Abstract
본 고안은 트렁크 내장형 연료탱크의 고정구조에 관한 것으로서, 연료탱크의 장착시 각 고정위치가 한 번에 결정되도록하여 용이한 작업이 되도록 함과 동시에 작업시간을 단축시키고, 로봇을 이용한 자동화가 이루어지도록하여 생산성을 향상시키기위한 것으로, 리어 휠하우스 브레이스 패널과 트렁크 플로워패널에 나사로 고정되는 연료탱크의 고정구조에 있어서, 트렁크 플로워패널의 상부면에 소정 형상의 마운팅 브라켓을 부착하고, 상기 마운팅 브라켓의 전면과 리어 휠하우스 브레이스패널 상부의 소정 위치에 각각 웰딩볼트를 형성한 후 상기 웰딩볼트에 연료탱크의 브라켓을 너트로 고정한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fixed structure of a fuel tank with a built-in trunk, so that each fixed position is determined at a time when the fuel tank is mounted, so that it is easy to work and to shorten the working time, and to be automated using a robot.
