Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる付加製造装置の概略構成を示す図である。付加製造装置1は、溶融された材料を積層することによって造形物を製造する工作機械である。付加製造装置1は、アーク溶接とビーム照射とによる付加製造を行う。
図6は、本発明の実施の形態2にかかる付加製造装置の動作について説明するための図である。図7は、実施の形態2にかかる付加製造装置におけるワイヤの送給について説明するための図である。実施の形態2では、上記の実施の形態1にかかる付加製造装置1の構成を参照して、付加製造装置1の動作について説明する。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態3にかかる付加製造装置が有する加工ヘッドの側面図である。図9は、図8に示す加工ヘッドを上方から見た場合における送給位置と照射位置とを示す図である。実施の形態3にかかる付加製造装置1は、ワイヤ6の送給位置を中心とする円の円周方向において、レーザビーム5の照射位置を移動可能とする。実施の形態3では、上記の実施の形態1および2と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、実施の形態1および2とは異なる構成について主に説明する。図9では、送給位置へ送給されているワイヤ6の断面と、照射位置におけるレーザビーム5のスポットとを示している。
図12は、本発明の実施の形態4にかかる付加製造装置が有する制御装置の機能構成を示す図である。実施の形態4にかかる付加製造装置1は、被加工物の温度を測定した結果に基づいて、レーザビーム5の照射による被加工物の加熱を調整する。実施の形態4では、上記の実施の形態1から3と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、実施の形態1から3とは異なる構成について主に説明する。
Claims (7)
- 溶融させた材料を積層することによって造形物を製造する付加製造装置であって、
被加工物へ送給される前記材料を加熱するための電流を前記材料へ供給する電源と、
前記被加工物へ照射させるビームを発生させるビーム源と、
前記被加工物における前記材料の送給位置と前記被加工物における前記ビームの照射位置とを移動させる駆動部と、
を備え、
前記送給位置の移動経路の前方に前記照射位置を離して、前記送給位置と前記照射位置とを移動させることを特徴とする付加製造装置。 - 前記ビーム源は、前記被加工物と前記材料との間に印加される電圧が上昇したときに、前記ビームの出力を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記ビーム源は、前記被加工物に前記材料が接触したときに、前記ビームの出力を低下させるか前記ビームの出力を停止することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記送給位置を中心とする円の円周方向において前記照射位置を移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記被加工物へ向けて前記ビームを出射するビームノズルを有する加工ヘッドを備え、
前記加工ヘッドは、前記円周方向への回転によって前記照射位置を移動させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の付加製造装置。 - 前記送給位置の中心と前記照射位置の中心との距離は、前記被加工物における前記ビームのスポット径の1.0倍から2.0倍であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記被加工物の温度を測定した結果に基づいて、前記ビームの照射による前記被加工物の加熱を調整することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の付加製造装置。
