Abstract

범퍼의 양측에 제공되어 희미한 조명으로 운전자의 전방 시계를 양호하게 하도록 범퍼의 내측에 장착되어 빛을 조사하는 차량용 안개등 장착 구조에 있어서, 안개등의 착탈 작업을 용이하게 하여 신차 제조시 및 수리 교체시에 작업성을 향상시키기 위하여, 벌브에서 발생된 빛을 전후방으로 통과시키는 렌즈와, 상기 렌즈의 후방에 제공되어 렌즈를 지지하며, 그 양측에는 범퍼와 결합되는 결합홈을 형성하는 안개등 하우징과, 상기 안개등 하우징의 후방에 선회가능하게 결합·제공되어 그 일단으로는 범퍼의 후방에 고정되는 브라케트와; 상기 브라케트의 일단으로는 범퍼의 후방을 지지하고, 안개등 하우징의 결합홈으로는 범퍼의 선단에 결합시켜, 이 상태를 유지시키는 렌즈, 안개등 하우징, 브라케트를 관통 제공되어 체결력을 가하는 체결부재와; 상기 체결부재의 회전시 체결부재와 브라케트와의 마찰력에 의하여 선회되는 브라케트를 고정시키도록 범퍼의 내측에 형성되는 스톱퍼를 포함하는 차량용 안개등 장착구조.

