Abstract

본 발명은 헤드램프의 조향장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 주행 속도에 따라 풍향판(3)의 회동으로 랙기어(20)가 이동되어 헤드램프(1)에 축설된 기어(2)를 회전시켜 헤드램프(1)가 고정축(31)을 중심으로 회동되게하여 헤드램프(1)의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 발명은 헤드램프의 조향장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 차량 주행시 받게 되는 풍속에 의해 헤드램프의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 헤드램프의 조향장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 헤드램프는 상향등과 하향등으로 구분되어 사용되고 있으며, 자동차의 프런트 바디에 설치되어 야간 운행시 운전자의 전방 시야를 확보해 주는 것이다.
그러나, 차량의 고속 주행시 안전을 위하여 먼거리를 비춰주어야 하는데 이를 운전자가 일일이 손으로 조절하므로 불편한 것이다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 차량이 고속으로 주행을 하면 그에 따라 차량의 전면에 부딪히는 바람의 풍속이 세게 되므로 이러한 풍속의 차이에 다라 헤드램프의 각도를 조절하게 하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
이와 같은 목적은, 하단이 고정핀으로 축착된 헤드램프의 상단에 기어를 판스프링으로써 탄지되게 축설하고 레일에 안내를 받는 랙기어를 기어에 치합시키며, 상기 랙기어의 일단을 회동판으로써 풍향판에 힌지로써 연결시킴으로써 달성된다.
이하, 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 바람직한 일실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
자동차의 프런트 바디에 설치되어 야간에 운전자의 전방시야를 확보해주는 헤드램프(1)에 있어서, 상기 헤드램프(1)의 하단을 고정핀(31)으로 회동 가능하게 축착시키고, 상기 헤드램프(1)의 상단에 기어(2)를 판스프링(30)으로 탄지되게 축설하며 레일(21)에 안내를 받는 랙기어(20)를 기어(2)에 치합시키며 랙기어(20)의 일단을 회동판(4)으로 풍향판(3)에 힌지(11)(12)로 연결시켜 구성된 것이다.
그리고, 상기 판스프링(30)은 자체가 롤식으로 고정축(30a) 외경에 감져진 것이고, 이 고정축(30a)의 상단에는 회전 가능하게 기어(2)가 축설된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 자동차가 주행을 하게 되면, 자동차 전면에 바람이 부딪히게 되는데 자동차 전면에 부딪히는 바람의 속도가 빠를 수록 자동차의 속도가 빠르게 되는 데, 이때 헤드램프(1)를 상향으로 조절하여 먼거리를 비추도록 하여야 한다. 이렇게 빠른 속도로 자동차가 주행하여 속도가 빠른 바람이 풍향판(3)에 부딪히게 되면, 제2도에서와 같이, 풍향판(3)은 힌지(11)를 중심축으로 후방으로 회동되고 이에 따라 회동판(4)이 힌지(12)를 중심축으로 전방으로 당겨져 지게 됨으로써 회동판(4)에 연결된 랙기어(20)가 후방으로 밀리게 되어 랙기어(20)가 후방으로 레일(21)을 타고 이동되고, 랙기어(20)와 이 맞물림된 기어(2)가 회전되면서 랙기어(20)와 함께 후방으로 이동됨으로써 헤드램프(1)가 고정핀(31)을 중심으로 상부가 후방으로 젖혀져 상향등이 되어 먼거리를 비추게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상부에 랙기어(20)가 회전 가능하게 축설된 고정축(30a) 외경에 감겨진 상태의 판스프링(30)이 랙기어(2)의 이동거리 만큼 자체 탄성력으로 늘어나게 되는 것이다.
이러한 상태에서 자동차가 저속으로 주행을 하게 되면, 풍향판(3)에 풍압이 적게 가해짐과 동시게 판스프링(30)의 탄성력이 복귀됨으로써 기어(2)가 반대로 회전되면서 기어(2)와 랙기어(20)가 원위치로 이동됨과 동시에 회동판(4)과 풍향판(3)이 원위치로 이동됨으로써 이에 따라 헤드램프(1)가 고정핀(31)을 중심으로 상단이 전방으로 회동되어 하향등이 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 발명은, 차량의 주행속도에 따라 헤드램프(1)의 각도를 조절하여 속도가 빠르면, 상향등으로 조절되고 속도가 느리면 하향등이 되게 하므로서 운전의 편의성을 향상시킨 것이다.

  1. 하단이 고정핀(31)으로 회동 가능하게 축착된 헤드램프(1)의 상단에 기어(2)를 판스프링(30)으로써 탄지되게 축설하고, 레일(21)에 안내를 받는 랙기어(20)를 기어(2)에 치합시키며, 상기 랙기어(20)의 일단을 회동판(4)으로써 풍향판(3)에 힌지(11)(12)로 연결시켜서 된 헤드램프의 조향장치.
