Claims (2)
- 폴리에스터 중공섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)~(Ⅳ)의 조건으로 방사속도 5,000m/min 이상으로 방사함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 중공섬유의 제조방법.여기에서 Ts : 방사온도, Th : 구금하부 히터온도, Q : 토출량, Sa : 슬리트면적, A : 풍량, H : 구금의 홀수를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 구금은 슬리트의 중심점이 1개 이상, 슬리트의 수가 2개 이상, 슬리트의 폭이 0.08~0.15mm, 슬리트간 간격이 0.1~2.0mm 그리고 반지름이 0.35~0.6mm임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 중공섬유의 제조방법.
