Abstract

본 고안은 즉석비빔면, 즉석잡채용 면류용기의 뚜껑에 관한 것으로 종전에는 뜨거운 물을 용기에 부어 면류 및 건조야채를 불린후에는 뚜껑을 열고 면류용기를 일측으로 기울려 불필요물을 쏟게 하였으므로 필요없는 용기내의 잔여 뜨거운 물 쏟기가 불편하고 또 면과 야채가 같이 쏟아지는 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 필요없는 물을 빼낼때 면과 야채가 같이 배출되는 것을 방지하고 보다 간편하게 뜨거운 물을 빼내기 위한 것으로 뚜껑(1)의 반원형 결합테(2) 일측 위에 유입구(5)와 유출구(6)가 곡관형태로 관통된 터널형 물유출관(7)을 형성하여 잔여 뜨거운 물의 유출을 용이하고 편리하게 한 고안이다.

본 고안은 당면, 건면류와 건조야채류 및 스프를 면류용기에 넣고 뚜껑을 덮어 포장하여 유통시키도록 하고 즉석비빔면, 즉석잡채등의 간이취식을 위해 용기내의 당면 및 건면에 뜨거운 물을 붓고 뚜껑을 덮은후 일정시간동안 건면과 건야채를 물에 불리고 난후에 불필요한 잔여물을 뚜껑일측에 형성시킨 터널형 물유출관을 통해서 내용물이 쏟아지는 일없이 간편하게 유출시키도록한 즉석취식 면류용기의 뚜껑에 관한 것이다.
종래에 일회용 용기에 포장한 즉석면은 그 용기뚜껑에 물유출구가 없기때문에 뜨거운 물을 용기에 붓고 뚜껑을 덮어서 면류를 불린후에 불필요한 물을 쏟아 버릴때는 뚜껑을 열고 용기를 기울여서 물을 쏟았으므로 뜨거운 물을 쏟기가 매우 불편한 폐단이 있을뿐더러 불린면 및 야채가 같이 쏟아지는 경우가 허다하여 간이취식을 위한 요리수단에 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 그러한 불편점을 해소하고 용기의 뚜껑일측에 형성시킨 물유출관을 통해 불필요물을 쉽게 쏟아버릴 수 있게함으로 누구나 즉석비비면, 즉석잡채를 손쉽게 요리하여 간이취식할 수 있게할 목적으로 착안한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지재로된 뚜껑(1)의 주변에 반원형 결합테(20)를 형성하여 스치로폴 수지등 합성수지재로 된 일회용 면류용기(3)의 상부 환테(4)위에 반원형결합테(2)가 상접결합하여 뚜껑(1)이 면류용기(3)에 덮어지도록 된 것에 있어서, 뚜껑(1)의 반원형 결합테(2) 일측위에 유입구(5)와 유출구(6)가 곡관형태로 관통된 터널형 물유출관(7)을 돌출형성하여 면류용기(3)를 물유출관(7)쪽으로 기울여서 유출구(6)로 불필요물을 쏟아낼 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 뚜껑(1)은 일회용 면류용기(3)에 관착시켜서 내용물인 당면, 건면류와 건조야채류 및 스프를 넣어 포장하게 되는 것으로 이렇게 포장한 즉석비빔면, 즉석잡채를 취식할때는 겉포장을 뜯어내고 뚜껑(1)을 열은다음, 스프를 빼내고 뜨거운 물을 면과 건조야채에 불려지도록 충분히 붓는다.
이때 뚜껑(1)을 덮고 5분 내지 6분 동안 불린 다음에는 면류용기(3)를 제4도의 도시와 같이 물유출관(7) 쪽으로 기울이면 불필요물은 유입구(5)와 유출구(6)를 통해서 불필요물만 외부로 쏟아진다. 따라서, 불린면, 야채에 스프를 넣고 비비므로 즉석비빔면, 즉석잡채가 된다.
또한 본 고안은 뚜껑(1)을 덮은 상태에서 불필요물을 쏟게되고 또 물유출관(7)은 곡관형태로 터널형을 이루고 있으므로 불려진 면류 및 야채는 외부로 쏟아지지않고 안전하게 불필요한 물만 유출되므로 물쏟기에 매우 편리한 효과가 있다. 또한 뜨거운 물이 튀는 일이 없으므로 안전하다. 따라서 누구나 즉석비빔면, 즉석잡채를 손쉽게 만들어 취식할 수 있는 편리한 효과가 있다.

  1. 뚜껑(1) 주변에 반원형 결합테(2)를 형성하여 면류용기(3)의 환테(4)위에 상접시켜 덮도록 된것에 있어서, 뚜껑(1)의 반원형 결합테(2) 일측위에 유입구(5)와 유출구(6)가 곡관형태로 관통된 터널형 물유출관(7)을 돌출형성하여서 된 즉석 취식 면류용기의 뚜껑.
