The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyester blended yarn in which two polyester unstretched yarns are drawn under different conditions in a single process and then mixed with each other so that the properties of diaxial shrinkage and dyeing are expressed. By obtaining a yarn of different physical properties by a method of blending them, the present invention relates to a method for continuously producing a polyester blended yarn expressing complex properties by a single process. Conventional manufacturing methods produce polyester filaments with a single characteristic by blending yarns made from binary polymers or yarns manufactured under independent processes in order to express dyeing and shrinking effects. Process dualization, such as the process of manufacturing yarns with different physical properties, was inevitable, and there was a problem in that it was not possible to give complex characteristics with the cost increase as well. The present invention provides a method for producing a polyester blended yarn having a complex characteristic of simultaneously expressing each characteristic by converging and burning the filaments manufactured under different conditions while unifying the conventional binaryization process. It is done. That is, the present invention is produced by blending two unstretched yarns having different total fineness at the same time, but simultaneously producing bi-shrink soluble fibers in a single process by varying the stretching conditions on the side of the denier and the side of denier. This is how you can do it. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by way of example. The present invention supplies polyester undrawn yarn to the (A) (B) thread, respectively, and the undrawn yarn supplied to the (A) thread is fed to the heating roller 2 as filament of sedenier than the undrawn yarn fed to the (B) thread. In general, by supplying heat of 80 ~ 90 ℃ and passed through the heat fixing plate 3 is drawn by 1.6 to 2.0 times by the stretching roller (4) and heat fixed to 128 to 132 ℃ by the heat fixing plate (3). On the other hand, the undrawn yarn supplied to thread (B) is stretched while passing through the heat-setting plate 3 'by being heated at a low temperature of 50 to 60 ° C by the heating roller 2 as a tadenier rather than the undrawn yarn supplied to thread (A). 1.3 to 1.5 times stretching by the roller 4 'to induce the stretching of irregular filaments according to the heating roller temperature and heat setting to 100 to 120 ℃ by the heat fixing plate 3' to achieve low and high shrinkage characteristics. Grant. In the present invention, the single yarn fineness of (A) thread and (B) thread is the same, but (A) thread has a small number of filaments and (B) thread has a large number of filaments, so the total fineness of (B) thread is (A) 2 to 3 times the fineness. If the difference in total fineness in the present invention is less than two times, the effect of dilation and dilatability is insignificant and more than three times causes problems such as truncation. In the present invention, the reason for limiting the processing conditions of thread (A) (B) as described above is as follows. (A) If the stretch ratio of yarn (examination) is less than 1.6, the elongation of the screening is increased and the strength is lowered. Therefore, it is impossible to maintain proper strength when fabric is used. Because of this, production is impossible. In addition, if the heating roller temperature of yarn thread (A) is lower than 80 ° C, the thread is damaged by the effect of cold drawing, and if it exceeds 90 ° C, the dyeability becomes worse due to excessive heat. (A) When the heat setting temperature of yarns is less than 128 ℃, the shrinkage increases, but it is too thick during dyeing and poor dyeing. When it exceeds 132 ℃, shrinkage decreases, but it is too light. Degradation becomes poor. In addition, in the case of (B) yarn (outer layer yarn), if the draw ratio is less than 1.3, the dyeability is poor due to low stretching, and if it exceeds 1.5, the yarn is damaged due to overdrawing. In addition, if the heating roller temperature of yarn thread (B) is less than 50 ° C, the yarn is damaged by cold drawing, and when it exceeds 65 ° C, the dyeing property is poor by normal drawing. (B) If the heat setting temperature of thread thread is less than 100 ℃, the draft property (suspension) of fabric is bad because of high shrinkage, and if it exceeds 120 ℃, fabric flexibility becomes poor. The filaments of the yarns (A) and (B) manufactured in this way are imparted to the filament concentrator 5 with air of 1.0 to 1.5 kg / cm 2, and focused on the false twister 6. After the second heat setting by the heat setting roller 7 by imparting bulkiness, a winding package 8 having a final composite property is obtained. Polyester filament yarn produced by the present invention can be obtained by the filament formed by the yarn (A) acts as a screening to obtain physical properties of 4 to 5 g / d, elongation 29 to 30%, and (B) polyester The filament exhibits a different shrinkage characteristic than that of thread (A) by low temperature heat fixation with dyeing property by heterogeneous stretching. By fusing the filaments of (A) (B) two-headed yarns having these two characteristics, they give bulky properties by flammability, and simultaneously process polyester blended yarns that express the complex characteristics of flexibility, dyeing, and shrinking. It can be produced by.
