Abstract
Description
[1]ジルコニアの焼成後に脱色する着色剤(A)、及び金属イオン溶液(B)を含むジルコニア用着色溶液であって、該ジルコニア用着色溶液を用いてジルコニアを着色し、焼成した場合の焼成前後の色差について、ΔL*≦5.8、Δa*≦2.4、かつΔb*≦4.3である、ジルコニア用着色溶液。
[2]前記焼成前後の色差について、ΔE*ab<6.5である、[1]に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液。
[3]前記着色剤(A)が、有機色素である、[1]又は[2]に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液。

本発明に用いる着色剤(A)について説明する。着色剤(A)はジルコニアの焼成後に脱色することが重要であり、これにより、焼成後に得られるジルコニア仮焼体又は焼結体の色に影響を与えることなく、ジルコニアの焼成前に液成分を発色させることができる。「焼成後に脱色する」とは、金属イオン溶液(B)を単独で含む着色溶液(I)と、着色剤(A)と該金属イオン溶液(B)とを含む着色溶液(II)について、着色溶液(I)、(II)をそれぞれ用いて同一の白色のジルコニア仮焼体に着色し、1350℃以上で焼成することでジルコニア焼結体のサンプルを作製し、着色溶液(I)を用いた場合の発色の色差ΔE*ab(I)と着色溶液(II)を用いた場合の発色の色差ΔE*ab(II)を測定し、ΔE*ab(I)−ΔE*ab(II)の絶対値が0.20未満となることを指し、該絶対値が0であることが好ましい。
本発明に用いる金属イオン溶液(B)について説明する。金属イオン溶液(B)は、1又は複数の着色性のカチオンを含む。「着色性」とは、人間の目に可視のスペクトル(例えば、波長380〜790nmの範囲)で有意な吸収を有することを意味する。本発明における着色性のカチオンは、焼成後に発色する。金属イオン溶液(B)は、ジルコニア仮焼体をジルコニア用着色溶液で塗工するために、着色剤(A)を溶解させることができ、かつ焼成後にジルコニア仮焼体を着色できるものである。

但し、R1は、水素原子、アシル基、アルキル基、アリール基、アルキルアリール基、ポリプロピルグリコール、ポリテトラヒドロフラン(ポリTHF)であり、好ましくは水素原子、アセチル基、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、ヘキシル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ラウリル基、トリデシル基、ミリスチル基、パルミチル基、ステアリル基、オレイル基、アリル基、フェニル基、p−アルキルフェニル基、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリTHFである。mは、2〜100であり、好ましくは2〜20であり、より好ましくは2〜5である。2つのR1は同一であってもよく、異なっていてもよい。
歯科用測色装置(オリンパス株式会社製、クリスタルアイ)を用いて、各実施例及び比較例のジルコニア用着色溶液を用いて着色した焼成前のジルコニア仮焼体と焼成後のジルコニア焼結体をそれぞれサンプルとして、CIE 1976表色系(L*a*b*表色系)での色度(L*、a*、b*)を測定し、下式から、焼成前後の色調差として色差ΔE*abを算出した。

なお、ΔL*は焼成前後の明度指数L*の差、Δa*は焼成前後の色座標a*の差、Δb*は焼成前後の色座標b*の差であり、JIS Z 8781−4:2013で規定される方法から求めた。
0≦ΔE*ab<0.2:特別に調整された測色機械でも誤差の範囲にあり、人が識別不可能(評価不能領域)。
0.2≦ΔE*ab<0.4:十分に調整された測色機械の再現精度の範囲で、訓練を積んだ人が再現性をもって識別できる限界(識別限界)。
0.4≦ΔE*ab<0.8:目視判定の再現性からみて、厳格な許容色差の規格を設定できる限界(AAA級許容差)。
0.8≦ΔE*ab<1.6:色の隣接比較で、わずかに色差が感じられるレベル。一般の測色機械間の器差を含む許容色差の範囲(AA級許容差)。
1.6≦ΔE*ab<3.2:色の離間比較では、ほとんど気付かれない色差レベル。一般的には同じ色だと思われているレベル(A級許容差)。
3.2≦ΔE*ab<6.5:印象レベルでは同じ色として扱える範囲。塗料業界やプラスチック業界では色違いでクレームになることがある(B級許容差)。
6.5≦ΔE*ab<13.0:JIS標準色票、マンセル色票などの1歩程度に相当する色差(C級許容差)。
13.0≦ΔE*ab<25.0:細分化された系統色名で区別ができる程度の色の差。なお、この上限を超えると別の色名のイメージになる(D級許容差)。
後述の実施例及び比較例において、ジルコニア用着色溶液により着色したジルコニア仮焼体の製造方法について説明する。

