Description
The present invention relates to a tile panel mounting bracket and a tunnel wall covering tile panel supported by the mounting bracket, and more specifically, a tile panel in which tiles arranged vertically and horizontally are bonded to a substrate is floated for tunnel wall covering. The present invention relates to a mounting bracket that is supported and locked in a tension manner, and further to a tunnel interior material supported by the mounting bracket.
The tunnel wall 3 through which the car comes and goes forms a circular arc with a radius of, for example, 5 meters. However, when the lighting in the tunnel is to be subsidized, as shown in FIG. Installed (shown in two steps). The tile located on the roadway side has an advantage that it can be easily washed away even if the glossy surface 4s is stained by exhaust gas or the like, and is becoming popular in tunnels nationwide.
The tile panel is a fiber reinforced concrete plate or the like, and further a metal plate such as an iron plate is used as a substrate 5 and a large number of tiles 4 are adhered to each other by an adhesive, and tens of thousands of tiles are individually provided. Significantly reduces the labor required for direct bonding to the tunnel wall. The tile panel 4 is “floating” that secures a certain gap 41 from the wall surface using the mounting bracket 1, or is directly attached by placing an anchor through the tile joint (not shown) on the tunnel wall. The tunnel wall is covered by “straightening”. If the floating tension is schematically described, the substrate 5 of the lower edge 2d of each tile panel 2 is supported by the mounting bracket, and the upper edge 2u is locked to prevent falling. The mounting bracket is fixed via an anchor 12 placed on the tunnel wall.
FIG. 10B is one of the tile panel support structures that have been conventionally employed, and is an enlarged view in which a part of the structure that houses the tunnel with the two-tiered tile panel is omitted. In this figure, the tunnel wall 3 is drawn vertically for easy understanding, but the mounting bracket 1Z interposed between the tile panel 2B and the tile panel 2A above it supports the upper tile panel 2A. Since it functions to prevent the lower tile panel 2B from falling down, the shape is different from the other mounting brackets 1X and 1Y. Both support only the substrate 5 and prevent the substrate from falling over. In this case, the vertical side portions 42 and 42 on the respective roadways are located behind the tile 4. That is, dents 43 and 44 as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B are formed on the back surface of the tile. Specifically, the dents 43a and 43b having any shape shown in FIG. 44a, the thickness of the tile 4 is not constant as a whole.
The mounting bracket does not directly support the tile, because the tile is pre-bonded to the substrate, and the entire tile panel can be supported as long as the substrate is supported. However, since it is necessary to form the recesses 43a, 43b, 44a on the tile as described above, the tile must be provided with a recess in the molding process prior to cutting or firing / sintering. Cutting hard tiles increases costs due to increased labor and blade consumption, and a molded product that is a mixture of thick and thin will induce firing strain, and the yield is never high. Nevertheless, the reason why the support method using only the substrate is adopted is that the vertical side portion of the mounting bracket is not exposed to the side of the tile roadway, and the appearance of the tile surface is not impaired. In other words, it is essential to eliminate the reduction of the reflection area. An example of such a configuration is disclosed in FIG.
In such a tile panel mounting structure, the above-mentioned drawbacks cannot be denied, but the presence of the vertical side portion 42 on the front side which is fitted between the tile and the substrate becomes a problem. If the posture of the vertical side is slightly undesired due to the unevenness of the tunnel wall or the like, there is a situation where the tile 4 corresponding to the vertical side 42 is swung from the substrate 5 as shown in FIG. This will cause the tile to peel off or drop off.
Such a phenomenon is significant in the mounting bracket 1Z in the example of FIG. Even if the tile panels are arranged vertically, even if there are few problems, the tunnel wall forms an arc as mentioned above, and the tile panels adjacent to each other do not fit on the same vertical plane. That is, the mounting bracket 1Z must function with respect to two upper and lower tile panels having different postures, but the vertical side portion 42 is formed by uniform sheet metal processing as a general rule, and unevenness of the tunnel wall can be avoided. Because it is not, it is slightly inclined or biased in the dent on the back of the tile. The dents 43 and 44 have never been made deeper, but if the portions are made thinner, they will be missing during the transportation of tiles and the transportation of tile panels.
