Abstract

본 고안은 자동차 비상등 자동 점등제어장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량의 속도를 검출하여 검출된 차량의 속도가 기설정된 기준속도를 초과할 때 소정의 신호를 출력시키는 차속비교부(10)와, 브레이크 페달에 연동되는 브레이크 스위치(SW1)와, 상기 차속비교부(10)로부터 소정의 출력 신호가 입력될 때 상기 브레이크 스위치(SW1)가 폐쇄되면 비상등(LAMP)을 점등시키기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(20)와, 상기 제어부(20)의 출력신호에 따라 스위칭되는 트랜지스터(TR)와, 상기 트랜지스터(TR)의 스위칭 동작에 따라 스위칭되어 비상등(LAMP)으로 전원을 인가하는 릴레이(REL)를 구비하여 이루어져 차량의 급제동시 비상등을 자동적으로 점등시켜 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경각심을 줌에 따라 차량의 급제동으로 인한 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있다.

Description

자동차의 비상등 자동 점등제어장치
본 고안은 자동차 비상등 자동 점등제어장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 고속 주행중인 차량이 돌발사고로 인하여 급제동하는 경우에 비상등을 자동적으로 점등시켜 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경각심을 주므로써 차량의 급제동으로 인한 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있는 자동차 비상등 자동 점등제어장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 차량에는 차량의 급제동, 차량의 고장 및 환자의 수송 등과 같은 긴급상황을 주위의 차량에게 알리기 위하여 비상등이 장착되어 있다. 따라서, 운전자는 긴급상황 발생시, 특히 차량의 급제동시 운전석에 인접하게 장착되어 있는 비상등 스위치를 통해 비상등을 점등시켜 후방 차량의 운전자에게 자신의 차량의 급제동 사실을 알리게 된다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 차량의 급제동시에는 운전자가 당황하여 비상등 스위치를 조작하지 못하거나 비상등 스위치를 조작할 시간적 여유를 갖지 못하는 경우가 있다. 따라서, 감속하지 못한 후방 차량이 전방 차량을 추돌하여 귀중한 인명이 손상되거나 차량이 파손되는 경우가 있었다.
이에, 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 차량의 속도를 검출하여 검출된 차량의 속도가 기설정된 기준속도를 초과할 때 소정의 신호를 출력시키는 차속비교부와, 브레이크 페달에 연동되는 브레이크 스위치와, 상기 차속비교부로부터 소정의 출력 신호가 입력될 때 상기 브레이크 스위치가 폐쇄되면 비상등을 점등시키기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부와, 상기 제어부의 출력신호에 따라 스위칭되는 트랜지스터와, 상기 트랜지스터의 스위칭 동작에 따라 스위칭되어 비상등으로 전원을 인가하는 릴레이를 구비하여 이루어진다.

