Abstract

본 고안은 도로중앙의 경계선이나 도로공사시에 차량을 유도하여 안전운행을 도모하는 원추형의 도로교통 안전 표시구를 개량 고안한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 표시구 본체를 받침판 상에서 오뚝이처럼 움직이게 설치하여 진행차량의 풍압이나 가벼운 충격에도 넘어지지 않고 복원될뿐만 아니라 진행차량의 풍압에 표시구 본체가 전·후·좌·우로 조금씩 움직여주게 되므로 운전자의 주목성을 집중시킬수 있게되어 안전운행을 극대화시킬수 있으며 표시구와 표시구 사이에 경계표시줄을 연결설치할수 있고 반사지 부착부분은 돌출되어 주목성 효과를 높일수 있도록한 것이다.
즉, 원추형으로된 표시구본체(10) 하부를 반구형(11)으로 형성하고 그 반구형(11)의 무게중심점 내측에 중량구(12)를 함장한 다음 받침판(20) 상측의 안착부(21)에 표시구 본체(10)를 안치시켜 오뚝이처럼 움직이게 하며, 표시구본체(10) 상담은 걸고리(13)를 형성하고 주벽에 형성시킨 돌출환턱(14)에 반사지(15)를 돌출상태로 부착시켜서된 도로교통 안전 표시구이다.

본 고안은 도로중앙의 경계선이나 도로공사시에 차량을 유도하여 안전운행을 도모하는 원추형의 도로교통 안전 표시구를 개량 고안한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 표시구 본체를 받침판 상에서 오뚝이처럼 움직이게 설치하여 진행차량의 풍압이나 가벼운 충격에도 넘어지지 않고 복원될뿐만 아니라 진행차량의 풍압에 표시구 본체가 전·후·좌·우로 조금씩 움직여주게 되므로 운전자의 주목성을 집중시킬수 있게되어 안전운행을 극대화시킬수 있으며 표시구와 표시구 사이에 경계표시줄을 연결설치할수 있고 반사지 부착부분을 돌출되어 주목성 효과를 높일수 있도록한 것이다.
종래에는 도로중앙의 경계선이나 도로공사시에 사용되는 도로 교통 안전 표시구를 원추형으로 구성하고 하단부에 무게중심을 두어 차량의 안전운행을 유도케 하였으나 진행차량의 풍압 또는 가벼운 충격에도 쉽게 넘어져 오히려 교통장애를 유발하거나 교통사고를 야기시키게 되었으며 표시구와 표시구 사이에 경계표시줄을 연결할수 없기 때문에 별도의 기구를 이용하여 야광호오스나 중앙표시줄 등을 설치해야 하는 번거로움이 있고 표시구 본체에 부착된 반사지가 거의 같은 평면으로 되어 있어서 주목성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 도로교통 안전 표시구에 관한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
원추형으로된 표시구본체(10) 하부를 반구형(11)으로 형성하고 그 반구형(11)의 무게중심점 내측에 중량구(重量球)(12)를 함장한 다음 받침판(20) 상측의 안착부(21)에 안치시켜 표시구본체(10)를 오뚝이처럼 움직이게 하며, 표시구본체(10) 상단을 걸고리(13)를 형성하여 경계표시줄을 연결할수 있게하며 표시구본체(10) 주벽의 반사지(15) 부착부분을 돌출환턱(14)으로 형성하여 반사지(15)를 돌출상태로 부착시킬수 있게한 것이다.
또한 제3도는 또다른 예시도록서, 전주가 내장된 투명수직봉체(16)의 하부에 중량구(12)를 함장하여 받침판(20)상측에서 오뚝이처럼 움직일 수 있게 구성하여 사용할수 있도록 한 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안의 표시구를 도로중앙의 경계선이나 공사중인 도로에 설치한 상태에서 진행차량의 풍압이나 접촉 등의 충격이 가해지면 표시구 본체(10)가 받침판(20) 상에서 오뚝이처럼 전·후·좌·우로 움직인 다음 원상태로 복원되므로 표시구가 쉽게 넘어지는 것을 방지하게 됨과 아울러 뒤따라 오는 진행차량에게는 그 움직임으로 주목성을 집중시켜 안전운행을 극대화시킬수 있게된다.
또, 표시구와 표시구 사이에 야광호오스나 중앙선 표시줄 등의 경계표시줄을 설치할때에는 표시구본체(10) 상단의 걸고리(13)에 연결하여 간단하게 설치할수 있는 것이다.
또, 표시구본체(10) 주벽에 돌출환턱(14)이 형성되어 그 돌출환턱(14)에 반사지(15)를 부착사용하므로 반사지(15)의 주목성을 극대화시킬수 있게된다.
이와같이 본 고안의 표시구는 도로중앙의 경계선이나 공사중인 도로에서 최적의 상태로 설치되어 차량을 안전하게 유도하여 안전운행을 도모할 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 표시구본체(10) 하부를 반구형(11)으로 형성하고 그 반구형(11)의 무게중심점 내측에 중량구(12)를 함장한 다음 받침판(20) 상측의 안착부(21)에 표시구 본체(10)를 안치시켜 오뚝이처럼 움직이게 하며, 표시구본체(10) 상단은 걸고리(13)를 형성하고 주벽에 형성시킨 돌출환턱(14)에 반사지(15)를 돌출상태로 부착시켜서된 도로교통 안전 표시구.
