For installation, as shown in fig. 1, the ceiling plate 5 is tilted on one side, the hook 4 is engaged with the hook 3 on the keel 2, and the ceiling plate 5 is installed on the other side in the same manner, thereby completing installation of one ceiling plate 5.
Subsequently, the above steps are repeated to mount the plurality of ceiling boards 5, thereby completing the mounting of the entire ceiling board. Wherein, it should be noted that the spacing between the keels is adapted to the width of the ceiling tile.
Further, fixedly attaching a plurality of hangers to both sides in the width direction of the top surface of the ceiling board includes the following steps.
On one side of the top surface of the ceiling board in the width direction, the hanging piece is fixedly connected to the side board of the top surface of the ceiling board, so that the hanging board is parallel and level to the side edge.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the ceiling plate 5 on the right side, it can be seen that on the ceiling plate 5 on the right side, the hanging plate in the hanging piece 4 is flush with the side edge of the ceiling plate 5, and then the hanging piece is lapped on the hanging fastener 3 on the keel 2.
On one side of the top surface of the ceiling board in the width direction, the hanging piece is fixedly connected to a first position on the other side of the top surface of the ceiling board, and the distance between the first position and the side edge of the other side of the top surface of the ceiling board is the distance between two ends, which are relatively far away, of the two bearing plates, so that the bearing plates are matched with the bearing plates.
As shown in fig. 1, the ceiling plate 5 on the left side is seen, in order to adapt to the structure of the keel 2 and the hook 3, a gap is not left between the ceiling plate 5 on the right side and the ceiling plate 5 on the left side, and the position where the hook 4 on the ceiling plate 5 on the left side is installed is a certain distance away from the side edge of the ceiling plate 5, and the distance is the distance between the two relatively far ends in the hanging plate. With this arrangement, when the ceiling panels 5 on the left side are completely installed, no space is left between the two ceiling panels 5. If the hangers 4 on the left ceiling 5 are also mounted at the side positions. Then, after the two ceiling tiles 5 are installed, a gap may exist between the two ceiling tiles 5 after installation due to the space occupied by the positions of the keel 2 and the hanging and clamping member 3.
Similarly, the hanging pieces 4 on both sides of the ceiling plate 5 in the width direction can be set at positions away from the side edges by a certain distance, so long as the distance between the two hanging pieces 4 is ensured to be matched with the distance between the keel 2 and the clamping piece 3, and no gap exists between the adjacent ceiling plates 5 after installation.

Claims (13)

1. A hooking assembly for a suspended ceiling, comprising:
the hanging and clamping piece comprises a top plate and two bearing plates which are positioned on two opposite sides of the top plate and fixedly connected with the top plate; the hanging and clamping piece is lapped on the keel, and the two hanging plates are respectively positioned on two sides of the keel;
the hanging piece comprises a bottom plate and a hanging plate which are fixedly connected, the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the top surface of the ceiling plate, and the hanging plate is in lap joint with the bearing plate.
2. The hitch assembly for a suspended ceiling of claim 1, wherein the suspension panel includes side panels, a first connecting panel and a second connecting panel;
the first end of the side plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the top plate;
the first end of the first connecting plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the second end of the side plate, and the first connecting plate and the top plate are positioned on two sides of the side plate;
the first end of the second connecting plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the second end of the first connecting plate, and the second connecting plate and the side plate are located on the same side of the first connecting plate.
3. The hanging assembly of the suspended ceiling of claim 2, wherein the hanging plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the bottom plate, a bent hanging hook is arranged at one end of the hanging plate far away from the bottom plate, and the hanging hook and the bottom plate are arranged at two sides of the hanging plate.
4. The hitch assembly for a suspended ceiling of claim 2, wherein the side panels include a first side panel and a second side panel; the first end of the first side plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the top plate; the first end of the second side plate is fixedly connected with the second end of the first side plate, and the second end of the second side plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the first end of the first connecting plate.
5. The hitch assembly for a suspended ceiling of claim 4, wherein the first side panel has a width greater than a width of the second side panel, the first end of the second side panel being fixedly attached to the first side panel at a central location of the second end of the first side panel.
6. The hooking assembly of a suspended ceiling of claim 5, wherein an edge position of the second end of the first side plate is provided with a clip bent inward of the first side plate, and the clip and the top plate are located on the same side of the first side plate.
7. The hitch assembly for a suspended ceiling of claim 6, wherein an angle between the clip and the first side plate is acute.
8. 10. The suspended ceiling structure of claim 9, wherein the distance between two of the suspension plates is no less than the width of the wing plate.
11. The suspended ceiling structure of claim 9, wherein a distance between the clip and the top plate is greater than a distance between the two wing plates.
12. An installation method for installing a ceiling structure according to any one of claims 8 to 11, the installation method comprising:
the keel is hung on a top floor slab through the hanging rod;
hanging a plurality of hanging and clamping pieces on the keel;
fixedly connecting a plurality of the hangers to both sides of the top surface of the ceiling plate in the width direction;
and inclining one side of the suspended ceiling plate provided with the hanging piece, and lapping the hanging piece on the hanging and clamping piece on the keel.
13. The method of installing a ceiling structure according to claim 12, wherein the fixedly attaching the plurality of hangers to both sides in the width direction of the top surface of the ceiling plate includes:
