본 발명은 팩시밀리에 관한 것으로, 특히 관리기록(Joual)정보를 표시창에 표시하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
팩시밀리에서 원고 송수신한 결과는 메모리의 관리기록 메모리맵에 기록되며 기록된 송수신결과는 일정한 조건(예를들면 예정된 카운트값)이 되거나 사용자의 송수신결과 출력요구키 누름에 따라 기록지에 출력된다. 이러한 기능은 공공기관으로부터 개인 사무실에 이르기까지 보편적으로 사용되며 주로 보안이나 관리의 용도로 활용된다.
최근에 들어와서는 2,3인 정도의 사무실 또는 가정용등에 사용되는 퍼스널급 팩시밀리가 등장하고 있는데 여기에는 주로 전화기능이 많이 강조되어 있다. 이때 퍼스널급 팩시밀리의 송수신결과는 보안, 관리 및 기록지 절감등을 고려하여 볼때 기록지 출력보다 표시창으로 디스플레이해 주는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 일반 사무실에 사용되고 있는 팩시밀리인 경우에도 보안, 관리 등의 용도로 사용되지 않는다면 굳이 기록지로 출력할 필요가 없으며 이때에도 표시창으로 디스플레이해주는 것이 바람직할 것이다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 팩시밀리 표시창에 관리기록 표시하는 방법을 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 팩시밀리 송수신한 결과리포트 중 사용자의 필요에 따른 관리기록 정보를 표시창으로 표시하여 주는 방법을 제공함에 있다.
이하 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예가 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명될 것이다.
제1도는 일반적인 팩시밀리 구성도이다. 중앙처리장치(10)는 설정된 프로그램에 따라 팩시밀리를 전반적으로 제어한다. 메모리부(20)는 중앙처리장치(10)의 동작 프로그램 및 일반적인 제어 프로그램을 저장하고 있으며 중앙처리장치(10)의 프로그램 수행에 따른 데이타를 저장한다. OPE(Operating Pannel)(30)는 다수의 키를 가지며 소정 키누름에 따른 키데이타를 중앙처리장치(10)에 인가하고 중앙처리장치(10)의 표시데이타에 의해 시스템의 동작상태를 내부의 표시창(35)으로 표시한다. 스캐닝부(40)는 원고를 스캐닝하여 원고에 대한 화상을 2치화 정보로 변환한 후 중앙처리장치(10)에 인가한다. 모뎀(50)은 중앙처리장치(10)의 입출력신호를 변복조한다. NCU(Network Control Unit)(60)는 중앙처리장치(10)의 제어에 의해 통화라인과 모뎀(50)과의 통화로를 형성시킨다. 프린팅부(70)는 중앙처리장치(10)로부터 출력되는 정보를 프린트한다. 센서부(80)는 원고 및 기록지의 상태를 감지하여 중앙처리장치(10)에 알린다. 그리고 스피커(90)는 중앙처리장치(10)의 경보에 대응된 제어신호에 의해 정보를 발생한다.
종래와 같이 기록지로 출력한 송수신결과 리포트는 제5도에 도시된 바와 같이 상대국전화번호, 총매수, 송신 소요시간, 송신 모드, 송신결과등의 정보를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 송수신 결과를 리포트하기 위해서는 팩시밀리는 메모리부(20)에 제2도와 같은 메모리맵(즉 관리기록 맵)을 가지고 있다. 제2도를 참조하면 상기 관리기록 맵은 통신번호, 통신개시시각, 통신시간, 전화종별, 전화 ID, 통신매수, 총송신매수, 및 에러상태를 표시하는 영역으로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 원고송수신 이후 송수신결과 정보는 상기 관리기록 맵의 해당 영역에 각각 저장되며 중앙처리장치(10)의 리포트 출력제어에 의하여 프린팅부(70)를 통하여 제5도와 같은 포맷으로 프린팅된다.
