Claims (2)
- 냉연강판을 소둔, 용융아연도금 및 합금화 열처리하여 합금화 용융아연도금 강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 합금화 열처리전에 용융아연도금강판의 도금층에 Fe분말을 분사한 후, 합금화 열처리로에서540-580℃까지 가열하고, 이 온도에서 10-20초동안 유지하여 합금화처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파우더링성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Fe분말의 분사시 분사압력이 10-15㎏/㎠이고, Fe분말의 분사량이 Zn도금량의 5-10%이고, Fe분말의 크기가 지름 3 um 이하인 것을 특징으로하는 내파우더링성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