이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 일실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 제1도는 본 고안에 따른 자동차 비상등 자동 점등제어장치의 구성을 나타낸 회로도로, 브레이크 페달에 연동되는 브레이크 스위치(SW1)가 제어부(20)에 접속되어 있는데, 상기 브레이크 스위치(SW1)는 브레이크 페달의 동작에 따라 전원(IGN+)을 제어부(20)로 스위칭한다.
또한, 차량이 속도를 검출하여 검출된 차량의 속도가 기설정된 기준속도, 예를 들어 4000RPM을 초과하게 되면 하이레벨의 신호를 출력하도록 되어 있는 차속비교부(10)가 제어부(20)에 접속되어 있다.
한편, 제어부(20)는 트랜지스터(TR)의 베이스단에 접속되어 브레이크 스위치(SW1)와, 차속비교부(20)로부터 입력되는 신호에 의거하여 트랜지스터(TR)이 구동을 제어한다.
트랜지스터(TR)의 에미터단에는 릴레이 코일(L)이 접속되어 있고, 콜렉터단으로는 전원(IGN+)이 인가되도록 구성되어 있다.
또한, 릴레이 스위치(SW2)에는 비상등(LAMP)이 접속되어 있는데, 상기 릴레이 스위치(SW2)는 릴레이 코일(L)의 동작에 따라 스위칭되어 비상등(LAMP)으로 배터리전원(B+)을 공급 또는 차단한다.
다음에는 상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 상세히 한다.
차속비교부(10)에는 검출된 차량의 속도가 기설정된 기준속도인 4000RPM을 초과하게 되면, 차속비교부(10)는 하이레벨의 신호를 출력하여 제어부(20)에 인가하게 된다.
한편, 상기와 같이 차량이 고속으로 주행중에 전방에서 주행중이던 차량이 급제동하거나 전방에 장애물이 나타나 운전자가 브레이크 페달을 밟게되면, 브레이크 페달에 연동되는 브레이크 스위치(SW1)가 온(ON)되어 제어부(20)로 전원(IGN+)을 스위칭하게 된다.
따라서, 제어부(20)는 브레이크 스위치(SW1)와 차속비교부(20)를 통해 전달받은 신호에 의거하여 차량의 속도가 기설정된 기준속도를 초과하였을 경우에 브레이크 스위치(SW1)가 폐쇄되면 트랜지스터(TR)에 하이레벨의 제어신호를 출력하여 트랜지스터를 턴온(TURN-ON)시키게 된다.
상기와 같이 트랜지스터(TR)가 턴온되면 전원(IGN+)이 트랜지스터(TR)를 통해 릴레이 코일(L)로 인가됨에 따라 릴레이 코일(L)이 주위에 자장이 형성되어 릴레이 스위치(SW2)를 끌어당기게 된다. 따라서, 릴레이 스위치(SW2)가 온(ON)되어 비상등(LAMP)으로 배터리 전원(B+)을 인가함에 따라 비상등(LAMP)은 자동적으로 점등된다.
한편, 긴급상황이 해제되어 운전자가 브레이크 페달에서 발을 띠면 브레이크 스위치(SW1)가 개방되면서 제어부(20)로 인가되던 전원(IGN+)이 차단된다. 따라서, 제어부(20)는 로우레밸의 제어신호를 출력하여 트랜지스터(TR)를 턴오프(TURN-OFF) 시키게 된다. 여기서, 제어부(20)는 브레이크 스위치(SW1)이 개방되더라도 소정시간, 예를 들어 약 1분동안 트랜지스터(TR)에 하이레벨의 제어 신호를 출력하여 릴레이 스위치(SW2)가 온(ON) 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 본 고안은, 고속 주행중인 차량이 돌발사고로 인하여 급제동하는 경우에 비상등을 자동적으로 점등시켜 후방 차량의 운전자에게 경각심을 줌에 따라 차량의 급제동으로 인한 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있으며, 아울러 비상등을 점등시키기 위해 운전자가 별도로 설치된 비상등 스위치를 조작하여야 하는 불편함을 제거함에 따라 운전자에게 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
본 고안은 도면에 도시된 일실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술분야에 통상의 지식을 지닌자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타실시예가 가능하다는 점에 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 고안의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 실용신안등록청구의 범위에 의해서만 정해져야 할 것이다.
본 고안의 목적은 차량의 급제동시 비상등을 자동적으로 점등시켜 후방 차량의 운전자에게 자신의 차량의 급제동 사실을 알려 경각심을 주므로써 차량의 급제동으로 인한 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있는 자동차 비상등 자동 점등제어장치를 제공함에 있다.

  1. 차량의 속도를 검출하여 검출된 차량의 속도가 기설정된 기준속도를 초과할 때 소정의 신호를 출력시키는 차속비교부(10)와, 브레이크 페달에 연동되는 브레이크 스위치(SW1)와, 상기 차속비교부(10)로부터 소정의 출력 신호가 입력될 때 상기 브레이크 스위치(SW1)가 폐쇄되면 비상등(LAMP)을 점등시키기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(20)와, 상기 제어부(20)의 출력신호에 따라 스위칭되는 트랜지스터(TR)와, 상기 트랜지스터(TR)의 스위칭 동작에 따라 스위칭되어 비상등(LAMP)으로 전원을 인가하는 릴레이(REL)를 구비하여 이루어지 자동차 비상등 자동 점등제어장치.
