Claims (1)
- 마찰이 심하게 작용되는 일부분을 미리 세라믹단섬유제를 이용하여 프리폼(2)으로 제조한 다음, 이어 제조된 프리폼(2)을 이 프리폼(2)이 안착 되도록 프리폼안착부(1a)가 구비된 시프트포크(1)의 형상을 갖춘 용탕단조기의 금형내로 위치시킨 후, 시프트포크(1)의 재질인 용융된 아공정알루미늄제(AC2B)를 이 금형내로 주입시키고, 이어 이 아공정알루미늄제(AC2B)와 프리폼(2)이 서로 결합 되도록 금형을 일정 시간동안 가압시키는 용탕단조공법으로 제조 되어지는 자동차용 시프트포크의 제조방법.
