Abstract
본 발명은 다이아몬드휠 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자화된 유리파우더 32.25-12.5%와 가소성 파우더 31.25-50%를 다이아몬드입자 18.75-37.5%와 혼합하여 소결시 다이아몬드입자의 화학적 반응을 억제할 수 있도록 함으로써, 석재, Sic, 사파이어, 초경합금, 세라믹, 및 광학유리의 고속표면 연마시 별도의 드래싱을 하지 않고도 연속적인 작업이 가능토록 한 것이다.