본 발명에서는 송수신 결과 리포트를 OPE(30)의 표시창(35)으로 표시하는데, 사용자의 스크롤키를 이용한 방향 선택에 응답하여 그 표시를 상기 표1과 같이 간략하게 표시하는 양식(이하 간략표시 양식이라 칭함)과 표2와 같이 길게 표시하는양식(이하 완전표시 양식이라 칭함)으로 나누어 디스플레이한다.
상기 간략표시 양식은 상대국 전화번호, 송신결과, 총매수, 및 시작시각으로 구성하고 있음을 볼수 있고, 상기 완전표시 양식은 제2도의 관리기록맵에 있는 모든 정보 즉 상대국 전화번호, 시작시각, 송신소요시간, 총매수, 송신모드 및 송신결과로 구성하고 있음을 볼수 있다.
OPE(30)의 표시창(35)은 2열의 LCD로 한정되어 배열되어 있는데, 본 발명에서 관리기록의 상기 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보는 표시창(35)에 한꺼번에 디스플레이되도록 제어하고 상기 완전표시양식의 관리기록정보는 표시창(35)에서 표시할 수 있는 만큼만 디스플레이되도록 제어한다. 특히 완전표시양식의 관리기록정보를 모두 표시창(35)을 통하여 볼려고 할 경우에는 스크롤키를 이용하여 좌우방향을 선택하면 되는데, 그 선택에 의하여 표2의 각 항목들은 표시창(35)에 각각 디스플레이된다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 팩시밀리 표시창(35)에 관리기록 표시하는 제어흐름도이다.
지금 제3도를 참조하면, 사용자가 관리기록정보를 표시창(35)을 통해 보기 위하여 관리기록표시에 대응된 키를 선택하면 중앙처리장치(10)는 100단계에서 이를 인식하고 102단계에서 메모리부(20)의 관리기록 맵을 액세스하여 관리기록 정보가 있는지를 판단한다. 만약 상기 102단계에서 관리기록 정보가 없으면 그대로 종료하고 있으면 104단계로 진행한다. 중앙처리장치(10)는 104단계에서 관리기록정보 표시 모드를 디스플레이한다. 예를들면, DISPLAY LATEST JOURNAL DATA라 디스플레이한다.
상기 디스플레이되는 관리기록정보 표시모드에 의하여 사용자가 스크롤키를 누르면 중앙처리장치(10) 106단계 내지 118단계를 수행하여 관리리스트 완전표시양식 및 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보를 표시창(35)으로 표시한다. 상기 스크롤키는 기능키들에 의하여 설정되며 업, 다운, 라이트, 레프트 쉬프트를 표시하는 4개의 키들로 이루어진다. 먼저 중앙처리장치(10)는 106단계에서 스크롤키가 입력되었는가를 그에 해당하는 키데이타를 인식하고, 108단계 또는 110단계에서 상기 스크롤키가 쉬프트 라이트 또는 쉬프트 레프트에 대응되는 키데이타인가를 분석한다. 만약 쉬프트 라이트 또는 쉬프트 레프트에 대응되는 키데이타이면 112단계로 진행하여 완전표시양식 모드를 수행하고, 그에 대응되는 키데이타가 아니면 114단계로 진행하여 쉬프트업에 대응된 키데이타 인가를 분석한다.
상기 114단계에서 스크롤키가 쉬프트 업에 대응된 키데이타이면 116단계에서 간략표시양식의 이전 관리기록정보를 OPE(30)의 표시창(35)에 디스플레이 한다. 상기 간략표시의 관리기록정보는 제6도에 도시된 표시된 바와 같은 일예로 표시창(35)에 표시된다. 제6도를 참조하면, 표시창(35)의 상위열에는 전화번호 TEL:123465655566이 표시되고 하위열에는 송신결과 OK, 총페이지수 P:20, 송신시작시각 13:34로 표시된다. 상기 116단계를 수행한후 중앙처리장치(10)는 상기 108단계로 되돌아가 상기 스크롤키의 쉬프트 라이트, 레프트, 업, 다운에 대응된 동작을 계속 수행한다.
