Description
The present invention relates to a tile panel support structure capable of following vibrations such as an earthquake when a large tile is dry-constructed.
建物の外壁としては、PC(プレキャストコンクリート)板、ALC(高温高圧蒸気養生された軽量気泡コンクリート)パネル、ECP(押出成形セメント板)などがあり、表面にタイルや石材などを貼り付けることで仕上げられる。 The outer walls of the building include PC (precast concrete) board, ALC (high temperature and high pressure steam cured lightweight bubble concrete) panel, ECP (extruded cement board), etc., and are finished by pasting tiles or stones on the surface. Be done. As a finishing method, there are a wet method in which tiles and the like are directly attached using mortar, and a dry method in which tiles and the like are hooked on a support metal fitting fixed to a wall surface and attached with an elastic adhesive.
In the case of the wet type, the construction period is long and the quality varies depending on the skill of the craftsman, but in the case of the dry type, the construction period can be shortened and a certain quality can be ensured. As described in Patent Document 1, an invention relating to a dry construction method for exterior tiles is also disclosed.
In addition, if the building is tilted due to vibration such as an earthquake, an unreasonable force is applied to the attached tiles, and even if the tiles can be absorbed to some extent by the elastic adhesive, the tiles may peel off or crack and fall. As described in Patent Document 2, an invention is also disclosed in which the base material itself for fixing the tile is attached so as to be relatively movable in the horizontal direction with respect to the building frame.
However, when a tile panel with one large tile or multiple small tiles attached to the outer wall of a building is attached, the swing width becomes larger toward higher floors during vibration such as an earthquake, and the upper part of the tile panel Since a large amount of distortion occurs at the lower part, there is a problem that the distortion cannot be completely absorbed even if it is moved in the horizontal direction.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a tile panel support structure capable of following vibrations such as an earthquake when a large tile is dry-constructed.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a support structure in which a large tile panel is dryly attached to a wall material, and is intermittently fixed in a plurality of stages from top to bottom on the front surface of the wall material in the lateral direction. A horizontal frame extending in the vertical direction fixed to the left and right ends and the center of the tile panel so as to be hung on the horizontal frame, and at least a position where the vertical frame is fixed. A support plate fixed to the uppermost and / or lowermost stages of the horizontal frame and a position where the uppermost stage of the horizontal frame is fixed to the central one of the vertical frames. To have a fixed load receiving plate, the support plate supports the vertical frame so that the tile panel does not shift laterally, and the load receiving plate supports the load of the tile panel at one point. In addition, a projecting piece curved downward is placed on the horizontal frame.
Further, in the tile panel support structure, the tile panel is characterized in that a tile receiving metal fitting that supports the lower surface of the tile is fixed.
Further, in the tile panel support structure, the vertical frame has a hanging portion for hanging on the horizontal frame, and the horizontal frame is continuously provided from the upper vertical piece on which the vertical frame is hung and the upper vertical piece. It is characterized by having a horizontal piece on which the load receiving plate is placed.
Further, in the tile panel support structure, the support plate is characterized in that when the wall material is tilted, the corners are cut off so that the corners do not hit the vertical frame.
According to the present invention, even when a large tile is dry-constructed, it can be made to follow vibrations such as an earthquake. Even a large and heavy tile panel can be supported at one point against the wall surface and can swing left and right, so that distortion generated in the tile panel can be absorbed even if the swing width due to vibration becomes large.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Those having the same function are given the same reference numerals, and the repeated description may be omitted.
First, the outline of the tile panel support structure of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is (a) a front view, (b) a plan view, and (c) a right side view showing an overall outline of the tile panel support structure. It should be noted that (a) in the front view, the tile panel is shown in a transparent state. The side facing the outside of the building is the front (front), and the side facing the inside is the back (back). Further, in (a) front view, the tile panel is shown in a transparent state (the same applies to FIGS. 2 and 11).
壁材200は、建物100の外壁として使用される建材であり、PC(プレキャストコンクリート)板、ALC(高温高圧蒸気養生された軽量気泡コンクリート)パネル、ECP(押出成形セメント板)などを使用しても良い。
As shown in FIG. 1, the

The
The
The
A
A

Next, the upper structure in the tile panel support structure will be described. FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view, (b) plan view, and (c) right side view of the tile panel support structure in the vicinity of the portion A (the upper center surrounded by the dotted line in FIG. 1).
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In the

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view showing a state in which a vertical frame is hung on a horizontal frame of a tile panel support structure (a state without a wall material). FIG. 5 is a front perspective view showing a state in which the support plate is arranged at the position of the vertical frame of the tile panel support structure (state without the tile panel). FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view showing a state in which one point is supported by a load receiving plate having a tile panel support structure (a state in which there is no wall material).
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
FIG. 6 is a front view showing a state in which (a) no distortion occurs and (b) a state in which distortion occurs in a building having a tile panel support structure. As shown in FIG. 6, at the time of vibration such as an earthquake, the swing width of the

The side

Next, the lower structure in the tile panel support structure will be described. FIG. 11 is an enlarged front view, (b) plan view, and (c) right side view of the tile panel support structure in the vicinity of the portion B (lower center surrounded by the dotted line in FIG. 1). It should be noted that (a) in the front view, the tile panel is shown in a transparent state. 12A and 12B are a front view, a plan view, and a right side view showing a tile receiving metal fitting of a tile panel support structure.
As shown in FIG. 11, the
In the
As shown in FIG. 12, the tile receiving metal fitting 800 is a metal fitting obtained by bending a plate material long in the horizontal direction so that the vertical cross section becomes L-shaped. The tile receiving metal fitting 800 includes a rear
