Claims (4)
- 레이저 스캐닝 유니트의 광원 위치를 가변시키기 위한 구동기구(1)로서, 압전소자(2)를 내장하여 이 압전소자에 전원이 공급되었을 때 광원인 발광 다이오드(3)의 위치를 이동시킬 수 있도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트 왜곡수차 보정을 위한 광원위치 가변장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 구동기구(1)는 보드(15)상에서 입설한 베이스(12)와 와이어(13)로 지지된 케이스(11)의 내부에 압전소자(2)를 내장하고, 그 상부를 투명판재(14)로 보호하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트의 왜곡수차 보정을 위한 광원위치 가변장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 압전소자(2)는 그 중앙에 투명판재(14)를 향한 요흠부(21)를 형성한 후, 그 속에 발광 다이오드(3)를 내장하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트의 왜곡수차 보정을 위한 광원위치 가변장치.
- 제1항 및 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 압전소자(2)는 분극처리하되, 전계를 가할 경우 그 분극 방향으로 팽창하여, 요흠부(21)속의 발광 다이오드(3)가 광축 방향으로 이동하도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 스캐닝 유니트의 왜곡수차 보정을 위한 광원위치 가변장치.
