Abstract
Description
図1は、内視鏡システム1の概略的な構成を示す図である。内視鏡システム1は、被検体内において、内視鏡による観察下で組織を切除または凝固する装置である。
以下に、本発明の第2の実施形態を説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略する。
以下に、本発明の第3の実施形態を説明する。以下では第2の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第2の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略する。
本発明の他の態様による電極ユニットは、内視鏡による観察下において高周波電流を用いて被検体内の組織を切除または凝固する電極ユニットであって、前記被検体内に挿入される電極支持部と、前記電極支持部の基端に連結された基端硬質部と、前記電極支持部の先端部に設けられた先端硬質部と、前記電極支持部に設けられ、前記先端硬質部および前記基端硬質部を接続し、前記先端硬質部および前記基端硬質部よりも曲げ剛性の低い弾性領域と、前記先端硬質部によって支持され、前記先端硬質部の外表面から突出する電極と、前記基端硬質部に設けられ、前記電極に電気的に接続された電気的接続部と、前記基端硬質部に設けられ、前記基端硬質部に対して相対的に移動することにより、前記電極を前記先端硬質部に対して相対的に移動させる操作部と、を含む。
本発明の一態様による内視鏡システムは、高周波電流を用いて被検体内の組織を切除または凝固する電極ユニットであって、表面が電気絶縁性を有する材料により被覆された一対の先端硬質部と、夫々の前記先端硬質部の基端側に設けられ前記先端硬質部よりも曲げ剛性の低い弾性領域部と、を備える電極支持部と、前記電極支持部の各先端硬質部から下方に突出する電極本体と、各電極本体の下端部同士を架設する架設部とから構成された電極と、前記基端硬質部に設けられ、前記基端硬質部に対して相対的に移動することにより、前記電極を、前記先端硬質部に対して相対的に前記電極が突出する方向に沿って移動させる操作部と、を含む電極ユニットと、被写体を観察するためのテレスコープと、を含む。
Claims (4)
- 内視鏡による観察下において高周波電流を用いて被検体内の組織を切除または凝固する電極ユニットであって、
前記被検体内に挿入される電極支持部と、
前記電極支持部の基端に連結された基端硬質部と、
前記電極支持部の先端部に設けられた先端硬質部と、
前記電極支持部に設けられ、前記先端硬質部および前記基端硬質部を接続し、前記先端硬質部および前記基端硬質部よりも曲げ剛性の低い弾性領域と、
前記先端硬質部によって支持され、前記先端硬質部の外表面から突出する電極と、
前記基端硬質部に設けられ、前記電極に電気的に接続された電気的接続部と、
前記基端硬質部に設けられ、前記基端硬質部に対して相対的に移動することにより、前記電極を前記先端硬質部に対して相対的に移動させる操作部と、
を含むことを特徴とする電極ユニット。 - 前記電極は、前記先端硬質部に対して前記電極の突出方向に進退移動可能に配設されており、
前記先端硬質部は、前記操作部の移動に応じて前記先端硬質部に対して相対的に移動することにより、前記電極の前記突出方向への移動可能範囲を変更する規制部を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。 - 前記電極が前記先端硬質部から突出する方向は、前記基端から前記先端に向かう長手軸と交差する方向であって、
前記操作部は、前記電極を前記先端硬質部に対して前記長手軸に沿う方向に移動させる力を前記電極に伝達し、
前記先端硬質部は、前記操作部から前記電極に伝達される力の方向を変換し、前記電極を前記電極の突出方向と、前記長手軸と、の双方に交差する方向に移動させる変換部を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の電極ユニットを含むことを特徴とする内視鏡ユニット。
