Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 와이어 하니스(Wire Harness) 패널용 클립에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차 차체의 전후방에 연결되는 와이어 하니스를 패널에 고정하면서 차체바닥의 카펫트를 고정할 수도 있도록 와이어 하니스 고정용 공간과 카펫트 고정부 및 클립고정 구멍을 갖는 새로운 구조의 클립에 관한 것이다.

Description

와이어 하니스(Wire Harness) 패널용 클립
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 와이어 하니스 패널용 클립의 사시도이고,
제2도는 본 고안에 따른 와이어 하니스 패널용 클립을 사용한 경우를 예시한 사용상태 단면도이다.

본 고안은 자동차의 와이어 하니스(Wire Harness) 패널용 클립에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차 차체의 전후방에 연결되는 와이어 하니스를 패널에 고정하면서 차체바닥의 카펫트를 고정할 수 도 있도록 와이어 하니스 고정용 공간과 카펫트 고정부 및 클립고정 구멍을 갖는 새로운 구조의 클립에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차에는 여러 배선이 차체의 전방으로부터 후방으로 연결되어 있으며, 이러한 배선뭉치인 와이어 하니스는 차체 바닥패널의 측방을 통해 차체 전방으로부터 후방까지 연결되어 있다.
그런데, 이러한 와이어 하니스가 지나는 패널에는 그 위에 카펫트가 덮여 마무리되는 예가 대부분인 바, 이런 경우 와이어 하니스패널과 와이어 하니스, 그리고 그 위에 덮여지는 카펫트 사이에 일체감이 없어서 말끔한 마무리가 이루어지기 어렵고 와이어 하니스의 배선 위치가 고정되지 않아서 배선상태가 불량해지는 경우도 발생될 수 있다.
따라서, 본 고안은 와이어 하니스 패널에 와이어 링과 기타 여러 고정물 등을 고정시킴과 아울러 그 위에 덮여지는 카펫트의 선단까지도 고정시켜서 차량 내장설비를 말끔하게 마무리 할 수 있도록 새로운 구조로 안출된 자동차의 와이어 하니스 패널용 클립을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이하, 본 고안을 첨부도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 자동차의 와이어 하니스 패널에 고정하여 사용하는 클립으로서, 클립(1) 일측은 W자형 단면으로 구성되어 패널고정 곡면부(2)와 카펫트 고정부(3)를 가지며, 다른 일측은 완만한 곡면부(4)와 클립고정 구멍(5)이 형성되어 있고, 클립(10)의 중앙에는 넓은 요부의 와이어 하니스 고정부(6)가 형성되어 있는 것을 그 특징으로 한다.
미설명부호 7은 와이어 하니스 패널, 8은 상기 패널(7)에 형성된 이음부 또는 돌기부, 9은 카펫트, 10은 카펫트(9)의 선단에 끼워지는 클립, 11은 상기 카펫트 고정부(3)에 형성된 걸림턱, 12는 화스너, 13은 와이어링이다.
이와 같은 본 고안을 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 클립(1)의 양측이 독특한 형상 구부러져 형성되어 있는 바, 클립(1) 일측에는 마치 W자형의 단면모양으로 형성되어 있고, 그 선단부에는 와이어 하니스 패널(7)의 이음부 또는 돌기부(8)에 끼워질 수 있도록 패널고정곡면부(2)가 형성되어 있으며, W자형 단면 모양의 우측 공간에 해당하는 카펫트 고정부(3)에는 카펫트(9)의 선단부에 이탈방지용 클립(10)이 걸려질 수 있도록 걸림턱(11)을 형성하여 카펫트(9)가 용이하게 고정될 수 있도록 이루어져 있다.
또한, 그 반대쪽인 클립(1)의 또 다른 일측은 본 고안의 클립(10이 와이어 하니스패널(7)에 자연스런 형태로 고정될 숫 d도록 완만한 곡면부(4)가 형성되어 있으며, 그곳에는 본 고안의 클립(1)을 패널(7)에 확고하게 고정시킬 수 있도록 클립고정 구멍(5)이 형성되어 있어서 그 구멍(5)에 통상의 화스너(12)를 끼우면 본 고안에 따른 클립(1)이 와이어 하니스 패널(7)에 완전히 고정될 수있었도록 구성되어 있다.
이렇게 구성된 클립(1)에는 일측의 카펫트 고정부(3)와 또 다른 일측의 완만한 곡면부(4) 사이에 와이어 하니스 고정부(6)가 넓은 요부의 공간이 형성되어 있다.
이와 같은 본 고안에 따른 클립(1)은 제 2도에 도시한 바와 같이 실제로 자동차의 와이어 하니스 패널(7)에 고정시켜 사용하는 경우 매우 다양한 용도로 이용할 수 가 있는 바, 그 구체적인 사용상태를 제2도와 함께 설명해 보면 다음과 같다.
우선, 본 고안에 따른 클립(1)의 일측 선단부에 형성된 패널고정 곡면부(2)를 와이어 하니스 패널(7)이 이루는 이음부 또는 돌기부(8)에 끼운 다음, 와이어 하니스 고정부(6)에 와이어링(13)이나 기타 여러 고정하고자 하 는물건을 넣고 다른 일측 선단부에 위치한 클립고정 구멍(5)을 이용하여 화스너(12)를 끼워 넣게 되면 클립(1)이 와이어 하니스 패널(7)에 확고하게 고정된다.
그 다음으로는 그 위에 덮여지는 카펫트(9)를 덮고 카펫트(9)의 선단엥끼워진 클립(10) 부위를 카펫트 고정부(3)에 압입하여 넣으면 그 카펫트 클립(10)이 본 고안에 따른 클립(1)의 걸림턱(11)에 걸려서 잘 빠지지 않도록 고정되게 된다.
이렇게 하면, 자동차의 와이어 하니스 패널(7) 위를 통과하는 배선이나 여러 고정물을 한꺼번에 클립(1)의 와이어 하니스 고정부(60에 넣고 고정시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 그 위에 덮여지는 카펫트(9)까지 한꺼번에 깔끔하게 고정시켜 마무리 할 수 있는 효과가 있게 된다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안에 따르면 하나의 클립을 사용하여서 와이어링 등 기타 여러 가지 고정물을 한꺼번에 와이어 하니스 패널에 고정시킬 수가 있을 뿐 아니라 카펫트 까지도 고정시킬 수 있으므로 마무리 작업을 깔끔하게 수행할 수 있기 때문에 작업성 향상은 물론 부품수 감소와 상품성의 향상까지도 기대할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 와이어 하니스 패널에 고정하여 사용하는 클립으로서, 클립(1) 일측은 W자형 단면으로 구성되어 패널고정 곡면부(2)와 카펫트 고정부(3)를 가지며, 다른 일측은 완만한 곡면부(4)와 클립고정 구멍(5)이 형성되어 있고, 클립(10)의 중앙에는 넓은 요부의 와이어 하니스 고정부(6)가 형성되어 있는 것을 그 특징으로 하는 와이어 하니스 패널용 클립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카펫트 고정부(3)에는 걸림턱(11)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 하니스 패널용 클립.