상기 114단계에서 스크롤키 쉬프트업이 아니면 중앙처리장치(10)는 118단계로 진행하여 스크롤키 쉬프트 다운인가를 판단한다. 스크롤키 쉬프트다운이면 중앙처리장치(10)는 120단계로 진행하여 간략표시양식의 가장최근의 관리기록정보를 제6도와 같은 양식으로 디스플레이하고 108단계로 되돌아가 스크롤키의 쉬프트 라이트, 레프트, 업, 다운에 대응된 동작을 계속 수행한다.
한편 전술한 112단계에서 수행한 완전표시양식모드의 동작 즉, 완전표시양식의 관리기록정보 디스플레이 제어를 제4도를 참조하여 설명한다.
제4도는 관리기록 정보를 완전표시양식으로 설정할 경우 표시창에 디스플레이되는 일실시예이다. 상기 완전표시 양식의 관리기록정보는 표2에 표시한바와 같은 내용, 즉
을 가지며 쉬프트 라이트 및 레프트에 따라 표시창(35)에 해당하는 항목을 하나씩 디스플레이한다.
상기 표2와 제4도를 참조하여 표시창(35)에 디스플레이되는 항목을 구체적으로 설명한다. 스크롤키로 쉬프트 라이트할때마다 전화번호(1)→송신시작번호(2)→송신소요시간(3)→총매수(4)→송신모드(5)→송신결과(6)의 차례로 디스플레이된다. 즉 상기 표2의 관리기록정보에 있는 하나의 항목들이 왼쪽에서 오른쪽으로 진행하며 디스플레이됨을 볼수 있다.
이때 상기 완전표시 양식의 오른쪽 끝 항목 즉, 송신 결과(6) 표시상태에서 한번더 스크롤키로 쉬프트 라이트하면 간략표시양식(26)의 관리기록정보가 제6도와 같이 한꺼번에 디스플레이된다. 만약 사용자가 스크롤키를 사용하여 쉬프트 레프트하면 쉬프트 라이트할때와 반대의 방향으로 그 해당되는 항목을 표시창(35)에 차례로 표시하여 준다. 그리고 상기 간략표시(26)의 관리기록정보가 표시창(35)에 표시되고 있는 상태에서 사용자가 쉬프트 업 또는 다운키를 누르면 그에 대응하여 표시창(35)에는 이전 관리기록정보의 간략표시 또는 다음 관리기록정보의 간략표시가 각각 디스플레이된다.
다시 제3도로 돌아가서, 스크롤키의 쉬프트 라이트, 레프트, 업, 다운에 대응하는 키데이타가 전혀 검출되지 않으면 중앙처리장치(10)는 122단계에서 사용자에 의해 눌려진 관리기록출력요구키의 키데이타가 인가되는가를 판단하고, 만약 인가되면 해당되는 항목의 관리기록정보를 프린팅부(70)을 통하여 프린팅한다. 그러나 상기 122단계에서 관리기록출력요구키의 키데이타도 인가되지 않으면 126단계로 진행하여 종료키에 대응된 키데이타가 입력되는 가를 판단한다. 126단계에서 종료키에 대응된 키데이타가 인가되면 중앙처리장치(10)는 과정을 종료하고 만약 아니면 전술한 108단계로 되돌아가 스크롤키의 쉬프트제어에 응답하여 해당 제어동작을 수행한다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 송수신 결과 리포트를 상하 좌우 쉬프트 제어하는 스크롤키를 이용하여 표시창에 한꺼번에 디스플레이할 수 있는 간략 표시 양식과 좌우쉬프트에 의하여 해당 항목을 차례로 표시창에 표시할 수 있는 완전 표시 양식으로 구분하여 사용자에게 디스플레이 하는 장점이 있다.

