Abstract

본 고안은 유아보호용 자동차 시트에 관한 것으로서, 시트백의 양측 볼스터를 앞쪽으로 일정길이 연장가능하게 하여 착석자 즉, 유아의 측부를 지지할 수 있게 하고, 시트백을 상부 가동시트백과 하부 고정시트백의 두 부분으로 분리 구성하는 동시에 이때의 상부 가동시트백을 소정각도 앞쪽으로 접을 수 있게 하여 유아의 상부를 덮을 수 있게 함으로써, 시트에 착석한 유아의 상부와 측부가 이것들에 의해 완전히 감싸여질 수 있게 한 유아 보호용 자동차 시트를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

유아보호용 자동차 시트
도면은 본 고안의 자동차 시트를 나타내는 사시도로서.

본 고안은 유아보호용 자동차 시트에 관한 것으로서, 특히 시트백의 양측 볼스터를 앞쪽으로 연장 가능하고, 시트백을 상하 두부분으로 분리구성하여 상부 시트백을 앞쪽으로 접을 수 있게 함으로써, 시트에 착석한 유아를 완전히 감싸줄 수 있게 한 유아 보호용 자동차 시트에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 유아 또는 어린이를 동승하고 운전 또는 탑승하는 경우 성인체형에 맞게 제작된 시트에 유아를 그대로 앉히거나 또는 별도의 유아용 의자를 시트에 일체 부착한 다음 여기에 앉히게 되는 바, 전자의 경우에는 차량의 급가감속과 같은 돌발상황시에 유아가 상해를 입을 수 있는 위험성이 있었으며, 후자의 경우에는 유아용 의자가 실내공간을 상당부분 점유하여 탑승자의 실내거동을 좁게하거나 이것을 준비하기 위한 경제적 부담을 갖게 하였다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이와 같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 시트백의 양측 볼스터를 앞쪽으로 일정길이 연장가능하게 하여 착석자 즉, 유아의 측부를 지지할 수 있게 하고, 시트백을 상부 가동시트백과 하부 고정시트백의 두 부분으로 분리 구성하는 동시에 이때의 상부 가동시트백을 소정각도 앞쪽으로 접을 수 있게 하여 유아의 상부를 덮을 수 있게 함으로써, 시트에 착석한 유아의 상부와 측부가 이것들에 의해 완전히 감싸여질 수 있게 한 유아 보호용 자동차 시트를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 시트백과 시트쿠션으로 이루어진 자동차 시트에 있어서, 상기 시트백은 가동시트백(10), 고정시트백(11) 및 시트백볼스트(12)의 조합으로 이루어지되, 상기 가동시트백(10)의 프레임(10') 하단부는 상기 고정시트백(11)의 프레임(11') 상단부에 슬라이드 결착하면서 구동수단에 의해 소정각도 회전가능하게 하고, 상기 고정시트백프레임(11')의 양측단부에는 상부에 다수의 위치결정구멍(13)과 하부에 경사진 안내구멍(14)을 갖는 지지판(15)을 각각 수직융착 고정하며, 여기에 상부의 잠금체(16)와 하부의 안내핀(17)을 갖는 시트백 볼스터(12)의 프레임(12')을 중첩 결합하여 앞쪽으로 일정거리 연장 가능하게 하여서 이루어진 것이다.
이를 좀더 상세히 설명하면, 첨부도면은 본 고안의 자동차 시트 특히 시트백에 대한 내부구조를 나타내는 사시도로서, 상기 시트백은 상부의 가동시트백(10) 및 프레임(10')과, 그 하부의 고정시트백(11) 및 프레임(11')과, 양측부의 시트백볼스터(12) 및 프레임(12')으로 구성된다.
상기 가동시트백(10)의 프레임(10')은 하단부가 고정시트백(11)의 프레임(11') 상단부에서 바깥쪽으로 연장되어 있는 연결봉(18)과 띠편형의 클립(19)에 의해 일체 슬라이드 결착되므로서, 이 슬라이드 결착부위를 중심으로 하여 앞쪽으로 소정각도 회전가능하게 되고, 이를 위하여 상기 프레임(10')의 중간에는 피동기어(20)가 일체로 장착되어 있으며, 이때의 피동기어(20)는 고정시트백(11)의 프레임(11')에 고정 설치되는 구동모터(21)의 축에 장착된 구동기어(22)와 치합전동되게 된다.
또한, 상기 고정시트백(11)의 프레임(11') 양측부에는 윗쪽에 다수의 위치 결정구멍(13)을 갖는 동시에 아래쪽에 경사진 장공 즉, 안내구멍(14)을 갖는 지지판(15)이 융착 고정되어 있다.
이때 지지판(15)은 세워진 상태를 유지하면서 상기 프레임(11')과 수직을 이루는 동시에 앞쪽으로 돌출되도록 고정 설치된다.
