Claims (6)
- 음극선관의 패널 표면에 저반사 박막이 형성된 것에 있어서, 패널 표면에 도전막층, SiO2박막층, 도전성 폴리머층이 순차적으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 저반사 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 폴리머층의 표면 저항이 도전막층의 표면 저항보다 낮은 것임을 특징으로 하는 저반사 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전막층과 도전성 폴리머층의 표면 저항이 각각 106∼108Ω/?과 101∼104Ω/?을 특징으로 하는 저반사 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiO2박막층과 도전성 폴리머층이 형성된 사이의 곡면 및 테두리 부근에 도전성 테이프가 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 저반사 음극선관.
- 음극선관의 패널 표면에 도전막층과 SiO2박막층을 형성한 후 표면의 예열온도를 20∼90℃로 한 다음 스핀(Spin) 또는 스프레이(Spray)법으로 도전성 폴리머층을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 저반사 음극선관의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 도전막층과 SiO2박막층을 형성한 다음 상기 형성된 박막층의 곡면 및 테두리 주변에 도전 테이프를 부착하고, 상기 곡면을 비롯한 SiO2박막층 상부에 도전성 폴리머층을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 저반사 음극선관의 제조방법.
