상기 각각의 실시예 및 비교예로 부터 제조되는 음료에 대하여 안정성 시험을 실시하였다. 투명성 여부는 제조된 음료를 정치한 후 육안으로 관찰하였으며, 침전물 발생여부는 제조된 음료를 2개월간 상온에서 방치한후 용기의 하단부에 침전물이 발생하였는지를 관찰하였다. 그 결과를 표 3에 나타낸다.The beverages prepared from each of the above Examples and Comparative Examples were subjected to a stability test.
