汗臭、ミドル脂臭、加齢臭、タバコ臭、及び調理臭に対する消臭機能確認試験を実施した。汗臭については、腰高シャーレ(外径75mm、高さ60mm)に試験綿布(5cmx5cm綿布(金巾3号))を置き、イソ吉草酸(ナカライテスク株式会社製)のエタノール溶液を供試悪臭としてスプレーバイアルにて適量噴霧した。ミドル脂臭については、腰高シャーレに試験綿布を置き、ジアセチル(ナカライテスク株式会社製)のエタノール溶液を供試悪臭としてスプレーバイアルにて適量噴霧した。加齢臭については、腰高シャーレに試験綿布を置き、2−ノネナール(東京化成工業株式会社製)のエタノール溶液を供試悪臭としてスプレーバイアルにて適量噴霧した。タバコ臭については、密閉小空間でタバコの煙を試験綿布に暴露処理し、その後、試験綿布を腰高シャーレに置いた。調理臭については、密閉小空間で牛脂を燃やしてその煙を試験綿布に暴露処理し、その後、試験綿布を腰高シャーレに置いた。

消臭機能確認試験の結果、本発明の特徴構成を備えた衣料害虫忌避組成物は、害虫忌避成分としてIR3535を含有する実施例1〜27、及び害虫忌避成分としてイカリジンを含有する実施例28〜54の何れであっても、汗臭、ミドル脂臭、加齢臭、タバコ臭、及び調理臭に対して、試験溶液の噴霧処理から12時間後も優れた消臭性を示した。このことから、本発明の特徴構成を備えた衣料害虫忌避組成物を、外出前に衣類へ噴霧処理しておくことで、12時間程度の外出の間は香料成分による消臭機能が持続し、衣類に付着した悪臭により不快感が生じることを防ぐことができると考えられる。 As a result of the deodorant function confirmation test, the clothing pest repellent composition having the characteristic composition of the present invention contains Examples 1 to 27 containing IR3535 as a pest repellent component and Examples 28 to 28 containing icaridin as a pest repellent component.
