Description
Claims (6)
- 이동-화상 신호의 대역을 제한하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 이동-화상 신호에 관련된 모든 프레임에 대해 상기 이동-화상 신호에 응답하여 운동-보상 예측 에러 신호를 발생시키는 단계; 상기 운동-보상 예측 에러 신호에 응답하여 프레임을 구성하는 각각의 픽셀에 대한 동작(activity)을 계산하는 단계; 1-프레임 동작 누적값을 계산하기 위해 프레임을 구성하는 각각의 픽셀에 대한 동작을 누적하는 단계; 제어 가능한 대역 제한 특성으로 공간적 방향 및 시간적 방향중 적어도 한 방향으로 상기 이동-화상 신호의 대역을 제한하는 단계; 및 각각의 픽셀에 대한 동작 및 1-프레임 동작 누적값에 응답하여 상기 제어 가능 대역 제한 특성을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 이동-화상 신호 대역 제한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현재 대역-제한된 이동-화상 신호에 관련된 프레임은 상기 제어 가능 대역 제한 특성의 제어에 현재 사용되는 1-프레임 동작 누적값에 관련된 프레임과 같은 이동-화상 신호 대역 제한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현재 대역-제한된 이동-화상 신호에 관련된 프레임은 상기 제어 가능 대역 제한 특성의 제어에 현재 사용되는 1-프레임 동작 누적값에 관련된 프레임으로 이어지는 이동-화상 신호 대역 제한 방법.
- 이동-화상 신호의 대역 제한 장치에 있어서, 상기 이동-화상 신호에 관련된 모든 프레임에 대해 상기 이동-화상 신호에 응답하여 운동-보상 예측 에러 신호를 발생시키기 위한 제1수단(8); 상기 제1수단에 접속되어, 상기 운동-보상 예측 에러 신호에 응답하여 프레임을 구성하는 각각의 픽셀에 대한 동작(activity)을 계산하기 위한 제2수단(10); 상기 제2수단에 저속되어, 1-프레임 동작 누적값을 계산하도록 프레임을 구성하는 각각의 픽셀에 대한 동작을 누적하기 위한 제3수단(12); 제어 가능한 대역 제한 특성으로 공간적 방향 및 시간적 방향중 적어도 한 방향으로 이동-화상 신호의 대역을 제한하기 위한 제4수단(13,14); 및 상기 제2수단(10), 제3수단(12), 및 제4수단(13,14)에 접속되어, 각각의 픽셀에 대한 동작 및 1-프레임 동작 누적값에 응답하여 제어 가능 대역 제한 특성을 제어하기 위한 제5수단(15)을 포함하는 이동-화상 신호 대역 제한 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 현재 대역-제한된 이동-화상 신호에 관련된 프레임은 상기 제어 가능 대역 제한 특성의 제어에 현재 사용되는 1-프레임 동작 누적값에 관련된 프레임과 같은 이동-화상 신호 대역 제한 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 현재 대역-제한된 이동-화상 신호에 관련된 프레임은 상기 제어 가능 대역 제한 특성의 제어에 현재 사용되는 1-프레임 동작 누적값에 관련된 프레임으로 이어지는 이동-화상 신호 대역 제한 장치.