When the interference between the vertical side portion 42 and the tile 4 becomes severe, a force is also exerted on the adhesive layer that has been plasticized after curing, causing the layer breakage / layer breakage, and the tile peeling occurs as described above. When the exhaust gas enters from the inside, the deterioration of the adhesive layer in the surrounding area is accelerated. It has been reported that the peeling of some tiles promotes the peeling of surrounding tiles, and the tile panel unit must be replaced for repair.
By the way, as shown in FIG. 10B and as can be seen from the above description, the mounting bracket 1Z applied between the tile panels and the mounting brackets 1X and 1Y applied to the upper or lower edge of the tile panels. And the shape is different. In some cases, the upper edge mounting bracket 1X and the lower edge mounting bracket 1Y may have different shapes. If possible, it is needless to say that mounting brackets can be made common and cost reduction can be promoted. Incidentally, the droplet 25 that travels along the tunnel wall may enter the support portion of the tile panel in the mounting bracket 1Y, and there is a need for improvement.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to avoid the formation of dents that cause damage to the tiles, and because of the presence of the tongue-like vertical sides of the mounting bracket. An object of the present invention is to provide a tile panel mounting bracket that realizes a support structure that does not promote peeling, and a tunnel wall surface covering tile panel that is supported by the mounting bracket.
The present invention is applied to a mounting bracket that supports and locks a tile panel in which tiles arranged vertically and horizontally are bonded to a substrate in a floating manner for covering a tunnel wall surface. For example, referring to FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the characteristic feature is along the glossy surface 4s of the tile 4 located on the roadway side of the tile panels 2A and 2B installed in a substantially vertical posture. a roadway side vertical side portion 7 extending Te, the wall-side vertical side portion 8 extending along the back side of the substrate 5 positioned on the tunnel wall surface, the tile thickness T T between these two vertical side portions to the substrate thickness T B added The horizontal extension 9 that supports the lower edge 2d of the tile panel or covers the upper edge 2u of the tile panel, and the first horizontal auxiliary from the edge of the wall side vertical edge 8 toward the tunnel wall A side 27, a vertical auxiliary side 28 extending upward or downward from the edge of the first horizontal auxiliary side and reaching the same level as the horizontal extended side 9, and an edge of the vertical auxiliary side Having a second horizontal auxiliary side 29 facing the tunnel wall from This is a mounting bracket for an oil panel.
As shown in the center of FIG. 6 (b), the horizontal extension 9 1 of the mounting bracket 1N 1 in the normal posture and the horizontal extension 29 1 of the mounting bracket 1N 2 in the reverse posture are brought into close contact with each other. form one composite mounting bracket 31 in the second horizontal auxiliary side portions 29 1 and two mounting brackets which reverse orientation and mounting bracket second horizontal auxiliary sides 29 2 of 1N 2 are brought into close contact with the mounting bracket 1N 1 The tile panel mounting bracket can be interposed between the tile panel 2B and another tile panel 2A disposed thereon.
As shown in FIG. 6B, an L-shaped tool 20 including a flat side portion 19a that overlaps the second horizontal auxiliary side portion 29 and a vertical side portion 19b that extends from the edge of the flat side portion along the tunnel wall surface is used. The flat side 19a may be tightly fixed to the second horizontal auxiliary side 29.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6A and the like, the tunnel wall covering tile panel 2 provided with any of the mounting brackets 1 and supported by the mounting bracket can be obtained.
According to the present invention, the distance between the vertical side of the roadway extending along the glossy surface of the tile, the vertical side of the wall extending along the back side of the board, and the vertical sides of the board is larger than the dimension obtained by adding the tile thickness to the board thickness. The tile panel mounting bracket has a horizontal extension that supports the lower edge of the tile panel or covers the upper edge of the tile panel, so there is no need to form a recess on the back of the tile. Damage and damage are reduced as much as possible.
