Claims (3)
- 전해액에서 전기화학적으로 반응물의 산화/환원을 위하여 전해액탱크(6), 펌프(4), 전원장치(5) 그리고 양극과 음극이 설치된 사이클론 전해조(1)에 있어서, 한쪽 극은 외부 원통형 전극(2)으로서 전해조(1) 내벽에 밀착되어 설치되고, 상기 외부 원통형 전극(2) 안에 내부 원관형 전극(3)을 반대극성으로 설치하되, 상기 각 전극은 전원의 극성을 반대로 연결함에 따라 상호 극성이 바뀌어 바뀐 극성으로서의 역할 교환이 가능하게 설치하며, 상기 내부 원관형 전극(3) 중앙은 전해액이 흐르도록 가운데에 빈공간을 형성하고, 전극면적을 넓히기 위한 미세한 가공(7)을 외면에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 방법으로 용액중의 반응물을 산화/화원하기 위한 사이클론 전해조.
- 전해조(1)내에 양극과 음극의 분리가 필요한 경우, 분리막(9)을 두 극 사이에 설치하여 양극전해액과 음극전해액을 각각 따로 외부 원통형 전극(2)과 내부 원관형 전극(3)에 접선방향으로 주입하여 반응시킨 후 한쪽은 위로, 다른 쪽은 아래로 분리하는 흐름을 갖게 함을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 방법으로 용액중의 반응물을 산화/환원하기 위한 사이클론 전해조의 운전방법.
- 전해액을 외부 원통형 전극(2)과 내부 원관형 전극(3)의 접선방향으로 주입하여 전해액의 난류현상을 이용하여 물질이동을 증가시켜 고전류밀도하에서 조업함을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 방법으로 용액중의 반응물을 산화/환원하기 위한 사이클론 전해조의 운전방법.
