The hanger rod 1 comprises a hanging rod 11 and a lifting hook 12, and is fixedly connected with a top floor slab through the hanging rod 11, and a keel is hung through the lifting hook 12. It should be noted that the hanging rod 11 can be a screw rod, and the height and the levelness of the keel can be adjusted through the screw rod. The two ends of the keel hung by the plurality of hanging rods are ensured to be at the same height.
The ceiling board used in the embodiment of the present invention may be a material with a decorative surface, such as a gypsum board, a calcium silicate board, a cement board, a wood board, or a wood-plastic board.
Next, a description will be further made of the independent detachable ceiling module in the above-described ceiling structure. As can be seen from fig. 1, the ceiling module comprises a hook 3 and a hook 4, such as a combined hook shown in fig. 5 and 6, the hook 4 is provided with a slot 501, the keel 2 is inserted through the slot 501, as can be seen from a specific hook shown in fig. 4, the hook 4 comprises a bottom plate 41 and a hook plate 42, the top surfaces of the bottom plate 41 and the ceiling plate 6 are fixedly connected, and the hook plate 42 is hooked on the hook 3.
According to the ceiling assembly capable of being independently disassembled and assembled, the hanging and clamping piece is provided with the slot, the hanging and clamping piece can be inserted into the keel through the slot, the top surface of the ceiling plate is fixedly connected with the hanging piece, and the ceiling plate is lapped on the hanging and clamping piece of the keel through the hanging plate in the hanging piece, so that the ceiling plate is installed. Because the hanger is located the top surface of furred ceiling board, avoided the exposed problem of suspended ceiling component, make things convenient for single furred ceiling board to independently dismantle simultaneously, when carrying out single furred ceiling board and dismantling, only need take off the hanger on the furred ceiling board from hanging the fastener, can accomplish the dismantlement of single furred ceiling board, not influenced between each furred ceiling board, improved dismantlement efficiency, simplified the dismantlement flow, provided convenient condition for the local maintenance of furred ceiling board top. In addition, the hanging and clamping pieces are installed on the keel in a slot mode, the number of the hanging and clamping pieces is adjusted after the keel is installed, and the number of the hanging and clamping pieces can be increased or reduced according to actual needs.
It should be noted that the ceiling components and the keels used in the embodiment of the present invention may be made of metal, wood plastic or plastic.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the hanging clip includes a first hanging clip 31 and a second hanging clip 32, the first hanging clip 31 and the second hanging clip 32 are both provided with slots, and the first hanging clip 31 and the second hanging clip 32 are respectively inserted into the keel and then combined to form the hanging clip. It can be seen that the catch is formed by the combination of a first catch piece 31 and a second catch piece 32. The mode of forming the hanging card piece by combining the first hanging card piece 31 and the second hanging card piece 32 can simplify the structure of the hanging card piece, and the manufacturing process is simpler and more convenient by the simple mode of assembling the sub-hanging card pieces.
Specifically, when the assembled hook is used, as shown in fig. 5 for the first hook and fig. 6 for the second hook, the first hook and the second hook each include a first hook plate 50, a second hook plate 51 and a third hook plate 52, the first hook plate 50 and the second hook plate 51 are vertically and fixedly connected, the third hook plate 52 is vertically and fixedly connected to one end of the second hook plate 51 far away from the first hook plate 50, and the third hook plate 52 and the first hook plate 50 are located on the same side of the second hook plate 51.
The first hanging plate 50 is used for being inserted into the keel, and the slot 501 is arranged on the first hanging plate 50 and used for being inserted into the keel. As can be seen from fig. 6, the slot 501 is formed such that one side of the first hanging plate 50 has an opening, and the slot 501 has an L-shape as a whole, as shown in fig. 7, wherein a lower portion of the L-shaped slot is referred to as a first slot 5011, and a higher portion thereof is referred to as a second slot 5012. As shown in fig. 8, when the first clip piece 31 and the second clip piece 32 are inserted into the keel 2, they pass through the first slot and reach the second slot for clipping. Thus, the first slot 5011 shown in fig. 7 should have a height greater than the distance between the two wings to facilitate insertion of the clip, while the second slot 5012 should have a width greater than the width of the wings to allow the keel to extend into the top of the second slot 5012 for bridging.
The second and third hanging plates 51 and 52 shown in fig. 5 and 6 are used for hanging of the hangers. Alternatively, only one second hanging plate 51 may be included, and the second hanging plate 51 is used to cooperate with the hanging pieces for hanging.
In addition, in order to complete the assembly between the first hitching member and the second hitching member, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the first hitching member 50 of the first hitching member, which is far from the second hitching member 51, is provided with a folding plate 502 folded to one side far from the second hitching member 51, and it can be seen that the folding plate 502 and the second hitching member 51 are located at both sides of the first hitching member 50. There is a gap between the folding plate 502 and the first hook plate 50, and the first hook plate 50 of the second hook member shown in fig. 6 can be inserted into the gap to complete the assembly between the two. Of course, other ways of assembly are also possible, for example, providing a threaded hole in the first hitch plate 50 and then using a fit between a bolt and a nut to hitch. In comparison, the mode of selecting for use to roll over link plate 502 is assembled convenience and convenient more, makes things convenient for the dismantlement separation between the two moreover.