Furthermore, even if the posture of the roadway side vertical side portion extending along the tile glossy surface does not match the posture of the tile panel, the roadway side vertical side portion does not exert a force to peel the tile from the substrate. If the peeling or dropping of the tiles is suppressed, the deterioration of the adhesive layer that adheres the tile to the substrate is delayed, and there is almost no adverse effect on the adhesive layer that adheres other tiles. Durability is greatly improved.
A first horizontal auxiliary side extending from the edge of the wall side vertical side to the tunnel wall, a vertical auxiliary side extending upward or downward from the edge and reaching the same level as the horizontal extended side, the vertical auxiliary If the second horizontal auxiliary side that goes from the edge of the side to the tunnel wall is provided, it can function to support both the lower edge of the tile panel and the crown of the upper edge with only the single mounting bracket. be able to. As a result, even if droplets that travel along the tunnel wall reach the mounting bracket, they can be dropped in front of one of the vertical sides, preventing water from entering the tile panel at all times and moistening the tile panel. To keep the adhesive layer stable. The formation of the composite mounting bracket described below is also possible, eliminating the diversification of shapes and greatly contributing to the price reduction due to the mass production effect.
The horizontal extension of one mounting bracket in the normal orientation and the horizontal extension of the other mounting fixture in the opposite orientation are in close contact with each other and the second horizontal auxiliary side of the one mounting fixture is installed in the opposite orientation. If one mounting bracket is formed by two mounting brackets that are in close contact with the second horizontal auxiliary side of the bracket, this is between the tile panel and the other tile panel placed on it. Can be installed. The formation of the composite mounting bracket is simplified by a simple combination, and the unity of all the mounting brackets is realized, thereby greatly improving the mass production effect.
If it is a mounting bracket with a downward slope side that goes diagonally from the edge of the wall side vertical side to the tunnel wall surface, even if droplets traveling on the tunnel wall reach the mounting bracket, it always reaches the tile panel. It can be dropped from the inclined side before it contributes to improving the durability of the tile panel.
Using an L-shaped tool consisting of a flat side that overlaps the second horizontal auxiliary side and an upright side extending from the edge of the flat side along the tunnel wall surface, the flat side becomes the second horizontal auxiliary side If it is made to fix tightly, it can be set as the floating tension arrange | positioned in the location further distant from the tunnel wall. A wide space for power distribution or the like is easily secured between the tile panel and the tunnel wall.
Regardless of which mounting bracket is used, the tunnel wall covering tile panel that accompanies it enhances the progress of the interior work, and the tiles are peeled off due to the deviation of the orientation of the mounting bracket and the presence of uneven walls, Deterioration of the adhesive layer is suppressed, and it can be used as a tunnel interior material with excellent durability.
Hereinafter, a tile panel mounting bracket and a tunnel wall covering tile panel supported by the mounting bracket according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings illustrating the embodiments. FIG. 1 shows a configuration diagram of an interior state in which a tunnel wall covering tile panel 2 is constructed and a perspective view of each mounting bracket 1 used therein. The tunnel wall 3 is drawn vertically for the time being. In the example of FIG. 1A, the upper and lower tile panels 2A and 2B are held using the three mounting brackets 1A, 1B, and 1C shown in FIG. Needless to say, this tile panel is one in which the tile 4 is bonded to the substrate 5 in a vertical and horizontal arrangement, and is a floating construction.
The mounting bracket 1 has a roadway side vertical side portion 7, a wall surface side vertical side portion 8, and a horizontal extension side portion 9 for forming a groove 6 that accommodates the upper edge 2 u or the lower edge 2 d of the tile panel. ing. The roadway side vertical side portion 7 extends along the glossy surface 4s of the tile located on the roadway side of the tile panel 2 installed in a substantially vertical posture. The wall-side vertical side portion 8 extends along the back side of the substrate 5 located on the tunnel wall surface side. But the horizontal Yanbian unit 9 which functions as a horizontal connection portion in this example, connecting a roadway side vertical side part 7 and the wall surface side vertical side portion 8, the tile thickness T T spacing both the substrate thickness T B The size is kept slightly larger than the added dimension, and supports the lower edge 2d of the tile panel 2 or covers the upper edge 2u of the tile panel. 2A shows a cross-sectional view of the left half including the roadway 11 of the tunnel 10, and FIG. 2B shows only four tile panels 2A, 2A, The structure of the interior state showing 2B and 2B is shown.
