Abstract
Description
合わせガラス1は、例えば、対向する2枚のガラス板11,12とこれらガラス板11,12の間に配置された中間膜とを有する積層体を形成させる工程と、積層体を加熱及び加圧して合わせガラス1を形成させる工程とを含む方法により、製造することができる。
(実施例1)
ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)樹脂(Mowital B75H、クラレ製、アセタール単位:71〜81質量%、水酸基単位:18〜21質量%、ビニルアセテート単位:1〜4質量%)をプレス成形機で150℃、30分間の条件でプレス成形して、厚さ0.4mmの中間膜用樹脂層を形成した。
実施例1のものと同じPVB樹脂100質量部と、トリエチレングリコールジ(2−エチルヘキサノエート)(3GO)10質量部とを混合した。混合物をミキシングロールで充分に溶融混練して、中間膜用樹脂材料としてのPVB樹脂組成物を得た。得られたPVB樹脂組成物をプレス成形機で150℃、30分間の条件でプレス成形して、厚さ0.4mmの中間膜用樹脂層を形成した。
トリエチレングリコールジ(2−エチルヘキサノエート)(3GO)の量を15質量部に変更したこと以外は実施例2と同様にして、厚さ0.4mmの中間膜用樹脂層を得た。
トリエチレングリコールジ(2−エチルヘキサノエート)(3GO)の量を20質量部に変更したこと以外は実施例2と同様にして、厚さ0.4mmの中間膜用樹脂層を得た。
トリエチレングリコールジ(2−エチルヘキサノエート)(3GO)の量を30質量部に変更したこと以外は実施例2と同様にして、厚さ0.4mmの中間膜用樹脂層を得た。
非架橋性のエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)(EV170、三井デュポンポリケミカル製、酢酸ビニル含有量:33質量%)をプレス成形機で150℃、30分間の条件でプレス成形して、厚さ0.4mmの中間膜用樹脂層を形成した。
各中間膜用樹脂層から5mm幅×50mm長の短冊状の試験片を切り出した。試験片の厚さをマイクロメータ(株式会社ミツトヨ製、MDE−25MX)で測定した。この試験片の動的粘弾性を、動的粘弾性測定機(TA instrument社製、RSA−G2)を用いて、以下の条件で測定した。試験片を保持する2つの冶具間の距離を20mmに設定した。

・Angular frequency: 0.5 Hz to 50.0 Hz
・Points per decade: 3
測定結果から、基準温度25℃としたマスターカーブをWLF法により作成した。得られたマスターカーブから、温度25℃、周波数1×105Hzにおける貯蔵弾性率を求めた。マスターカーブの作成のために、Trios(V3.3.1.4246)内の「TTS Wizard」のデータ解析を利用した。データ解析の条件は以下のとおりである。

各中間膜用樹脂層を、縦150mm、横67mmの大きさに裁断し、縦150mm、横67mm、厚さ1.6mmのフロートガラスに、4辺が重なるように貼り合わせ、全体をローラーで加圧した。露出している樹脂層の上に、縦150mm、横67mm、厚さ1.1mmのフロートガラスを、4辺が重なるように貼り付け、全体をローラーで加圧した。これにより、フロートガラス/中間膜/フロートガラスの積層体を得た。得られた積層体を125℃に設定した真空ラミネータを用いて25分間加熱した。続いて、150℃に設定したオートクレーブ中で、圧力115N/cm2MPa、120分間の条件で積層体を加熱及び加圧して、フロートガラス(1.6mm)/ガラス中間膜/フロートガラス(1.1mm)の構成を有する合わせガラスを得た。同様の操作により、実施例又は比較例の各中間膜樹脂層を用いて合わせガラスをそれぞれ10枚作製した。
合わせガラスの厚さ1.1mmのフロートガラスの長辺に沿う両端部に、幅約5mm、長さ約67mmの粘着テープを貼り付けた。粘着テープに、厚さ6mm、幅10.0mmの合成ゴム板(CR90度)を貼り合わせた。フロートガラスの両端部に貼り合わせられた2つの合成ゴム板に、厚さ3mm、縦150mm、横67mmの1枚の鉄板を、瞬間接着剤で接着した。これにより、合わせガラスの端部が合成ゴム板を介して鉄板に対して固定された耐チッピング性評価用の試験体を得た。

- 対向する2枚のガラス板と、
前記2枚のガラス板の間に配置された中間膜と、
を備え、
前記中間膜が、温度25℃、周波数1×105Hzにおける1000MPa以上の貯蔵弾性率を示す樹脂層を有する、
車両用合わせガラス。 - 前記2枚のガラス板の厚さが異なっており、より厚い方の前記ガラス板に前記樹脂層が隣接している、請求項1に記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 自動車用フロントガラスである、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用合わせガラス。
