본 무연사는 크게 두가지 공정을 거쳐 만들어 지는데, 즉 가용성사와 비가용성사의 합사공정과 연사공정이 그것이다. 본 발명에서 비가용성 방적사로는 보통 방적공장에서 생산되는 사로 면사,모사, 재생섬유(단섬유), 합성섬유(단섬유) 및 이들의 혼합사가 될 수 있다. 그리고 가용성사는 비가용성사와 합연시 용제 등에 의하여 후처리 공정에서 용해시킬 수 있는 방적사 또는 방사사가 사용될 수 있다. 주지 할 것은 본 발명에서 비가용성사는 반드시 녹지않는 사를 의미하는 것은 아니라는 것이다. 에를들어, 비가용성사가 수성용 제하에서는 안녹으나 유성용제에는 녹는 것이더라도 가용성사가 수성용매에 녹는 것이라면 이러한 사의 조합도 가능하다. 다시말하면,가용성사와 비가용성사는 정하여져 있는 것이 아니라 상대적이라고 할 수 있다. 예를 들면 면사와 알카리용해성 폴리에스테르 사를 합연하는 경우 후처리 공정에서 폴리에스테르 사만을 용해시킬수 있기 때문에 이 경우 면사는 비가용성사로, 그리고 알카리용해성 폴리에스테르 사는 가용성사로 사용된 것이다. 한편 폴리에스테르 단섬유 방적사와 수용성 폴리비닐알콜사를 합연하는 경우 후처리 공정에서 폴리비닐알콜사 만을 용해시킬 수 있기 때문에 이때에는 폴리에스테르 사가 비가용성사로, 그리고 폴리비닐알콜사는 가용성사로 사용된 것이다. 한편 이들의 섬도는 용도에 따라 자유롭게 조절하여 사용 할 수 있다.This lead-free yarn is made through two main processes, namely, the joint process and twisting process of soluble and non-soluble yarns.
