Claims (16)
- 핵산 서열 기능을 변화시킬 수 있는 화합물과 부형제를 포함하는 치료학적 조성물에 있어서, 상기 부형제가 하기 일반식의 비이온성 블록 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물:HO(C2H4O)b(C3H6O)a(C2H4O)bH상기식에서, 공중합체의 폴리옥시프로필렌 부로 나타낸 분자량은 750 내지 15,000이고, 공중합체의 폴리옥시에틸렌 부로 나타낸 분자량은 공중합체의 1 내지 50를 구성한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 폴리옥시프로필렌 부로 나타낸 분자량이 2250 내지 15,000이고, 공중합체의 폴리옥시에틸렌 부로 나타낸 분자량이 공중합체의 5 내지 20를 구성하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 폴리옥시프로필렌 부로 나타낸 분자량이 3250 내지 15,000이고, 공중합체의 폴리옥시에틸렌 부로 나타낸 분자량이 공중합체의 5 내지 20를 구성하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체가 CRL-8131 또는 CRL-8142인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵산 서열 기능을 변화시킬 수 있는 화합물이 유전자, 올리고뉴클레오티드, 안티센스 올리고뉴클레오티드, 트리플렉스 DNA 화합물 및 리보자임으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 5 중량의 계면활성제 및 0.5 내지 5 용량의 저분자량알콜을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 Tween 80이고, 알콜이 에탄올인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵산 서열 기능을 변화시킬 수 있는 화합물이 발현 벡터에 함유된 핵산 서열이고, 발현 벡터가 핵산 서열을 발현할 수 있는, 발현 벡터를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 핵산 서열 기능을 변화시킬 수 있는 화합물을 인간을 제외한 동물, 또는 배양 세포에 전달함에 있어서, 하기식의 비이온성 블록 공중합체와 혼합된 조성물을 인간을 제외한 동물, 또는 배양 세포에 투여하는 단계로 이루어지는, 핵산서열 기능을 변화시킬 수 있는 화합물을 인간을 제외한 동물, 또는 배양 세포로 전달하는 방법:HO(C2H4O)b(C3H6O)a(C2H4O)bH상기식에서, 공중합체의 폴리옥시프로필렌 부로 나타낸 분자량은 750 내지 15,000이고, 공중합체의 폴리옥시에틸렌 부로 나타낸 분자량은 공중합체의 1 내지 50를 구성한다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 공중합체의 폴리옥시프로필렌 부로 나타낸 분자량이 2250 내지 15,000이고, 공중합체의 폴리옥시에틸렌 부로 나타낸 분자량이 공중합체의 5 내지 20를 구성하는 방법.