또한, 상기 지지판(15)의 바깥면에는 안쪽으로 수평 돌출된 하부의 안내핀(17)을 가지면서 바깥쪽으로 상부의 잠금체(16)를 갖는 시트백 볼스터 프레임(12')이 밀착 위치되어지되, 시트백 볼스터 프레임(12')의 안내핀(17)이 상기 지지판(15)의 안내구멍(14)에 삽입 위치되는 동시에 잠금체(16)가 다수의 위치 결정구멍(13) 중에서 어느 하나의 구멍(13)에 체결되도록 밀착 위치되어 진다.
특히, 상기 잠금체(16)는 시트백 볼스터 프레임(12')의 바깥면에 부착되는 브라켓(23)상에 지지되면서 프레임(12')에 융착된 너트(24)에 체결되는 동시에 프레임(12')을 관통하게 되는 보울트(25)로 이루어져 있다.
이렇게 상기 너트(24)와 체결되는 보울트(25)는 그 선단부가 상기한 지지판(15)에 형성되는 위치결정구멍(13)에 삽입되게 된다.
따라서, 이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 시트에 유아가 착석했을 경우 먼저, 시트 일측의 스위치(도시되지 않음)를 조작하게 되면, 상기 가동시트백(10)의 회전을 제어하게 되는 구동모터(21)가 작동되고, 이에 따라 구동모터(21)의 구동기어(22)와 가동시트백 프레임(10')과 일체로 된 피동기어(20)간의 치합전동이 이루어져 가동시트백 프레임(10')을 포함한 가동시트백(10) 전체는 일정각도 앞쪽으로 회전되면서 접혀지게 된다.
즉, 고정시트백(11)과 거의 90°에 가까운 자세를 취하도록 접혀지게 된다. 이렇게 가동시트백(10)의 조절을 완료하게 된 다음 고정시트백(11) 양측부의 시트백 볼스터(12)를 조절하게 된다. 즉, 고정시트백 프레임(11')의 지지판(15)에 형성되어 있는 위치 결정구멍(13)에 삽입되어 있는 동시에 너트(24)에 체결되어 있는 시트백 볼스터 프레임(12')의 잠금체(16) 예컨대, 보울트를 풀어서 위치결정구멍(13)으로부터 탈거한 후 시트백 볼스터(12) 및 프레임(12') 전체를 앞쪽으로 당기게 되면, 프레임(12')의 안내구멍핀(17)이 고정시트백 프레임(11')의 안내구멍(14) 내에서 위치이동 가능하게 되므로 시트백 볼스터(12)를 앞쪽으로 적정거리 연장하고, 이때의 위치에서 재차 상기 잠금체(16)를 고정시트백 프레임(11')의 어느 하나의 위치 결정구멍(13)에 체결 삽입하게 되므로서, 시트백 볼스터(12)의 조절을 완료하게 된다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안은 자동차 시트의 시트백을 상하 두 부분으로 분리 구성하여 상부의 시트백을 앞쪽으로 접힘가능하게 하고, 시트백의 좌우측 볼스터를 앞쪽으로 연장 가능하게 하여, 시트에 착석한 유아의 측부와 상부를 지지할 수 있게 함으로써, 유아를 동승하고 운전 또는 탑승하는 경우에도 이를 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 시트백과 시트쿠션으로 이루어진 자동차 시트에 있어서, 상기 시트백은 가동시트백(10), 고정시트백(11) 및 시트백볼스트(12)의 조합으로 이루어지되, 상기 가동시트백(10)의 프레임(10') 하단부는 상기 고정시트백(11)의 프레임(11') 상단부에 슬라이드 결착하면서 구동수단에 의해 소정각도 회전가능하게 하고, 상기 고정시트백프레임(11')의 양측단부에는 상부에 다수의 위치결정구멍(13)과 하부에 경사진 안내구멍(14)을 갖는 지지판(15)을 각각 수직융착 고정하며, 여기에 상부의 잠금체(16)와 하부의 안내핀(17)을 갖는 시트백 볼스터(12)의 프레임(12')을 중첩 결합하여 앞쪽으로 일정거리 연장 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유아보호용 자동차 시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 구동모터(21)이며, 이 구동모터(21)의 축에 장착되는 구동기어(22)와 상기 가동스트백 프레임(10')상의 피동기어(20)간의 치합전동에 의해 가동시트백(10)의 회전이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아보호용 자동차 시트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잠금체(16)는 상기 고정시트백 프레임(11')상의 너트(24)와 체결되는 보울트인 것을 특징으로 하는 유아보호용 자동차 시트.
