Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 헤드램프 일측에 설치되는 안개등과 미등 구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 헤드램프의 내측으로 격벽을 형성하여 접지단자 설치하고, 상기 접지단자와 접지될 수 있게 안개등과 미등에도 접지단자를 설치하며, 상기 안개등과 미등을 회전바아에 연결하여 모터와 연결하고 상기 회전바아를 전자석과 피스톤을 갖는 실린더의 피스톤에 연결 설치하고, 상기 안개등과 미등의 일측으로 지지로드를 리턴스프링으로 탄력 설치하며, 상기 지지로드의 일단에 전자석을 설치하여 상기 전자석과 모터를 릴레이와 스위치를 눌러주면 실린더와 모터 및 지지로드의 동작에 의해서 안개등이나 미등의 접지단자를 상기 헤드램프의 격벽에 설치되어있는 접지단자와 이동 접지시켜 안개등이나 미등을 하나의 장치로서 선택적으로 사용할 수 있게 하므로서 사용상 편리하고 설치공간도 줄이고 장치를 간소화시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차의 안개등과 미등 구동장치에 관한 것이다.

본 고안은 자동차의 헤드램프 일측에 설치되는 안개등과 미등 구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 헤드램프의 내측으로 격벽을 형성하여 접지단자를 설치하고, 상기 접지단자와 접지될 수 있게 안개등과 미등에도 접지단자를 설치하며, 상기 안개등과 미등을 회전바아에 연결하여 모터와 연결하고 상기 회전바아를 전자석을 피스톤을 갖는 실린더의 피스톤에 연결 설치하고, 상기 안개등과 미등의 일측으로 지지로드를 리턴스프팅으로 탄력설치하며, 상기 지지로드의 일단에 전자석을 설치하여 상기 전자석과 모터를 릴레이와 스위치를 눌러주면 실린더와 모터 지지로드의 동작에 의해서 안개등이나 미등의 접지단자를 상기 헤드램프의 격벽에 설치되어 있는 접지단자와 이동 접지시켜 안개등이나 미등을 하나의 장치로서 선택적으로 사용할 수 있게 하므로서 사용상 편리하고 설치공간도 줄이고 장치를 간소화시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차의 안개등과 미등 구동장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 헤드램프 일측에는 안개등과 미등이 각각 설치되어 운전자가 필요시에 선택하여 사용할 수 있게 되어있다. 상기 안개등은 백색의 안개가 짙은 지역에서 황색광을 조사하므로 백색광인 헤드램프를 보완하여 물체를 더욱 뚜렷하게 보여지도록 헤드램프의 인접한 범퍼에 설치되는게 일반적이고, 미등은 여러종류중 일반적으로 할로겐 램프로서 코일이 한 개만 켜져 미세하게 빛을 조사하는 등(燈)을 의미한다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 목적으로 이용되는 종래의 안개등과 미등은 각각 별도로 설치되어 각각에 스위치를 연결하여 차량의 헤드램프 일측에 설치하여 사용하게 되므로 각각 별도로 분리 설치되어 설치공간이 많이 차지하는 문제점이 있었으며, 장치의 구조도 복잡하여 작업성에 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 보완하고져 헤드램프의 내측으로 격벽을 형성하여 접지단자를 설치하고 상기 접지단자와 접지될 수 있게 안개등과 미등에도 접지단자를 설치하며, 상기 안개등과 미등을 회전바아에 연결하여모터와 연결하고 상기 회전바아를 전자석과 피스톤을 갖는 실린더의 피스톤에 연결설치하고, 상기 안개등과 미등의 일측으로 지지로드를 리턴스프링으로 탄력설치하며, 상기 지지로드의 일단에 전자석을 설치하여 상기 전자석과 모터를 릴레이와 스위치를 통하여 밧데리에 연결설치하여 운전자가 안개등 또는 미등을 선택하여 스위치를 눌러주면 실리더와 모터 및 지지로드의 동작에 의해서 안개등이나 미등의 접지단자를 상기 헤드램프의 격벽에 설치되어 있는 접지단자와 이동접지시켜 안개등이나 미등을 하나의 장치로서 선택적으로 사용할 수 있게 하는데 그 목적이 있는 것으로서, 이하 본 고안을 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 구성을 보면 제1도와 제2도에서 보는 바와같이 자동차 헤드램프(1)의 내측으로 격벽(2)을 형성하여 접지단자(3)를 설치하고, 상기 접지단자(3) 접지될 수 있게 안개등(4)과 미등(4)에도 각각 접지단자(3)(3)를 설치한다. 상기 안개등(4)과 미등(5)을 회전바아(6)에 연결하며 이를 회전시킬 수 있도록 모터(7)와 연결하고, 상기 모터(7)는 리미트 스위치(16)와 작동레버(17)에 의해서 회전동작이 제어되며, 상기 회전바아(6')를 전자석(8)과 피스톤(9)을 갖는 실린더(10)의 상기 피스톤(9)에 연결설치하여 전, 후이동이 가능하게 구성하고, 상기 안개등(4)과 미등(5)의 일측으로 위치 고정용 지지로드(11)를 리턴 스프링(12)으로 탄력설치한다. 상기 지지로드(11)의 일단에 전자석(8')을 설치하여 상기의 전자석(8)(8')들과 모터(7)를 릴레이(13)(13')와 스위치(14)(14')를 통하여 밧데리(15)에 연결설치하여 구성된 것이다. 상기 지지로드(11)는 말단이 미등(5)에 설치된 접지단자(5)와 접하게 되므로 미등(5)을 지지하게 되는 것이다.