As shown in fig. 8, for each state of the first and second hook members 31 and 32 in the assembling process, first, the first and second hook members 31 and 32 are inserted into the keel 2, then the second hook member 32 is close to the first hook member 31 and staggered relatively, so that the first hook member 31 is located above the second hook member 32, then the first hook plate of the second hook member 32 is inserted into the gap between the first hook plate and the first hook plate of the first hook member, and finally the first hook member 31 and the second hook member 32 are maintained at the same level. It can be seen that when the assembly is completed, the second hitching plates of the first hitching member 31 and the second hitching member 32 are far away from each other, and thus the hitching members at both sides can be respectively lapped.
Further, in order to facilitate the insertion of the second hook into the first hook, as shown in fig. 5, the distance between the top of the folding plate 502 and the first hook plate 50 may be equal to the thickness of the first hook plate 50, and the distance between the bottom of the folding plate 502 and the first hook plate 50 may be greater than the thickness of the first hook plate 50, so that the gap at the bottom is large and the insertion is convenient.
In order to complete the overlapping of the ceiling boards, as shown in fig. 4, for the hanging piece provided in the embodiment of the present invention, it can be seen that the hanging plate 42 may include a first hanging plate 421, a first end of the first hanging plate 421 is vertically and fixedly connected with the bottom board 41, and a second end of the first hanging plate 421 is provided with a bending plate 422 bent to a side away from the bottom board 41. The lap joint between the lap joint piece and the hanging and clamping piece is completed through the first lap joint plate 421 and the bending plate 422. Also, due to the presence of the bending plate 422, the stability of the lap joint can be increased.
Further, an included angle between the bending plate 422 and the first hanging plate 421 is an acute angle. As can be seen from fig. 9, when the bending plate 422 is connected to the third connecting plate 52, the third connecting plate 52 is clamped in the included angle formed between the bending plate 422 and the first connecting plate 421, so as to be connected firmly. Of course, the included angle between the bending plate 422 and the first hanging plate 421 can also be a right angle. In this case, as described above, the first engaging member and the second engaging member may be directly engaged with the second engaging plate 51 by the bending plate 422 without providing the third engaging plate 52. Here, the angle between the bending plate 422 and the first hanging plate 421 is selected to be an acute angle, and a firm hanging is performed.
In addition, in order to accomplish the fixed connection of the hanger to the ceiling panel top surface, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of screw holes 411 are provided on the bottom plate 41, and corresponding screw holes are provided at positions corresponding to the ceiling panel top surface, and then the hanger and the ceiling panel are fixed by the cooperation of bolts.
In practice, as shown in fig. 1, the length of the fastener 4 may be set to be the same as the length of one side of the ceiling plate 6, and thus, only one fastener 4 needs to be fixedly connected to each of the opposite sides of the ceiling plate 6. Correspondingly, the distance between the two keels 2 is adapted to the length of the hanging piece 4. On two fossil fragments 2, respectively set up a string fastener 3 in the place that corresponds four angles of furred ceiling board 6 and can accomplish the installation of a furred ceiling board 6.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an installation method for the suspended ceiling structure, as shown in fig. 10, including the following steps.
S100: the keel is hung and connected to the plurality of hanging rods in a mode that the wing plates are horizontally placed. Specifically, a plurality of hanger rods are fixed on a top floor slab, then the keel is hung and connected on the hanger rods, and the height and the levelness of the keel are adjusted, so that the keel is at a proper height and keeps the keel horizontal.
S101: and inserting a plurality of hanging and clamping pieces into the keel through the slots. And inserting the plurality of hanging and clamping pieces into the keel through the slots on the hanging and clamping pieces. The first clip piece 31 and the second clip piece 32 shown in fig. 8 are taken as an example. The first hanging card piece 31 and the second hanging card piece 32 firstly pass through the first slot 5011 shown in fig. 7, so that the keel 2 enters the second slot 5012, and then the first hanging plate of the second hanging card piece 32 is inserted into the gap between the folding plate and the first hanging plate in the first hanging card piece 31, thereby completing the assembly of the first hanging card piece 31 and the second hanging card piece 32.
S102: fixedly connecting a plurality of hanging pieces to two opposite sides of the top surface of the ceiling plate; as shown in fig. 1, the hangers 4 are fixedly attached to opposite sides of the ceiling panel 6.
In order to adapt to the position of the hanging card piece, one end of the bottom plate 41 of the hanging piece 4, which is connected with the first hanging plate 421, is flush with the side edge of the hanging board 6 on one side of the hanging board 6. On the other end of the ceiling plate 6, as shown in fig. 9, the end of the bottom plate 41 of the hanger 4 connected to the first hanging plate 421 is spaced from the side edge of the ceiling plate 6 by a certain distance, so that the hanger 4 is lapped on the hanging fastener 3, and at the same time, the adjacent ceiling plates 6 are ensured not to have a gap after being installed.
If the piece of taking 4 of both sides all with the side parallel and level of furred ceiling board 6, owing to hang the existence of fastener 3, after accomplishing the installation of furred ceiling board 6, can have the clearance between the adjacent furred ceiling board 6, influence furred ceiling effect. Meanwhile, the hanging pieces 4 on both sides can be selected to be fixedly connected to the side edge of the ceiling plate 6 at a certain distance.
S103: and (4) hanging the ceiling board provided with the plurality of hangers on the plurality of hanging and clamping pieces. Specifically, let 6 one sides of furred ceiling slope, overlap joint the piece of hanging of lower one side department on hanging the fastener, put down one side in addition afterwards, let the piece of hanging of one side in addition overlap joint on hanging the fastener, accomplish the overlap joint of single furred ceiling board.
And then the steps are repeated to complete the installation of the whole ceiling board.
