Claims (3)
- 원판 형상 또는 고리형상의 간막이판의 한 면에 복수의 날개를 고리형상으로 배치하여 일체로 세워 설치한 횡류팬용 다중 날개바퀴의 제조장치에 있어서,상기 다중 날개바퀴의 간막이판을 하부 성형 금형으로부터 외부로 압출자유롭게 지지하는 이젝터블록과, 상기 다중 날개바퀴의 상부 성형 금형을 상기 하부 성형금형에서 분리한 후에 상기 이젝터 블록을 회전시키면서 윗쪽으로 압출하는 캠플레이트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡류팬용 다중 날개바퀴의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이젝터 블록은 다중 날개바퀴의 간막이판에 설치한 걸어맞춤부에 걸거나 벗기는 것이 자유로운 걸어맞춤부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡류팬용 다중 날개바퀴의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 이젝터 블록을 지지하는 이젝터 샤프트를 설치하고, 이젝터 블록을 상기 이젝터 샤프트를 통하여 회전시키면서 윗쪽으로 압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡류팬용 다중 날개바퀴의 제조장치.
