BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus for a CRT panel (front glass) used in televisions, computer output devices, and the like, and more particularly, to a CRT transparent member inspection apparatus for inspecting surface defects and internal defects of panels on which images are projected.
In general, the CRT (Cathode Ray tube) panel (front glass), which is mainly used as an output device for televisions and computers, includes scratches and pits, which are surface defects as shown in FIG. Defects such as Brister Stone. In order to inspect these defects, a CCD camera is mainly used for inspection. 1 is a perspective view showing the main part of a conventional CRT transparent member inspection apparatus. As shown, the panel 40 is moved through the conveyor 10, the fluorescent lamp 20 is installed on the lower side of the space for connecting the conveyor 10 and the conveyor 10, the CCD camera on the top 30 is installed so that the panel 40 to be inspected moves at a constant speed according to the operation of the conveyor 10, and when the panel 40 arrives in the space, the light of the fluorescent lamp 20 is transferred to the CCD camera. By passing through the CCD camera is continuously incident, it is signal processed. Based on this signal, the defective part is determined, the defective product is removed, the defect factor is analyzed and fed back to the manufacturing process to suppress the occurrence of the defective product.
In the conventional transparent member inspection apparatus, the fluorescent lamp 20 emits light around the fluorescent lamp, and the light emitted from the fluorescent lamp 20 is moved by the panel 40 as the panel 40 moves on the conveyor 10. It is difficult to detect the correct image by the CCD camera because the path of light is refracted when passing. Especially, as shown in FIG. 2, the light passing through the panel passes through the edge of the panel, that is, the front end and the rear end. There is a problem that can not be inspected because it does not enter the camera.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a transparent member inspection apparatus capable of accurately detecting a defect of a transparent member and inspecting an entire portion of a panel.

And control means for controlling the path of the light according to the shape and shape of the transparent member.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 3 is a perspective view showing the main part of the transparent member inspection apparatus according to the present invention. As shown, the light source 20 is located below the space between the conveyor 10 and the conveyor for transporting the panel 10, and the light from the light source 10 is above the panel 40. The CCD camera 30 which passes | passs through, and image | photographs the light which passed out is provided.
The light source 20 is provided with a cover 21 to block the light radiating radially around the light source, the cover 21 is as much as necessary to the light of the light source 20 in the CCD camera 30 An opening 22 is formed to allow light to pass therethrough. In addition, a motor 60 is installed at one end of the light source 20 to rotate the light source to adjust the direction of the light emitted from the opening 22, and the CCD camera is installed on the support 31. It is installed to move up, down, left and right to adjust the size and focus of the camera. In addition, a sensor 50 for determining whether the panel 40 is input is installed at the entrance of the panel 40 that is transferred to the inspection apparatus.
5 is a side view illustrating a state in which light of a light source according to the present invention is incident on a CCD camera while passing through a front end, a center, and a rear end of a panel. When the panel 40 is moved at a constant speed by the conveyor 10, and sensed by the sensor 50, as shown in FIG. 5A, as shown in FIG. 5A, the light of the light source 20 is rotated while the motor 60 is rotated. It is adjusted to be incident on the CCD camera in consideration of the degree of refraction when passing through the front end of the panel 40, the motor 60 of the light source 20 is to change the angle of the panel surface to be moved at the same speed Accordingly, the light is controlled so that light is uniformly incident on the CCD camera 30.
Therefore, as shown in (b) and (c) of FIG. 2, even when inspecting the central portion or the rear end portion, the cover 21 and the motor 60 of the light source can be effectively rotated at an appropriate angle. It can be matched with a CCD camera to detect small invisible defects, and the curved portion can be inspected to detect more accurate defects of the transparent member.
