Abstract
본 고안은 자동차도어장착용 싱크로나이저의 바아구조에 관한 것으로, 바아의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록, 바아(10)를 폴리아미드계의 합성수지로 제작하되 내부에 축방향으로 철심(12)을 박아넣은 것으로, 차체의 도어설치부와의 접촉에 의한 파손을 방지하여 도어의 조립작업진행에 차질을 빚지 않도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a bar structure of a synchronizer for mounting an automobile door, and to prevent the bar from being damaged, the bar 10 is made of polyamide-based synthetic resin, but the iron core 12 is embedded in the axial direction. 본 고안은 자동차 도어 장착용 싱크로나이저의 바아구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 바아의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 바아를 폴리아미드계의 합성수지로 제작하되 내부에 철심을 박아넣은 것으로, 차체의 도어 설치부와의 접촉에 의한 파손을 방지하여 도어의 장착작업에 차질을 빚지 않도록 한 자동차 도어 장착용 싱크로나이저의 바아구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to the bar structure of the synchronizer for automobile door mounting, and in particular, the bar is made of polyamide-based synthetic resin to prevent the damage of the bar, and the bar is embedded with iron cores. 차체의 조립공정에서는 차체의 양측에 도어를 장착시킬 때, 기준을 잡아주기 위한 기능을 갖는 싱크로나이저를 사용하고 있는 데, 제1도는 이러한 싱크로나이저의 하부구성을 도시한 것으로, 싱크로나이저(1)의 몸체(2)하부에는 봉형의 바아(3)가 부착되어 도시되지 않은 차체의 측면 도어 설치부에 접촉되면서 도어의 장착시 기준을 잡아 줄 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.In the assembling process of the vehicle body, a synchronizer having a function of setting a standard when the doors are mounted on both sides of the vehicle body is used.