Description

차량용 안개등 장착 구조
제1도는 본 발명에 관련하는 차량용 안개등의 장착 구조가 적용되는 안개등의 정면도.
제2도는 제1도의 A-A선에 따른 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 관련하는 차량용 안개등의 장착시 작동상태도.
제4도는 제1도의 A-A선에서 본 종래 기술에 관련하는 차량용 안개등 장착 구조가 적용되는 안개등의 단면도이다.
[산업상의 이용분야]
본 발명은 차량용 안개등 장착 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 안개등의 장착구조를 변경하여 범퍼에서 안개등의 착탈을 용이하게 하는 차량용 안개등 장착구조에 관한 것이다.
[종래 기술]
일반적으로 차량에는 전후방 충격으로부터 승차자의 안전을 보호하기 위한 수단으로서 프론트·리어 범퍼가 장착된다.
이 프론트·리어 범퍼에는 안개가 끼여 전방 시계가 불량하거나 일몰직전 어둑어득할 때 후방 운전자에게 양호한 전방시계를 제공하는 안개등이 장착된다.
이 안개등은 제4도에 도시된 바와 같이, 차량의 외관을 위하여 범퍼(51)의 후방에서 체결부재로 착탈가능하게 장착된다.
즉, 범퍼(51)의 내측에 형성된 브라케트(53)에 안개등 하우징(55)이 개재되고, 이 브라케트(53)와 안개등 하우징(55)을 범퍼(51)의 후방에서 볼트(56)로 체결한다.
그리고 안개등 하우징(55)의 전방에서 렌즈(57)를 다른 볼트(59)로 체결하여 안개등을 차량의 범퍼(51)에 장착한다.
[본 발명이 해결하려는 문제점]
그러나 상기와 같은 차량용 안개등 장착 구조는 범퍼의 후방에서 공구로 볼트를 조이거나 풀어서 안개등을 착탈하도록 구성되어 있기 때문에; 신차 조립시에는 안개등을 장착하는 작업성을 저하시키고, 수리 및 교체시에는 안개등의 착탈을 곤란케하여 작업성을 저하시키는 단점이 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해서 발명된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 안개등을 범퍼에 장착하는 장착 구조를 변경하여, 안개등의 착탈 작업을 용이하게 하여 신차 제조시 및 수리 교체시에 작업성을 향상시키는 차량용 안개등 장착 구조를 제공하는 것이다.
[문재점을 해소하기 위한 수단]
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 차량용 안개등 장착 구조는, 범퍼의 양측에 제공되어 희미한 조명으로 운전자의 전방 시계를 양호하게 하도록 범퍼의 내측에 장착되어 빛을 조사하며, 벌브에서 발생된 빛을 전후방으로 통과시키는 렌즈와, 상기 렌즈의 후방에 제공되어 렌즈를 지지하며, 그 양측에는 범퍼와 결합되는 결합홈을 형성하는 안개등 하우징과, 상기 안개등 하우징의 후방에 선회가능하게 결합·제공되어 그 일단으로는 범퍼의 후방에 고정되는 브라케트와; 상기 브라케트의 일단으로는 범퍼의 후방을 지지하고, 안개등 하우징의 결합홈으로는 범퍼의 선단에 결합시켜, 이 상태를 유지시키는 렌즈, 안개등 하우징, 브라케트를 관통 제공되어 체결력을 가하는 체결부재와; 상기 체결부재의 회전시 체결부재와 브라케트와의 마찰력에 의하여 선회되는 브라케트를 고정시키도록 범퍼의 내측에 형성되는 스톱퍼를 포함한다.
[작용]
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 차량용 안개등 장착 구조는 결합홈을 형성한 안개등 하우징의 후방에 선회가능한 브라케트를 배치하고, 선회되는 브라케트의 반경내에 스톱퍼를 설치하여, 렌즈, 안개등 하우징, 브라케트를 관통하는 체결부재를 조이므로 안개등을 안개등 하우징의 결합홈과 브라케트로 범퍼에 장착시킨다.
이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 의하여 보다 상세히 설명한다.
[실시예]
제1도는 본 발명에 관련하는 차량용 안개등의 장착 구조가 적용되는 안내등의 정면도로서, 도면 부호 1을 범퍼(1)라 지칭한다.
이 범퍼(1)의 양측에는 안개가 끼거나 일몰직전에 운전자에게 양호한 전방시계를 제공하는 안개등(3)이 장착된다. 이 안개등(3)은 프론트·리어 범퍼(1)에 각각 장착된다.
상기 범퍼(1)들에 장착되는 안개등(3)은 a, b, c, d의 4개소에서 제2도에 도시된 바와 같은 체결수단에 의하여 장착된다.
즉, 안개등(3)의 전방을 형성하는 렌즈(5)가 안개등(3)의 후방을 형성하는 안개등 하우징(7)의 전방에 제공되고, 이 안개등 하우징(7)은 그 양측에 범퍼(1)의 일측과 결합되는 결합홈(9)을 형성한다.
이 결합홈(9)을 형성한 안개등 하우징(7)의 후방 렌즈(5)와의 결합부에는 제한된 범위에서 선회가능한 브라케트(15)가 제공된다.
이 브라케트(15)는 범퍼(1)의 내측을 지지하며, 안개등(3) 미장착시에는 제3도의 가상선 e와 같은 상태로 위치한다.
상기와 같이 제공되는 렌즈(5), 안개등 하우징(7), 브라케트(15)는 이들을 관통하는 체결부재(17)에 의하여 하나의 어셈블리를 구성하게 된다.
이렇게 어셈블리를 구성케 하는 체결부재(17)를 회전시키면, 이 체결부재(17)의 후미에 나사 결합된 브라케트(15)가 체결부재(17)와의 결합 마찰력에 의하여 선회하게 된다. 이와 같이 선회되는 브라케트(15)를 고정시키기 위하여 범퍼(1)의 내측 브라케트(15)의 선회 반경내에는 스톱퍼(19)가 형성된다.
상술한 바와 같이 구성된 차량용 안개등 장착 구조에 있어서, 안개등(3)의 장착전에는 브라케트(15)를 가상선 e와 같은 상태로하여 범퍼(1)의 전방으로부터 삽입된다.
삽입 후, 렌즈(5)의 전면으로 돌출된 체결부재(17)를 조이면, 체결부재(17)의 후미에 결합된 브라케트(15)가 선회되어 스톱퍼(19)에 의하여 고정된다.
그리고 체결부재(17)를 계속 조이면 브라케트(15)는 안개등 하우징(7)의 후방에 밀착됨과 동시에 그 일측으로 범퍼(1)의 내면에 밀착된다.
따라서 안개등 하우징(7)의 일측에 형성된 결합홈(9)으로 범퍼(1)의 전방과 측방을 지지하고, 브라케트(15)로 범퍼(1)이 후방을 지지하므로 안개등(3)을 범퍼(1)에 견고하게 장착시킨다.
반대로 장착된 안개등(3)을 수리하거나 교체할 때에는 체결부재(19)를 풀면 범퍼(1)의 후방을 지지하던 브라케트(15)의 지지력이 제거됨과 동시에 브라케트(15)가 체결부재(17)와의 결합 마찰력에 의하여 선회되어 가상선 e와 같은 상태에 놓이게 된다.
이 때, 안개등(3)을 범퍼(1)로부터 탈거시킬 수 있다.
[발명의 효과]
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 차량용 안개등 장착 구조는 결합홈을 형성한 안개등 하우징의 후방에 선회가능한 브라케트를 배치하고, 선회되는 브라케트의 반경내에 스톱퍼를 설치하여, 렌즈, 안개등 하우징, 브라케트를 관통하는 체결부재를 조이므로 안개등을 범퍼에 장착시키므로, 안개등의 착탈 작업을 용이하게 하여 신차 제조시 및 수리 교체시에 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 범퍼의 양측에 제공되어 희미한 조명으로 운전자의 전방 시계를 양호하게 하도록 범퍼의 내측에 장착되어 빛을 조사하는 차량용 안개등 장착 구조에 있어서, 벌브에서 발생된 빛을 전후방으로 통과시키는 렌즈와, 상기 렌즈의 후방에 제공되어 렌즈를 지지하며, 그 양측에 범퍼와 결합되는 결합홈을 형성하는 안개등 하우징과, 상기 안개등 하우징의 후방에 선회가능하게 결합·제공되어 그 일단으로는 범퍼의 후방에 고정되는 브라케트와; 상기 브라케트의 일단으로는 범퍼의 후방을 지지하고, 안개등 하우징의 결합홈으로는 범퍼의 선단에 결합시켜, 이 상태를 유지시키는 렌즈, 안개등 하우징, 브라케트를 관통 제공되어 체결력을 가하는 체결부재와; 상기 체결부재의 회전시 체결부재와 브라케트와의 마찰력에 의하여 선회되는 브라케트를 고정시키도록 범퍼의 내측에 형성되는 스톱퍼를 포함하는 차량용 안개등 장착 구조.