金属イオン溶液(B)であるCopraSupreme Color IncisalDark2.0g中に、着色剤(A)である食用赤色102号0.0221gと食用青色1号0.0102gとを加え、混合することで、ジルコニア用着色溶液を得た。得られた着色溶液を適量用いて、製造例1で得られたジルコニア仮焼体に塗布して着色し、その後、1560℃で30分間係留して焼成することでジルコニア焼結体を得た。焼成前後の色差ΔE*abの評価結果を表1に示す。
使用する着色剤(A)、金属イオン溶液(B)の種類と量を表1に記載の通りに変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、それぞれジルコニア用着色溶液を得た。得られたジルコニア用着色溶液を適量用い、使用するジルコニア仮焼体、焼成温度及び係留時間を表1に記載の通りに変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、それぞれジルコニア焼結体を得た。焼成前後の色差ΔE*abの評価結果を表1に示す。
金属イオン溶液(B)であるCopraSupreme Color IncisalDarkのみをジルコニア用着色溶液として適量用い、製造例1で得られたジルコニア仮焼体に塗布して着色し、その後、1560℃で30分間係留して焼成することでジルコニア焼結体を得た。焼成前後の色差ΔE*abの評価結果を表1に示す。
使用する金属イオン溶液(B)の種類を表1に記載の通りに変更してジルコニア用着色溶液とし、使用するジルコニア仮焼体、焼成温度及び係留時間を表1に記載の通りに変更した以外は比較例1と同様にして、それぞれジルコニア焼結体を得た。焼成前後の色差ΔE*abの評価結果を表1に示す。

- ジルコニアの焼成後に脱色する着色剤(A)、及び金属イオン溶液(B)を含むジルコニア用着色溶液であって、該ジルコニア用着色溶液を用いてジルコニアを着色し、焼成した場合の焼成前後の色差について、ΔL*≦5.8、Δa*≦2.4、かつΔb*≦4.3である、ジルコニア用着色溶液。
- 前記焼成前後の色差について、ΔE*ab<6.5である、請求項1に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液。
- 前記着色剤(A)が、有機色素である、請求項1又は2に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液。

- 前記着色性のカチオンが、Al、K、Cr、Fe、Na、V、Y、Gd、La、Yb、Tm、Ni、Mn、Co、及びErからなる群より選択された少なくとも1つの元素のイオンである、請求項6に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液。
- 前記着色性のカチオンが、Al、K、Cr、Fe、Na、V、Ni、Mn、Co、及びErからなる群より選択された少なくとも1つの元素のイオンである、請求項6又は7に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液。
- 前記金属イオン溶液(B)が、Al、Fe、及びErからなる群より選択された少なくとも1つの元素のイオンを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液で着色されてなる、着色ジルコニア仮焼体。
- 請求項10に記載の着色ジルコニア仮焼体からなる、ジルコニア焼結体。
- 請求項11に記載のジルコニア焼結体からなる、歯科用製品。
- 歯科用補綴物、歯列矯正用製品、又は歯科インプラント用製品である、請求項12に記載の歯科用製品。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のジルコニア用着色溶液で切削加工後のジルコニア仮焼体を着色する工程を含む、着色ジルコニア仮焼体の製造方法。
- 請求項10に記載の着色ジルコニア仮焼体を焼成する工程を含む、ジルコニア焼結体の製造方法。
