Claims (8)
- 시멘트 100중량부에 대해 열가소성 수지 1내지 4 중량부, 고성능 감수제 1.5 내지 4.5 중량부, 소포제 0.1내지 1.0 중량부, 물을 15내지 25중량부를 혼합하고, 이어서 골재 100 내지 200중량부와 강섬유 4내지 10중량부를 혼합하여 성형하고, 60내지 90℃의 열수 중에서 양생하여 시멘트 경화체를 얻은 다음 상기 수지의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 가열 양생하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트는 포틀랜드 시멘트 60내지 75중량부, 미분쇄 슬래그 5내지 30중량부, 실리카 퓸2 내지 20중량부와 무수 석고 2내지 10중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 미분쇄 슬래그는 블레인이 6000 내지 12000㎠/g이고, 실리카 퓸은 BET 비표면적이 적어도 15㎡/g이며, 무수 석고는 블레인이 적어도 3000㎠/g이상인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지로는 분말 형태와 에멀젼 형태중 어느 하나를 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 골재로는 4호 규사와 7호 규사를 중량비로 8 : 2로 혼합한 분쇄 규사를 사용하여서 되는것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강섬유로는 길이가 25내지 80mm이고, 두께가 0.5내지 1.0mm인 것을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열수 양생은 5내지 10℃/시간의 승온 속도로 12 내지 36시간 동안 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 양생은 열수 양생에 이어서 5내지 10℃/시간의 냉각속도로 실온까지 냉각시킨 다음에 150내지 200℃온도에서 12 내지 36시간 동안 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 시멘트 폴리머 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
