Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 주행중 위험한 상태를 경고할 수 있는 경보 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 주행중 급제동시 압력감지 스위치에 의해 일정수준 이상의 급감속 감지시 비상 점멸등을 자동으로 점등시킴으로써, 긴급한 상황을 자동으로 경고 할 수 있도록, 브레이크 페달에 연동되어 온/오프 스위칭되는 브레이크 스위치와, 상기 브레이크 스위치의 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 브레이크 등, 압력 인가시 전압을 발생하는 압전 소자, 상기 압전 소자 및 브레이크 스위치로부터 입력된 신호에 의해 자동으로 온/오프 제어되는 온/오프 스위치, 상기 온/오프 스위치의 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 비상 점멸등 및 상기 비상 점멸등을 수동 조작하기 위한 비상 점멸등 스위치로 구성한 급제동시 비상 점멸등 자동 제어 장치에 관한 것이다.

본 발명의 자동차의 주행중 위험한 상태를 경고할 수 있는 경보 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 주행중 급제동시 압력감지 스위치에 의해 일정수준 이상의 급감속 감지시 비상 점멸등을 자동으로 점등시킴으로써, 긴급한 상황을 자동으로 경고 할 수 있도록 한 급제동시 비상점멸등 자동 제어 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차는 일정한 안전 기준에 따라 질서있게 운행되고, 다른 자동차는 또는 보행자에 대하여 주행중 위험한 상태를 경고할 수 있는 경음기 또는 비상점멸등이 있으며, 이들의 장치는 안전 기준령으로 설치, 작동, 성능 등이 규정되어 있으며 규정에 적합하여야 한다.
이와 같은 비상 점멸등은 비상시에 사용하는 위험 경고등으로써 점화 스위치의 위치에 관계없이 작동하는 것으로 스위치을 누르면 전/후면의 방향 지시등과 계기판의 지시등이 동시에 점멸하여 다른 차량의 운전자에게 비상임을 알려주고 스위치를 다시 한번 눌러주면 작동이 중지된다.
또한 경음기는 진동판을 압축 공기에 의하여 진동시켜 소리를 내는 공기식과 전자석에 의하여 진동판을 작동시키는 전기식이 있으며, 상기 공기식은 압축 공기를 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 대형 자동차에 많이 쓰이고, 일반 소형 자동차에서는 전기식이 쓰인다.
종래의 전기식 경음기는 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이, 경음기 스위치(HS)를 닫으면 코일(L1)에 자력이 생겨 릴레이 접점(P1)이 닫히고, 상기 접점(P1)이 닫히면 축전지(B)에서 전류는 단자(ⓗ)를 거쳐 경음기(10)의 경음기 코일(L2)에 흐른다.
상기 코일(L2)에서는 자력에 의하여 가동 철심(Moving Core)(11)이 흡인되며 접점(P2)을 열고, 접점(P2)이 열리면 자력이 없어져 진동판(12)과 스프링의 탄성에 의하여 가동 철심(11)은 제자리로 되돌아오며, 접점(P2)이 다시 닫히는 동작을 매초 200 내지 600회 주기로 진동판(12)을 진동시켜 2m 전방에서 90 내지 115폰(Phon)이 되도록 한다.
한편, 상기와 같이 구동되는 경음기(10)에는 비교적 큰 전류가 흐르기 때문에 단자 전압이 변화하여 음색이 변화하므로 경음기 릴레이(20)를 설치함으로써, 음색 외에 경음기 스위치(HS)의 접촉 불량을 방지하며, 전압 강하를 방지하는 역할을 한다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래의 경보 장치는 운전자가 비상 상황을 감지한 후 급제동을 하고 경음기를 울리거나 비상등을 켜야 함으로써, 운전자가 긴급한 상황하에서 여러 동작을 행하는데 시간상의 소요가 필요하게 되는 문제점이 있으며, 운전자의 정신적인 충격이나 부주의로 위급한 상황을 알리지 못하게 되는 경우가 발생되고, 이로 인하여 안전 사고가 발생하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 제 문제점을 해소시키기 위하여 창안된 것으로, 자동차의 주행중 급제동시 압력감지 스위치에 의해 일정수준 이상의 급감속 감지시 비상 점멸등을 자동으로 점등시킴으로써, 긴급한 상황을 자동으로 경고할 수 있도록 한 급제동시 비상 점멸등 자동 제어 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 브레이크 페달에 연동되어 온/오프 스위칭되는 브레이크 스위치와, 상기 브레이크 스위치의 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 브레이크 등, 압력 인가시 전압을 발생하는 압전 소자, 상기 압전 소자로부터 입력된 신호에 의해 자동으로 온/오프 제어되는 온/오프 스위치, 상기 온/오프 스위치의 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 비상 점멸등 및 상기 비상 점멸등을 수동 조작하기 위한 비상 점멸등 스위치로 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부한 예시도면을 참조하여 자세히 설명한다.