미설명부호 18은 가이드레일을 나타낸다.
이상과 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 작용 및 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 차량의 주행중 운전자가 안개등(4) 또는 미등(5)을 선택하여 스위치(14)(14')를 선택 조작하게 되면 제3도에서 보는 바와같이 밧데리(15)의 전류가 릴레이(13)(13')를 통하여 각각의 전자석(8)(8')과 접지단자(3) 및 모터(7)에 전달된다.
이때 상기 지지로드(11)와 연결되는 전자석(8')에 자력이 발생하여 지지로드(11)를 회전시켜 안개등(4)과 미등(5)을 지지상태에서 해제시켜 주게된다.
상기의 동작이 완료됨과 동시에 모터(7)가 회전하여 회전바아(6)를 회전시켜 선택된 안개등(4)이나 미등(5)을 헤드램프(1)쪽으로 제2도에서 보는 바와같이 회전시켜 주게 되고, 이 동작은 상기 리미트 스위치(16)와 작동 레버(17)의 텃치 동작에 의해서 모터(7)를 회전시켜 상기 안개등(4)과 미등(5)이 정위치에 정지하도록 제어해 주게 되며, 이후 실린더(10)의 내부에 피스톤(9)이 전자석(8)에 발생된 자력에 의해서 앞으로 전진하면서 이동바아(6')를 이동시키면 상기 선택된 안개등(4)이나 미등(5)이 전진하여 헤드램프(1)의 격벽(2)에 설치되어 있는 접지단자(3)에 안개등(4)과 미등(5)의 접지단자(3)(3)가 선택 삽입되어 양 접지단자가 접속되면서 안개등(4)이나 미등(5)을 점등시켜 사용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 고안은 자동차 헤드램프의 내측으로 격벽을 형성하여 접지단자를 설치하고, 상기 접지단자와 접지될 수 있게 안개등과 미등에도 접지단자를 설치하며, 상기 안개등과 미등을 회전바아에 연결하여 모터와 연결하고 상기 회전바아를 전자석과 피스톤을 갖는 실린더의 피스톤에 연결설치하고, 상기 안개등과 미등의 일측으로 지지로드를 리턴 스트링으로 탄력설치하며, 상기 지지로드의 일단에 전자석을 설치하여 상기 전자석과 모터를 릴레이와 스위치를 통하여 밧데리에 연결설치하여 운전자가 안개등 또는 미등을 선택하여 스위치를 눌러주면 실린더와 모터 및 지지로드의 동작에 의해서 안개등이나 미등의 접지단자를 상기 헤드램프의 격벽에 설치되어 있는 접지단자와 이동 접지시켜 안개등이나 미등을 하나의 장치로서 선택적으로 사용할 수 있게 하므로서 사용상 편리하고 설치공간도 출이고 장치를 간소화시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻고자 한 것이다.

  1. 자동차 헤드램프(1)의 내측으로 격벽(2)을 형성하여 접지단자(3)를 설치하고 상기 접지단자(3)와 접지될 수 있게 안개등(4)과 미등(5)에도 각각에 접지단자(3)(3)를 설치하며, 상기 안개등(4)과 미등(5)을 회전바아(6)에 연결하여 이를 회전시킬 수 있도록 모터(7)와 연결하고, 상기 모터(7)는 리미트 스위치(16)와 작동 레버(17)에 의해서 회전동작이 제어되며, 상기 회전바아(6')를 전자석(8)과 피스톤(9)을 갖는 실린더(10)의 상기 피스톤(9)에 연결설치하여 전후 이동가능하게 구성하고, 상기 안개등(4)과 미등(5)의 일측으로 위치 고정용 지지로드(11)를 리턴스프링(12)으로 탄력설치하며, 상기 지지로드(11)의 일단에 전자석(8')을 설치하여 상기의 전자석(8')(8)들과 모터(7)를 릴레이(13)(13')와 스위치(14)(14')를 통하여 밧데리에 연결설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 자동차의 안개등과 미등 구동장치.
