Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a spun yarn having a two-layer cross-sectional structure in which fibers having different properties are arranged in a core-sheath structure has been used. To provide properties such as dimensional stability and wash-and-wear properties, and to arrange the cotton and regenerated fibers in the sheath to provide properties such as texture and anti-pilling properties, making use of the strengths of each fiber, It is used to make up for disadvantages. However, general-purpose synthetic fibers represented by polyester fibers are made of petroleum as a starting material, are not easily decomposed in the natural world, and in an environment where natural environmental protection is important,
Disposal becomes a problem, and the yarn having the above structure has the same problem.

Synthetic fiber. The biodegradable synthetic fiber in the present invention is a fiber made of a biodegradable thermoplastic polymer that is degraded by microorganisms and the like in the natural world. As the biodegradable thermoplastic polymer, aliphatic polyester,
Caprolactone, and the like, polylactic acid fiber comprising the polylactic acid from the viewpoint that has a melting point such as practical performance among the aliphatic polyester Ru preferably used. The sheath part of the spun yarn of the present invention is made of a biodegradable fiber selected from recycled fiber and natural fiber, and is a short fiber. Regenerated fiber is a fiber that dissolves cellulose that exists in nature and is regenerated into fibrous form, such as viscose rayon, cupra,
Polynosic, solvent-spun cellulose fibers and the like. Examples of biodegradable natural fibers include vegetable fibers such as cotton and hemp, and animal fibers such as wool and silk. Biodegradable core-sheath structured spun yarn of the present invention, Ru can be manufactured as follows. For example, according to the method described in JP-B-56-11775, a draw-up sliver S1 made of short fibers of biodegradable synthetic fibers for a core is prepared by using a roving machine having a structure shown in FIGS. A draw-up sliver S2 comprising biodegradable short fibers selected from recycled fibers for sheath and natural fibers is supplied to a roving machine, drafted by roller parts A to D, front roller D and flyer head A roving having a core-sheath structure is obtained between E and E, and the obtained roving is obtained by spinning with a spinning machine.

It is difficult to express the properties of synthetic fibers such as properties and wash and wear properties, and if it exceeds 40%, it becomes difficult to stably spin out a double-layered yarn having a core-sheath structure, There is a problem that a covering defective portion is likely to occur. The biodegradable fabric of the present invention is a woven or knitted fabric composed of the above-described biodegradable core-sheath structured spun yarn, and can be obtained by a usual method using the spun yarn.

supplying a sliver composed of a mm, the wound sliver S 2 as cotton 100% combed sliver, the weight ratio of each sliver after drafting S 1: S 2 = 40: 6
The roving yarn having a roving weight of 280 gelen / 30 yards and a twist number of 0.62 T / inch is set to 0 and the advancing angle θ of the sliver S 1 forming the core to the fryer head E with respect to the draft direction in FIG. Obtained. The roving was spun with a conventional spinning machine to obtain a 30-count (English-type cotton count) spun yarn with a biodegradable core-sheath structure of the present invention. The obtained spun yarn is knitted with a single-layer knitting machine having a kettle diameter of 30 inches and a gauge of 28 gauge, and is subjected to bleaching by a conventional method using hydrogen peroxide, followed by finishing at 130 ° C. for 30 seconds. The setting was performed to obtain a knitted product using a biodegradable core-sheath structured spun yarn according to the present invention. The biodegradation behavior of the obtained knitted fabric in soil was 60
As a result of an accelerated test conducted under an environment of
The rupture strength decreased in 10 months, the morphological collapse started in 10 months, and the biodegradation effect was confirmed.