The assembly procedure of the interior material configuration is the same as that shown in FIGS. 8 to 9 described in the other examples, and is omitted here, but the mounting bracket 1 itself is embedded in the tunnel wall as shown in FIG. The anchor sleeve 12a is fixed to the anchor sleeve 12a by an anchor 12 such as an anchor screw 12b. Thus, the groove 6 for mounting the lower edge 2d and the groove 6 covering the upper edge 2u are formed on the mounting bracket, so that the recesses already described in FIGS. 11A to 11C are formed on the back surface of the tile. 43a, 43b, and 44a need not be formed, and as a result, the vertical side portion is not fitted into the recess, so that the frequency of peeling or peeling caused by tile unevenness as shown in FIG. As much as possible. The tiles have a uniform thickness, and the firing distortion of the tiles and breakage during handling operations can be suppressed as much as possible.
Returning to FIG. 1A, the roadway side vertical side portion 7 extends along the tile glossy surface 4s. The posture of the roadway side vertical side portion 7 matches the posture of the tile panels 2A and 2B. Even if the situation does not occur, the road-side vertical side portion 7 does not exert a force to peel off the tile 4 from the substrate 5. When tile peeling and dropping are suppressed, the deterioration of the adhesive layer adhering the tile to the substrate is reduced, and there is almost no adverse effect on the adhesive layer adhering other tiles, and the durability of the tile panel is improved. Greatly improved. Incidentally, since the wall-side vertical side portion 8 is also located outside the tile panel 2, that is, on the back side, it is unlikely that a force for peeling the tile from the substrate can be generated.
By the way, the horizontal auxiliary side 15 which goes to the tunnel wall surface from the edge of the wall side vertical side part 8 is formed in any of the mounting brackets 1A, 1B, 1C depicted in FIG. The vertical side portion 16 extends along the tunnel wall surface from the edge of the portion. As can be seen from the figure, the vertical side portion 16 is provided with a vertically long hole 17, and a little position during the vertical adjustment operation with respect to the anchor 12 (see FIG. 1A) previously placed. The deviation is allowed.
FIG. 3 shows a tunnel wall surface covering state with different mounting brackets 1D, 1E, and 1F. (A) is designed so that the distance L between the tile panels 2A, 2B and the tunnel wall 3 can be increased, and (b) is a perspective view of each mounting bracket 1D, 1E, 1F used in (a). It is. This mounting bracket is composed of two members. To be more precise, each mounting bracket in FIG. 1B is divided into left and right sides. The metal fitting on the tile panel side has the same configuration including the horizontal auxiliary side portion 18 corresponding to the roadway side vertical side portion 7, the wall surface side vertical side portion 8, the horizontal extension side portion 9, and the horizontal auxiliary side portion 15, The metal fitting on the wall side is an L-shaped tool 20 composed of a flat side 19a that overlaps the horizontal auxiliary side 18 and a vertical side 19b that extends along the tunnel wall 3 from the edge of the flat side. The flat side 19a is fixed with the bolts and nuts 21 shown in FIG. 3 (a) in order to tightly fix the flat side 19a to the horizontal auxiliary side 18. However, the tile panels 2A and 2B are also adjusted in the longitudinal direction with respect to the tunnel wall 3 at this point. The work is smooth. Such lifting by the two-member mounting bracket makes it easy to secure a wide space 22 for power distribution or the like between the tile panel and the tunnel wall.
3 (c) is the same as FIG. 1 (a) in that it is a mounting bracket that does not use an L-shaped tool, but includes a downwardly inclined side portion 24 that obliquely faces the tunnel wall 3. FIG. If it does in this way, even if the droplet 25 which propagates a tunnel wall reaches any mounting bracket 1G, 1H, 1J, it can always be dripped from the inclined side part 24 before reaching the tile panel 2, This contributes to improving the durability of the tile panel.
