Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a manufacturing process schematic diagram of the present invention, A is a cation dye salted polyester multifilament unstretched yarn.

The cation dye chlorinated polyester multifilament unstretched yarn (hereinafter referred to as cation dye chlorinated yarn) (A) is a conventional polyester multifilament unstretched yarn (hereinafter referred to as a conventional yarn) in the fluid spray nozzle (4). Before the air entanglement treatment with (B) is drawn while contacting the hot pin (1) to form a non-uniform thik and thin in the longitudinal direction of the fiber.

In the present invention, the hot fin 1 has a circular cross section and several slits are formed on the surface thereof.

The conventional thread B used in the present invention is a highly oriented untwisted yarn having an elongation at break of 80 to 200%, and cold drawn to room temperature at 20% or less of the elongation at break before the air agitation treatment in the fluid spray nozzle 4.

In the present invention, the cation dye chlorinated yarn (A) has an elongation at break of 80 to 160%, most preferably 120 to 140%, a single yarn fineness of 1.0 to 8.0 denier, and a total fineness of 50 to 100 denier. Will.

The two drawn yarns treated as described above are air entangled in the fluid spray nozzle 4 so that the number of entanglements is 20 to 200 / m.

The air entangled yarn is passed through a first heater 2 having a temperature above room temperature and below a glass transition temperature, followed by false twisting, followed by a second heater 3 having a temperature of 180 to 220 ° C. After heat-treating with 5 to 50% over feed, it is wound up.

According to the present invention, a cationic dye salt thread (A) is passed through a hot fin (1) having a slit formed on its surface to form a non-uniform posture in the longitudinal direction of the thread, and a conventional thread (B) is a hot stretching method. Instead, cold drawing is carried out to room temperature, and the two yarns are air-interlocked, so that the first heater 2 having a temperature of room temperature is processed without processing at high temperature before combusting, so that no pin yarn and loops are generated. Polyester composite processing excellent in post-processing property can be manufactured.

Ordinary cationic dye chlorinated polyester copolymer is melted at a rate of 3,000 m / min after melt ejection and cooling to obtain polyester multifilament undrawn yarn. The undrawn yarn is drawn at a draw ratio of 1.5 times on a hot pin having three slits on its surface to prepare a multifilament having a placenta of 75 denier 36 filaments. The other yarn obtains a conventional polyester multifilament undrawn yarn by melting the polyester semi-dull polymer at a speed of 2,600 m / min after melt discharge and cooling. The yarn thus obtained is cold drawn at a draw ratio of 1.3 times at room temperature to produce 75 denier 36 filament yarns. The two yarns are passed through an air spray nozzle to perform air entanglement so that the number of entanglements is 90 / m. Thus, the air entangled yarn is combusted at a rate of 2,400 pieces of combustible water at room temperature and 600 m / min in the Z direction in the burning direction. The yarns thus obtained are passed through a second heater having a temperature of 210 ° C. so as to have an overfeed rate of 30%, and then wound to produce a processed yarn.

The obtained composite yarn has a structure of a composite processing machine having postures in the longitudinal direction and showing multicolor dyeing properties.
