드는 32개의 인디케이터 또는 32개의 램프출력모듈을 연결할 수 있는 통신포트가 8개 구비되어 있으며, 32포트까지 확장할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래픽 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 터미널보드와 각 인디케이터 및 램프출력모듈 사이를 멀티-드롭 방식으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 그래픽 제어장치.
