Claims (1)
- 전체 무게에 대한 규석 63.5% 알루미나 7.2% 붕산 2.3% 가리 15% 소다장석 2.5% 초석 2% 바륨 5.5% 분말을 혼합하고, 고온으로 용융시켜 급냉시키는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 냉각된 조성물을 3-5마이크롬입자를 분쇄하고, 건조기로 건조하여 700-750℃에서 자화되는 유리 파우더를 얻는 단계와; 전체 무게에 대한 도석 2.7% 규석 4.5% 습식볼밀기에서 분쇄한 다음, 점토 52.3% 고령토 7.5% 분말을 물에 희석하여 교반기로 혼합한 후 여과하여 슬러지를 얻은 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 슬러지를 1-3일 정도 상온에서 건조하고, 분쇄기로 50메쉬로 분쇄한 후 가스로를 이용하여 830-870℃에서 30분 정도 가소성하고 분쇄하여 가소성된 파우더를 얻는 단계; 상기 단계 후에 상기 유리파우더 32.25-12.5%, 상기 가소성된 파우더를 31.25-50%, 다이아몬드입자 18.75-37.5%를 무게비로 혼합하여 물, CMC용액, 스테아린산소다를 20:1:1-2로 혼합한 후 교반하고 80-100℃로 가열하여 건조기에서 120-130℃로 2시간 내지 5시간 정도 건조하여 분말 입자를 얻는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 분말입자를 냉간금형에 투입하여 150㎏/㎠-200㎏/㎠의 프레스 압력으로 성형하는 단계와; 상기 단계 후에 성형물을 소결하기 위하여 400℃까지 2시간 400-600℃까지 2시간 산화시킨 후에 600-880℃까지 약 3시간-3시간30분 유지하여 780℃에서 10분간 유지한 다음 서냉하여 20%기공을 갖는 비트리파이트 다이몬드휠을 얻는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드휠 제조방법.
