Claims (3)
- Fe2O350.5~54.5몰%, MnO 29.0~33.0몰%, ZnO 13.0~17.0몰%, CaO 0.05~0.2몰% 및 SiO20.005~0.02몰%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 Mn-Zn페라이트 코아용 조성물.
- 50.5~54.5몰%의 Fe2O3, 29.0~33.0몰%의 MnO와 13.0~17.0몰%, ZnO를 습식 혼합한 다음 하소한 후에 0.05~0.2몰%의 CaO와 0.005~0.022몰% 의 SiO2를 첨가하면서 습식분쇄하고 건조하여 조분쇄 및 미분새하고 성형하여 상온등압성형처리하고, 소결, 고온등압성형처리하여 가공하고 어닐링함을 특징으로 하는 Mn-Zn 페라이트 코아의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상온등압성형 처리는 1200~1250℃, 13000~18000psi, 산소농도 150~200ppm에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 Mn-Zn 페라이트 코아의 제조방법.
