Description
Claims (15)
- 백금족 금속 촉매의 존재하 케톤 또는 알데히드를 일산화질소 및 수소와 반응시켜 상응하는 옥심을 형성하는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족 금속 촉매가 백금 촉매인 옥심의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 비소 또는 안티몬이 백금족 금속 촉매와 함께 공촉매로서 사용되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족 금속 촉매가 활성탄소 또는 그래파이트 상에 지지된 촉매인 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1 또는 4항에 있어서, 촉매가 0.1내지 20중량%의 백금이 지지된 활성 탄소인 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 공촉매가 백금족 금속의 몰당 0.1 내지 0.4 몰의 양으로 사용되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족 금속 촉매가 반응 용액의 kg 당 금속으로 0.05 내지 2밀리몰의 양으로 사용되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 알코올이 반응용매로서 사용되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 7항에 있어서, 무기산이 0.05 내지 10중량 %의 산 농도로 반응계내에 존재하는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 10 내지 150℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소가 케톤 또는 알데히드의 몰당 1.5몰 이상의 양으로 사용되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일산화질소가 케톤 또는 알데히드의 몰당 1몰 이상의 양으로 사용되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소가 일산화질소에 대해 부피로 2배 이상의 양으로 사용되는 옥심의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 케톤이 시클로헥산온인 옥심의 제조방법
- 백금족 금속 촉매의 존재하 케톤 또는 알데히드를 일산화질소 및 수소와 반응시켜 상응하는 옥심을 생성시키고, 생성된 옥심을 회수하는 것으 특징으로 하는 옥심의 제조방법.
