Abstract

본 발명은, 승용차의 보조정지등에 있어서, 반사경(4)의 결합이 용이하도록 구성된 보조정지등을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명은, 승용차의 보조정지등에 있어서, 하단부 좌우 2부분에 클립(4a)을 갖추면서 소정길이의 지지대(4b)를 구비한 반사경(4)과, 상기 반사경(4)의 클립(4a)을 고정하기 위한 2개의 삽입부(6)를 갖춘 쉐이드(1) 및, 상기 반사경(4)의 지지대(4b)가 고정되도록 2개의 걸림턱(5)을 구비한 커버(2)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 클립(4a)과 지지대(4b)를 구비한 반사경(4)을 보조정지등의 커버(2)와 쉐이드(1)에 결합함으로써, 조립이 용이하고 공수 및 불량이 감소되어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명은 승용차의 내부 뒷부분에 설치된 보조정지등에 관한 것으로, 특히 반사경의 결합이 용이한 보조정지등에 관한 것이다.
종래는 보조정지등에 반사경(4)을 결합할시, 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이, 쉐이드(11)의 좌우 2개소에 형성된 홈에 반사경(4)의 하단부 좌우 2개소의 홈을 일치시킨 상태에서 스크류를 사용하여 결합하였다. 그러나 상기와 같은 과정에서, 스크류를 회전시키는 공구의 회전력 조절 불량시 반사경의 홈이 파손되는 결함이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 점을 감안해서 발명된 것으로서, 스크류를 사용하지 않고 반사경을 용이하게 결합할 수 있는 보조정지등을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 승용차의 보조정지등에 있어서, 하단부 좌우 2부분에 클립(4a)을 갖추면서 소정 길이의 지지대(4b)를 구비한 반사경(4)과, 상기 클립(4a)을 고정하기 위한 2개의 삽입부(6)를 갖춘 쉐이드(1) 및, 상기 반사경(4)의 지지대(4b)가 고정되도록 2개의 걸림턱(5)을 구비한 커버(2)로 구성되어 있다.
이하, 예시도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 1실시예를 상세히 설명한다.
제1a도는 본 발명에 따른 보조정지등의 사시도이고, 제1b도는 제1a도의 A-A'선에 따른 단면도이다.
도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 쉐이드(1)의 하단부에 형성된 2개의 삽입부(6)에 반사경(4)을 수직방향으로 하여 반사경(4)의 하단부 2부분에 형성된 클립(4a)을 삽입하고, 상기 반사경(4)의 지지대(4b)를 B방향으로 밀어서 커버(2) 내의 좌우에 형성된 2개의 걸림턱(5)에 고정한다.
상기한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의하면, 클립(4a)과 지지대(4b)를 구비한 반사경(4)을 보조정지등의 커버(2)에 형성된 걸림턱(5)과 쉐이드(1)에 형성된 삽입부(6)에 결합함으로써, 조립이 용이하고, 공수 및 불량이 감소되어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  1. 승용차용 보조정지등에 있어서, 하단부 좌우 2부분에 클립(4a)을 갖추면서 소정 길이의 지지대(4b)를 구비한 반사경(4)과, 상기 반사경(4)의 클립(4a)을 고정하기위한 2개의 삽입부(6)를 갖춘 쉐이드(1) 및, 상기 반사경(4)의 지지대(4b)가 고정되도록 2개의 걸립턱(5)을 구비한 커버(2)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사경의 결합이 용이한 보조정지등.