FIG. 4A shows an example in which different mounting brackets 1K, 1L, and 1M are used. Since the mounting bracket 1M is simply the mounting bracket 1K in the reverse orientation, the reference numeral is replaced with 1K as shown in FIG. Unlike the cases shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the two members 1K 1 and 1K 2 and the members 1L 1 and 1L 2 are used, so that the groove 6 for accommodating the edge of the tile panel is formed by the two members. I have to. One member 1K 1 or 1L 1 is only bent at one or two locations, while the other members 1K 2 and 1L 2 remain flat. The tunnel wall has a simple structure in which two members are hung and fastened on a long anchor bolt 26 with two nuts 26a sandwiched by a fastener 26a. Also in this case, the roadway side vertical side portion 7 and the wall surface side vertical side portion 8 shown in FIG. 4 (b) and the thickness between the two vertical sides are set to the board thickness T B (see FIG. 4 (a)). A horizontal extending portion 9 is formed as a horizontal extending side portion which is kept slightly larger than the dimension added with T T and supports the lower edge 2d of the tile panel or covers the upper edge 2u of the tile panel.
FIG. 5 shows the first horizontal auxiliary side 27 from the edge of the wall-side vertical side 8 toward the tunnel wall in addition to the roadside-side vertical side 7, the wall-side vertical side 8 and the horizontal connecting part 9 described above. The vertical auxiliary side 28 that extends upward or downward from the edge of the first horizontal auxiliary side and reaches the same level as the horizontal connection part 9, and the second auxiliary side 28 extending from the edge of the vertical auxiliary side to the tunnel wall surface Two horizontal auxiliary sides 29 are provided. The mounting bracket 1P interposed between the tile panel 2A shown in FIG. 5 (a) and the tile panel 2B located below is as shown in the center of FIG. 5 (b). , 8n are formed in two upside down directions aligned in the roadway direction, and the first horizontal auxiliary side portions 27m, 27n are also formed to extend from the respective wall side vertical side ends. Then, vertical auxiliary side portions 28m and 28n extending from the edge of each first horizontal auxiliary side portion upward or downward to reach the same level as the horizontal connection portion 9 are formed, and the ends of the vertical auxiliary side portions are formed. One second horizontal auxiliary side portion 30 from the edge toward the tunnel wall surface is provided corresponding to the other second horizontal auxiliary side portion 29.
Incidentally, these mounting brackets 1N, 1P, and 1Q also including the first horizontal auxiliary side portion 27, the vertical auxiliary side portion 28, and the second horizontal auxiliary side portions 29 and 30 are configured such that the droplet 25 that travels along the tunnel wall is attached to the mounting bracket. Even if it arrives, it can be made to flow down before any of the vertical sides, always avoiding intrusion such as water leakage into the tile panel, and eliminating the wetting of the tile panel to keep the adhesive layer stable. The left half of the mounting brackets 1N and 1Q (the portion excluding the L-shaped tool 20) depicted in the upper and lower parts of FIG. The metal fitting 31 (see the center of FIG. 6B described later) can be formed, and the diversification of the shape is eliminated, which greatly contributes to the price reduction due to the mass production effect.
Note that FIG. 5 is shown as a type in which the L-shaped tool 20 is used, so it consists of two members. From the edges of the second horizontal auxiliary side portions 29 and 30, along the tunnel wall surface as shown in FIG. It is also possible to form a portion corresponding to the upright side portion 16 extending (not shown).