본 발명에 따른 급제동시 비상 점멸등 자동 제어 장치는 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이, 브레이크 페달(7)의 축(8)보다 아랫쪽에 장착되어 브레이크 페달(7)의 작동으로 온/오프 스위칭되는 브레이크 스위치(1)와;
상기 브레이크 스위치(1)과 전기적으로 연결되어 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 브레이크 등(2);
브레이크 페달(7)의 축(8)보다 윗쪽에 장착되어 브레이크 페달(7)의 작동으로 인가되는 압력으로 전압을 발생하는 압전 소자(3);
상기 압전 소자(3)와 전기적으로 연결되어 입력된 신호에 의해 자동으로 온/오프 제어되는 온/오프 스위치(4);
상기 온/오프 스위치(4)의 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 비상 점멸등(5) 및;
상기 비상 점멸등(5)을 수동 조작하기 위한 비상 점멸등 스위치(6)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 급제동시 비상 점멸등 자동 제어 장치.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 작용 및 효과를 제3도를 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
운전자가 자동차를 운전하여 주행을 하는 중에는 제3도의 (a)에 도시한 바와 같이, 축(8)의 하단부에 위치한 브레이크 스위치(1)는 평상시에는 접촉이 이루어지나 누를 때만 접촉이 안되는 B접점 스위치이므로 턴-온 상태를 유지하고 있는 반면에, 상기 축(8)의 상단부에 위치한 압전 소자(3)는 브레이크 페달(7)을 통해 압력이 인가되지 않음으로써 턴-오프 되어 본 장치는 구동되지 않는다.
상기와 같은 상태로 주행중에 비상 사태가 발생하여 급 브레이크를 밟게 되면 제3도의 (b)에 도시한 바와 같이, 축(8)을 기점으로 브레이크 페달(7)에 연동되어 턴-온 상태의 브레이크 스위치(1)가 턴-오프됨으로써 브레이크 등(2)을 점등시킴과 동시에 상기 브레이크 페달(7)로부터 인가된 압력에 의해 압전 소자(3)가 구동되어 전압을 발생함으로써 온/오프 스위치(4)를 턴-온시키고, 상기 온/오프 스위치(4)의 턴-온 동작에 의해 비상 점멸등(5)을 자동으로 점등시킴으써 다른 차량의 운전자에게 비상 사태가 발생되었음을 알릴 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기와 같이 비상 점멸등(5)을 점등시킨 상태에서 비상 사태가 해지되어 운전자가 누르고 있던 브레이크 페달(7)로부터 발을 떼면, 턴-오프 되었던 브레이크 스위치(1)가 제3도의 (a)와 같이 턴-온되어 점등되었던 브레이크 등(2)을 소등시킴과 동시에 브레이크 페달(7)을 통해 압전 소자(3)로 인가된 압력이 해지됨으로써 턴-온 되었던 온/오프 스위치(4)를 턴-오프시키고, 상기 온/오프 스위치(4)의 턴-오프 동작에 의해 비상 점멸등(5)을 자동으로 소등시킴으로써 다른 차량의 운전자에게 비상사태가 해지되었음을 알릴 수 있게 된다.
또한, 운전자가 고속도로상에서 잠시 비상 점멸등(5)을 점등시키고자 하는 경우, 비상 점멸등 스위치(6)를 턴-온시켜 수동으로 비상 점멸등(5)을 점등시킬 수 있다.
이상에서 상세히 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명은, 자동차의 주행중 급제동시 압력감지 스위치에 의해 일정수준 이상의 급감속 감지시 비상 점멸등을 자동으로 점등시킴으로써 긴급한 상황을 자동으로 경고할 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 보행자 및 운전자의 보다 효율적으로 확보할 수 있어 안전 사고를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Claims (1)
- 브레이크 페달(7)의 축(8)보다 아랫쪽에 장착되어 브레이크 페달(7)의 작동으로 온/오프 스위칭되는 브레이크 스위치(1)와; 상기 브레이크 스위치(1)과 전기적으로 연결되어 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 브레이크 등(2); 브레이크 페달(7)의 축(8)보다 윗쪽에 장착되어 브레이크 페달(7)의 작동으로 인가되는 압력으로 전압을 발생하는 압전 소자(3); 상기 압전 소자(3)와 전기적으로 연결되어 입력된 신호에 의해 자동으로 온/오프 제어되는 온/오프 스위치(4); 상기 온/오프 스위치(4)의 온/오프 스위칭 동작에 의해 점등되는 비상 점멸등(5) 및; 상기 비상 점멸등(5)을 수동 조작하기 위한 비상 점멸등 스위치(6)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 급제동시 비상 점멸등 자동 제어 장치.
