Abstract
본 고안은 신체의 전신을 도립시키는 운동구에 관한 것으로서 실내바닥과 천정에 맞대어 수직으로 고정시키게된 기대에 승강안내구가 설치되어서 전동윈치장치로 승강되게하고 승강안내구에는 외측단부에 바퀴를 부착시킨 대판의 내측단부를 연결편으로 축연결하여서 승강조정기의 간단한 조작으로 대판의 내측부를 서서히 들어올리거나 또는 내리게하므로서 대판에 누워 발목을 고정시킨 신체를 안전하게 도립시킬 수 있게 된 것이다.

본 고안은 신체의 전신을 도립시키는 운동구에 관한 것으로서 실내바닥과 천정에 맞대어 수직으로 고정시키게된 기대에 승강안내구가 관삽되어서 전동윈치장치로 승강되게하고 승강안내구에는 외측단부에 바퀴를 부착시킨 대판의 내측단부를 연결편으로 축연결하여서 승강조정기의 간단한 조작으로 대판의 내측부를 서서히 들어올리거나 또는 내리게하므로서 대판에 누워 발목을 고정시킨 신체를 안전하게 도립시킬 수 있게 된 것이다.
인간의 신체는 수면상태를 제외하고는 항시 직립상태에서 생활하기 때문에 신체의 상반부중에서 특히 뇌로 공급되는 혈액순환이 원활치 못하여 이상이 생기거나, 또한 항상 압박을 받는 내장과 요추부분이 손상되어서 치료를 요하는 경우가 많았었다.
따라서 이에 대한 예방 및 치료를 위하여 신체를 도립시키도록된 운동구가 다수 안출된바 있었으나, 대개가 기대에 대판의 중앙부를 축설치하여서 신체의 중심이동에 따라 대판을 회전시키게된 것과 이를 개량하여서 모우터로 구동되는 승강장치의 체인에 대판의 일측을 연결하여서 안내로울러에 의해 승강되도록 하였는바,
전자의 경우에는 신체의 중심을 임의로 이동하여서 대판을 회전되게 하므로 잘못 조정하면 대판이 갑자기 수직상태로 도립되기 때문에 도리어 건강을 해칠 염려가 있어서 노약자나 숙달되지 못한 사람은 혼자서 사용할 수 없었고, 특히 수직으로 도립된 상태에서 원상복귀가 쉽지않아 남의 도움을 받아야되는 폐단이 있었으며,
후자에서는 기대에 접속되는 안내로울러에 의해 대판이 승강되게 하므로서 승강도중에 대판이 유동될 염려가 많아서 초보자나 노약자가 사용하기에는 안전성에 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 이러한 종래의 결점을 시정하여서 대판의 승강안내구가 기대의 외주연에 관삽된 상태로 결합되어서 안내돌조에 의해 흔들림이 없이 수직으로 승강작동되게 하므로서 초보자나 노약자라도 승강조정기의 간단한 조작만으로 대판의 내측단부를 서서히 들어올려서 원하는 각도의 위치에 단단히 고정시킬 수가 있어서 가정이나 물리치료실등 어디에서나 안전하고 편리하게 사용할 수 있게된 것인바, 이를 첨부된 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
기대(1)의 상단에는 고정구(2)가 나사결합되고, 하부에는 모우터(3)로 구동되는 윈치장치(4)가 설치되었으며, 기대(1)의 외주연에는 승강안내구(5)가 관삽되어서 안내돌조(6)를 따라 수직으로 승강되고, 승강안내구(5)의 연결부(5')에는 윈치장치(4)의 권취로우프(7)가 연결되며, 또한 외측단부에 바퀴(8)를 부착시킨 대판(9)의 내측단부를 연결편(10)으로 축연결시켜서된 구성이다.
미설명부호11은 풀리, 12는 부시, 13은 발목고정대, 14는 콘트롤박스, 15는 승강조정기, 16은 천정면, 17은 벽면이다.
이와같이된 본 고안의 설치는 실내의 적당한 위치에 기대(1)를 세우고 고정구(2)를 회전하여서 천정면(16)에 단단히 압박시켜서 기대(1)를 고정하게되며, 작동효과를 보면 제4도의 위치에서 사용자가 대판(9)상의 발목고정대(13)에 발목을 고정시키고 누운상태에서 승강조정기(15)를 상승으로 조정하면 윈치장치(4)의 구동에 따라 권취로우프(7)가 승강안내구(5)를 상측으로 이동시키고 동시에 대판(9)의 내측단부를 들어올려서 서서히 도립되게 한다.
이때 대판(9)의 승강안내구(5)가 기대(1)에 관삽된 상태로 결합되어서 안내돌조(6)에 의해 승강되게 하므로서 흔들림을 최소화 할 수가 있으며, 승강안내링(5)과 기대(1)사이에는 부시(12)가 개재되어서 승강안내구(5)가 매우 유연하게 승강작동된다.
따라서 사용자가 대판(9)에 누워서 본인의 체력에 알맞게 승강조정기(15)를 직접상승 또는 하강조정하여서 신체를 원하는 각도로 안전하게 도립시킬 수가 있게된 것이다.

- 기대(1)에 설치된 승강장치에 대판(9)의 일측을 연결하여서 승강되게 한 것에 있어서, 기대(1)의 외주연에 대판(9)의 승강안내구(5)를 관삽시켜서 안내돌조(6)를 따라 수직으로 승강되게 하고, 기대(1)의 상단에는 고정구(2)를 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한 도립운동구.
