Claims (3)
- 전분및/또는 곡류와 종자와 알껍질을 분쇄혼합한후 가수하여 발효 숙성하고 다시 여과하여 얻어진 발효숙성액으로서, 바람직하게는 5∼9중량%의 미네랄 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 분자집단의 세분화에 사용되는 수용성 미네랄 함유액.
- 전분 및/또는 곡류와 종자와 알껍질을 소정 비율로 분쇄혼합하고, 이어서 가수교반함과 동시에 80℃정도로 가열하여 점조한 혼합액을 형성하고, 이 혼합액에 누룩을 가하여 발효숙성함으로써 종자의 미네랄성분을 혼합액중에 용해 이행시키고, 다시 얻어잔 발효숙성액을 여과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 미네랄 함유액의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서. 혼합액을 발효시킬때, 교반하면서 이 혼합액중에 공기를 도입함과 동시에 광조사를 행하고, 다시 숙성시에 발효혼합액을 유동시켜서 전해처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성미네랄 함유액의 제조방법.