  1. 팩시밀리의 표시창에 관리기록 정보를 디스플레이하는 방법에 있어서, 관리기록 표시키에 응답하여 관리기록정보저장수단에 상기 관리기록정보가 저장되어 있는가를 판단하는 제1과정과, 상기 관리기록정보가 존재함에 응답하여 관리기록정보 표시모드 진행가능을 사용자에게 표시하는 제2과정과, 상기 제2과정에 응답하여 사용자가 방향 쉬프트 제어하는 스크롤키를 좌, 우 쉬프트로 누름에 의해 상대국 전화번호, 시작시각, 송신소요시간, 총매수, 송신모드 및 송신 결과를 포함하고 있는 완전표시양식의 관리기록정보를 상기 표시창에 소정 항목씩 디스플레이하는 제3과정과, 상기 제2과정에 응답하여 사용자가 상기 스크롤키를 상, 하 쉬프트로 누름에 의해 상대국 전화번호, 송신결과, 총매수 및 시작시각을 포함하고 있는 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보를 상기 표시창에 한꺼번에 동시에 디스플레이하는 제4과정으로 이루어 짐을 특징으로 하는 관리기록 표시하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3과정은, 상기 완전표시양식의 오른쪽 끝 항목이 상기 표시창에 디스플레이 상태에서 상기 스크롤키의 라이트 쉬프트에 응답하여 상기 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보를 디스플레이하는 제1단계와, 상기 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보 디스플레이상태에서 상기 스크롤키의 라이트 쉬프트에 응답하여 상기 완전표시양식의 왼쪽 첫항목을 디스플레이하는 제2단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 관리기록 표시하는 방법.
  3. 팩시밀리의 표시창에 관리기록 정보를 디스플레이하는 방법에 있어서, 관리기록 표시키에 응답하여 관리기록정보저장수단에 상기 관리기록정보가 저장되어 있는가를 판단하는 제1과정과, 상기 관리기록정보가 존재함에 응답하여 관리기록정보 표시모드 진행가능을 사용자에게 표시하는 제2과정과, 상기 제2과정에 응답하여 사용자가 방향쉬프트 제어하는 스크롤키를 좌, 우 쉬프트로 누름에 응답하여 상대국 전화번호, 시작시각, 송신소요시간, 총매수, 송신모드 및 송신 결과의 항목을 포함하는 완번표시양식의 관리기록정보를 쉬프트 제어의 방향에 따른 항목씩으로 상기 표시창에 디스플레이하는 제3과정과, 상기 제2과정에 응답하여
    상대국 전화번호, 시작시각, 송신소요시간, 총매수, 송신모드 및 송신 결과의 항목을 포함하는 완전표시양식의 관릭록정보를 쉬프트 제어의 방항에 따른 항목씩으로 상기 표시창에 디스플레이하는 제3과정과, 상기 제2과정에 응답하여 사용자가 상기 스크롤키를 상, 하 쉬프트로 누름에 의해 상대국 전화번호, 송신결과, 총매수 및 시작시각을 포함하는 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보를 상기 표시창에 한꺼번에 디스플레이하는 제4과정과, 제1과정에 응답하여 사용자가 관리기록출력요구키를 누름에 응답하여 해당항목의 관리기록 정보를 프린팅 출력하는 제5과정으로 이루어 짐을 특징으로 하는 관리기록 표시하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 간략표시양식은 상기 표시창의 상위열에 상대국 전화번호가 위치하고 상기 표시창의 하위열에 송신결과, 총매수 및 시작시각이 위치함을 특징으로 하는 관리기록 표시하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제3과정은 스크롤키 업쉬프트에 응답하여 이전 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보를 디스플레이하는 제1단계와, 스크롤키 다운쉬프트에 응답하여 다음 간략표시양식의 관리기록정보를 디스플레이하는 제2단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 관리기록 표시하는 방법.
