Abstract

본 고안은 복스스패너와 소켓결합하는 복스렌치를 겸용할수 있게한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 단일 복스내에 스패너의 치차와 렌치의 치차를 치합되게 배치하고 일측의 스토퍼로 치차의 회전방향을 설정할수 있게하여 단일복스로 복스스패너와 복수렌치를 구성함으로써 간단한 구조로 두가지 기능을 갖는 공구를 얻게되어 경제적이고 그 사용도 간편하게 한 것이다.
즉, 복스(10) 내의 수장실(11)에 스패너(20)의 결합부(21)는 하향설치하고 렌치(30)의 소켓결합부(31)는 상향설치한 다음 스패너(20)와 렌치(30)의 치차(22)(32)를 서로 치합되게 배치하고 치차일측에 스프링(13)으로 탄지된 치차스토퍼(12)를 설치하여 작동편(14)으로 치차(22)(32)의 회전방향을 설정케하고 복스(10) 하부에 고정판(16)(16')을 볼트(17)로 각각 결합하여서됨을 특징으로한 복스 스패너 겸용 복스렌치이다.

본 고안은 복스스패너와 소켓결합하는 복스렌치를 겸용할수 있게한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 단일 복스내에 스패너의 치차와 렌치의 치차를 치합되게 배치하고 일측의 스토퍼로 치차의 회전방향을 설정할수 있게하여 단일복스로 복스스패너와 복스렌치를 구성함으로써 간단한 구조로 두가지 기능을 갖는 공구를 얻게되어 경제적이고 그 사용도 간편하게 한 것이다.
종래에는 복스스패너와 소켓 결합하는 복스렌치는 그 기능이 다르기 때문에 복스스패너와 복스렌치를 별도 구비하여 사용해야 되므로 경제적인 부담과 그 사용도 불편하였었다.
본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 단일 복스로 복스스패너와 복스렌치를 겸용할수 있게 구성한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
복스(10)내의 수장실(11)에 스패너(20)의 결합부(21)는 하향설치하고 렌치(30)의 소켓결합부(31)는 상향설치한 다음 스패너(20)와 렌치(30)의 치차(22)(32)를 서로 치합되게 배치하고 치차 일측에 스프링(13)으로 탄지된 치차스토퍼(12)를 설치하여 작동편(14)으로 치차(22)(32)의 회전방향을 설정케하고 복스(10) 하부에 고정판(16)(16')을 볼트(17)로 각각 결합하여서된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 15는 손잡이, 31a는 보올, 40은 렌치소켓이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 복스스패너(20)와 복스렌치(30)가 단일복스로 구성된 상태에서 그 치차(22)(32)가 서로 맞물려 있으므로 일측의 치차스토퍼(12)로 복스스패너(20)와 복스렌치(30)의 회전방향을 통상의 방법과 같이 간편하게 설정할 수 있게된다.
그리고, 복스스패너(20)의 결합부(21)는 하향설치되고 복스렌치(30)의 소켓결합부(31)는 상향설치되어 복스스패너(20)는 복스(10) 하부의 결합부(21)에서 사용하고 복스렌치(30)는 복스(10) 상부의 소켓결합부(31)에서 렌치소켓(40)을 결합사용하므로 각각의 공구작업에 지장을 받지않게 된다.
또한, 복스스패너(20)의 결합부(21) 크기를 변경하고자 할 때에는 고정판(16)을 분리하여 간편하게 교체사용할수 있게 된다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 단일복스로 복스스패너와 복스렌치를 겸용할수 있게되어 그 사용이 간편할뿐만 아니라 경제적인 공구를 얻게되는 것이다.

  1. 복스(10) 내의 수장실(11)에 스패너(20)의 결합부(21)는 하향설치하고 렌치(30)의 소켓결합부(31)는 상향설치한 다음 스패너(20)와 렌치(30)의 치차(22)(32)를 서로 치합되게 배치하고 치차일측에 스프링(13)으로 탄지된 치차스토퍼(12)를 설치하여 작동편(14)으로 치차(22)(32)의 회전방향을 설정케하고 복스(10) 하부에 고정판(16)(16')을 볼트(17)로 각각 결합하여서됨을 특징으로한 복스 스패너 겸용 복스렌치.