By the way, in the mounting bracket shown in the center of FIG. 6B, the horizontal extending portion 9 2 of the other mounting bracket 1N 2 in the opposite posture to the horizontal extending side portion 9 1 of one mounting bracket 1N 1 in the normal posture. is adhered bets, and the two are brought into close contact and a second horizontal auxiliary sides 29 2 of the positive attitude mounting bracket 1N 1 second horizontal auxiliary side portions 29 1 and the inverse posture mounting bracket 1N 2 mounting bracket 1N 1 , 1N 2 , one composite mounting bracket 31 can be formed. This composite mounting bracket can be interposed between the tile panel 2B of FIG. 6A and another tile panel 2A disposed thereon, and the formation of this composite mounting bracket 31 is shown in FIG. ) Is simply a combination of mounting brackets 1N and 1Q (excluding the L-shaped tool 20) shown above and below. The mounting bracket 1Q is simply the mounting bracket 1N in an upside down orientation, so that all the brackets can have the same shape and dimensions (see (c) in FIG. 6), and the brackets are simplified. , Dramatically improve the mass production effect. As shown in FIG. 6 (d), the L-shaped tool 20 applied to the metal fitting 1Q in FIG. 6 (a) can be used in an inverted posture.
If the tile panel supported by any of the mounting brackets described above is applied to the tunnel wall covering, the progress of tunnel interior construction will be improved, and due to the deviation of the mounting bracket posture or the presence of uneven walls, etc. Tile peeling due to generation of unnecessary force and deterioration of the adhesive layer are suppressed, and it can function as a tunnel interior material having excellent durability.

Although somewhat repetitive, the mounting brackets and tile panels shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B are collectively expressed below. First of all,
“A mounting bracket 1 that supports and locks tile panels 2A and 2B in which tiles 4 arranged vertically and horizontally are bonded to a substrate 5 in a floating manner for covering a tunnel wall surface,
(A) a roadway side vertical side portion 7 extending along the glossy surface 4s of the tile located on the roadway side of the tile panel installed in a substantially vertical posture;
(B) a wall surface side vertical side portion 8 extending along the back side of the substrate 5 located on the tunnel wall surface side;
(C) The space between the vertical sides 7 and 8 is kept larger than the dimension obtained by adding the tile thickness T T to the substrate thickness T B and supports the lower edge 2d of the tile panel or covers the upper edge 2u of the tile panel. A horizontal connection 9;
(D) The first horizontal auxiliary side 27 extending from the edge of the wall surface side vertical side 8 toward the tunnel wall surface, and extending upward or downward from the edge of the first horizontal auxiliary side to be the same as the horizontal connection part 9 It can be defined as a tile panel mounting bracket including a vertical auxiliary side 28 that reaches the level and a second horizontal auxiliary side 29 that extends from the edge of the vertical auxiliary side toward the tunnel wall surface.
In addition, "normal posture and a mounting bracket horizontal Yanbian portion 9 2 of the horizontal Yanbian 9 1 and the reverse position mounting bracket 1N 2 of 1N 1 is adhered to, and the second horizontal auxiliary sides of the mounting bracket of the normal posture One composite mounting bracket 31 is formed by two mounting brackets 1N 1 and 1N 2 in which the portion 29 1 and the second horizontal auxiliary side portion 29 2 of the mounting bracket in the opposite posture are brought into close contact with each other. It can also be defined as a tile panel mounting bracket that can be interposed between the tile panel 2A and the other tile panel 2A.
Furthermore, using the L-shaped tool 20 composed of the flat side 19a overlapping the second horizontal auxiliary side 29 and the upright side 19b extending from the edge of the flat side along the tunnel wall surface, the flat side It is also a tile panel mounting bracket in which 19a is closely fixed to the second horizontal auxiliary side portion 29. "
The tunnel interior material structure using the mounting bracket just described is represented as shown in FIG. 7A, and the front surface thereof is as shown in FIG. Four mounting bracket 1N in this figure for each tile panel 2A, 1N, 1N 1, roadway side vertical side portion 7 of 1N 1 is a tile panel 2B each four mounting brackets to 1N 2, 1N 2, 1Q, roadway 1Q Although the side vertical side portion 7 appears, it is needless to say that even if there is a slight decrease in the tile gloss area, it is preferable in terms of safety and durability to minimize the possibility of tile peeling. A series of procedures for obtaining the tile panel interior material configuration is shown in FIGS. Usually, there are mainly 4 steps as shown in the figure. In principle, the same applies when the mounting bracket disclosed elsewhere is employed.
